STAY TRUE TO YOURSELF

Back to Return: Rebirth of Thyself, The Inner Journey In and out I breathe. My presence is what I find. As though my soul is old, the light in my energy within continues to shine—not just for myself, but to return, to fill, to reach. To touch those who carry the same fire, those whose paths flicker in rhythm with mine. Maybe, just maybe, we’ve felt as if we’ve almost given up— Worn from the weight of walking alone. But our mission is not yet done. The moment we nearly surrender is often the very threshold to something beyond. For I do not carry a sword for war—I carry one in the silence of meditation. My battles are unseen. They are fought in the stillness of breath, In the choice to guide, rather than conquer. To give even when I am empty, to serve even when I am unseen.

First one. Last one. Within the cypher of life. We live in a world of what we see— awkward stares, whispers of many not knowing. We then approach the circle to speak without words. Spoken in silence, our energy increases. We become one. Our spiritual movement creates momentum. Eyes, ears, and body disappear— as we rise within, with no fear. But then... our ego and pride begin to interfere. We shed our body and core, what was cast upon our movement becomes motion... emotion... devotion— to once within the womb we came, that familiar place where our voice only existed through thought. Still, I feel it in my soul. Still, I lay in fear— stepping into a circle, a cypher of movement, emotion, and energy.

Expression is a gift, a voice with or without words. It can never be duplicated or expressed the same way. It exists without a name. It has no boundaries. It is within the silence and within the noise. It can exist or not exist. It is beyond form. It is life, to awaken the soul and speak beyond what we think is defined or undefined. Therefore, it is alive. This is a journey, to experience and give others an awakening of truth— who they are. As I awaken them, I awaken that which lives within me. For the water that flows in me will run and become that which gives many strength to overcome. For in life, not every day or moment will ever be the same.

I AM THE UNIVERSE **I** We see only existence outside of ourselves, only to close our eyes and see the universe— that universe is a mirror. **A** Reflections of what is inside of us. **M** As the universe is the same as we exist— the microcosm, the macrocosm— two but not two, but one universe. **T** As in death. **H** End. **E** Transition to the next. **U** One. We welcome as the universe once again. **N** As of the physical and non-physical. **I** But of no definition. Our dear universe soars with me. I ask for your help to move me forward, to be who I am. **V** To create a way for me to visualize my purpose in every moment. I have a gift, a skill to help so many. **E** I ask for the opportunity— to show me the way, guide me, and help me soar.

The Surrender of Self To become everything, you must release everything you thought you were. Surrender is not weakness. It is the ultimate strength. It is choosing to let go—not because you’ve failed, but because you've finally seen that control was never the point. You let go of the version of you that tried to manage it all. You lay down the mask that smiled through the silence. You release the grip on the old story— not to lose yourself, but to find the you that’s been waiting underneath. This surrender is sacred. It is the death of the ego’s demand. It is the birth of your essence. To surrender is to say: I no longer chase. I now allow. I no longer resist. I now receive. I no longer perform. I now become. --- And yet… In that much more exists within us all a constant push— as of much we see of become. There is much more I know, as of we all tend to go back and forth, searching and speaking, running for our very place of belonging or creating a vision. Which later we learn: we ourselves are that vision. We are the answer we've been waiting for. We are the echo of the call. The very breath of the response. What steps are you willing to take to believe that much more? What is it that you believe? Do you believe in your dream? Are you serious about that dream, that vision? Is it as if you live and breathe it in each and every moment? Have you settled? Have you stopped trying and died within? Or are you still waiting for that answer from afar? To create. To evolve. To become my truth. What is my full truth as I awaken to that which lies within? Your true will breathe. Breathe, energize, and bring it forth. --- Guided Passage: Write the Release Let go of the old version of you—through your own words. Write not from who you were told to be, but from who you feel you are now. Use the prompt: “When I let go, I finally...” Let the sentence carry you forward. Let it open the doors of release. I am the answer I was waiting for. I am full. I am free. I am here.

Becoming the Voice You are not just here to speak—you are here to be heard by your soul. There comes a moment when silence no longer serves you. When the whispers inside grow loud enough to echo. When your truth demands sound— not for others, but for you. As we become, or became— what is our story? As my own thoughts of my own story become my own meaning, that can take place beyond myself of the self. What is the next step as of my own to learn myself the energy once again? It’s my final journey. I must win over myself and my own tendencies. I must believe in me and get to the next. I owe it to my higher self. To become the voice is to stop waiting for permission. It is to breathe, to let go, to trust, to understand, to create. We sit observing not to observe. We sit only to speak— where it is that life has brought us to our being of no-being. As I hold my breath within this being, who I am, who am I? Amongst the guide which has been given the light, if so, when can I once be guided to my purpose and destined being? Not just existing as one reality, but existing in this, in my full being, understanding that of which I have come. --- Guided Passage: Speak From Within Let your voice come not from your throat, but from your knowing. Speak not to convince— but to commune with the soul of your self. Begin writing with: “When I became the voice, I remembered…” Let the truth flow without translation. Chapter 12 The Shade of Our Existence You know not to know— and yet you ask the question. If we could see the light inside, on the outside, would we walk as gods? Unlocked beings? Would we shine freely— or fracture under the weight of being seen? Would it lift us into truth or tear us apart in separation?

Chapter 11 Becoming the Path You begin to see: you were never just on the path— you are the path. Each breath, each hardship, each awakening was not separate from the journey, but part of the sacred rhythm you carry within. The desert, the silence, the surrender— they did not break you; they brought you home.

Chapter 6 WRITE THE PATH This is not a chapter. It is a ceremony. You are invited to write as initiation. Each word you inscribe is a step into your becoming. This rite of passage isn’t performed in temples. It happens with pen in hand, heart cracked open, soul ready to rise. Write what breaks you. Write what builds you. Chapter 5 Enter the Path: You stand at the threshold. Not outside. Not ahead. But within. There is no map here. Only mirrors. Only moments. Only the mystery calling your name. You do not need to know where this leads. You only need to walk. Let go of the path you thought you needed. Enter the path that has always been waiting. Following the Path Within You are not lost. You are being led. There comes a moment when the path you thought you were walking disappears beneath your feet. And still—you walk. Not by sight. Not by certainty. But by knowing. This is the path no map can draw. The one found only by feeling. By failing. By falling into yourself. To enter the path is not to go somewhere new. It is to finally turn inward— to journey through the labyrinth of memory, emotion, ego, and essence. This is where the known dissolves. Where control surrenders.
