Nadayoga is to unite with the ultimate through the medium of Nada which is the abstract primordial inner sound. Guru Nithya Chaitanya Yathi in his commentary on Brihadaranyaka Upanishad says : " The music of the ancient world, was a worship of the heart, offered to the all embracing core of adoration. In it, every particle of our body sings and there is an interim fusion of the tones of the particles, somany micro-micro tones, that it becomes a continuous music in us and was hence treated as the richest heritage of a living person".
