Stacktalk with the Railbrothers S2 Ep 7 Updates on our Train Layouts
In this episode, the Video Brother (Dan) and the Photo Brother (Bill) discuss their current model railroad layouts they are working on. Dan shares his progress on his "Spaghetti & Western" layout, which is a big spaghetti bowl of N scale Kato Unitrack that will roughly simulate something like the NEC, involving 3-4 levels of track. Bill shares his version of the classic "Inglenook Shunting Puzzle" (aka a switching puzzle for us yanks), which is designed to be a small, simple layout that can easily be transported and is being built on a door! The brothers couldn't be working on more opposite train layouts!

Explore the world of model trains through the lens of the RailBrothers. The duo has had the fortune to experience every major scale from N to G. Listen as they explain ,and argue over, the finer points of model railroading by sharing our family history with each gauge. They start with our father's S gauge, our young experience with HO, then G guage, then three rail O gauge, then again our more mature view of HO scale in a club setting, and then our current layouts. Billy has two outdoor G gauge garden railroads, and a HO model railroad in his attic, while Dan has a portable N scale layout, and a temporary S gauge Christmas layout.
