Florida Man Nabs Flip Flops
Road trippin' across the country our Dynamic Drinking Duo find themselves in Arizona, Florida, Oklahoma and Colorado. There is some theft of flip flops, free shots at a t-shirt shop, and a wet Uber seat (not good). They see the bands Cross Canadian Ragweed, Waves in April, and miss Sublime due to snow. Many drinks are consumed and some crimes committed.

Checkered Flags and Checked Out Wife
There is drinking, there is driving, but, of course, not at the same time. On this episode Sara finds herself at a race track and utilizes drugs and alcohol to cope with her husband's racing addiction with the Porsche Club of America. The Dynamic Drinking Duo also party in Pensacola Beach where Sara finds out Rob cheated on her (on the podcast) with his brother Randy Krider. At the end of the episode the two brothers detail who won the latest California Autocross Championship season. Spoiler alert, they both did.

Many reveals occur on the episode as the hosts learn things about their own son they never knew before. We find out how Ariana Grande has had an interesting effect on the newlyweds' relationship and oddly... Amish buggy sex is discussed at length. Bottoms up!

They enjoy fine food and drinks at Corner Project Ales and Eats (highly recommended). Then the subject of the proper way to vomit after drinking comes up. Chris guest stars on this episode as the three talk about college back at Cal Poly and Rob’s punk band, “them.”

Sara and Rob find themselves on a road trip to Vegas and accidentally land at Game 5 of the Stanley Cup Finals where they watch the home town Las Vegas Golden Knights win the cup. Sara learns about the lack of trunk space in her husband's new car. The San Francisco Giants take six hours to win a playoff game and after listening to this episode you will know why the Kriders are almost out of money.

Our Dynamic Drinking Duo park the RV Tiki in Newport Beach to record an episode and hang with Dennis Rodman at a bar. While day drinking they also chum it up with Ashley from the Long Drink brand and score some free alcohol. They share stories of ridiculous childhood trauma (lost frisbees and spelling bee losses) and we find out why Newport Beach is their favorite spot to stop and shop for bar merch.

Rob and Sara take the RV Tiki and boondock in a parking lot in Napa to go to the BottleRock music festival. They drink wine and rock out to Green Day, Ice Cube, Justin Timberlake and Cage the Elephant. They continue their trip to Santa Cruz where they meet the grumpiest camp host on the planet before they enjoy bike riding and tasty tiki drinks at Macai on the pier. Then they head south to Tobin James Cellars to harvest host and party with the tasting room staff. Fine times with wine!

Two Chicks at the Same Time
The Dynamic Drinking Duo enjoy a special guest, Rachel, on the show to discuss the Big Sausage Pizza Delivery 24 Hours of LeMons racing team and their epic last lap roll-over. The two ladies enjoy a girl's weekend at the Beach Life Festival in Redondo Beach where they lust after Lenny Kravitz. Sara may have a bladder infection, the pool at the Hard Rock Hotel in Las Vegas can be problematic and the lengths two women (or Karens) will go to, to get a free hat with a pickle on it. Warning: Kid Rock was harmed in this episode.

Celebrity Autographs on the Breast
Our dynamic drinking duo survive Las Vegas, hallucinogens, Criss Angel, Chelsea Handler and Meow Wolf Omega Mart just to fly back to California to hangout backstage with bad boy hip hop artist Mickey Avalon in Morro Bay. And if that isn't enough debauchery they then go to a Morrissey concert in Fresno and get kicked out of the afterparty only to land at a local dive bar, known as The Brig, to have the oldest living bartender yell at them. They lose two complete days to hangovers just to have to pay their bills and find out their rock and roll lifestyle is completely unsustainable. Enjoy!

Rob and Sara travel into the future and meet their older drunk selves. Rob gets offered cocaine, constantly. The two join an adult school improv class with obvious results. Sara defends the profession of teaching, even when teachers do bad things. Rob calls everyone he meets “Dipshit.”

California State Champion Aaron Douglas is a guest and Rob and Aaron discuss the winners of the 2024 California Autocross Championship. The "Grounds for Divorce" is because Rob does go to the bathroom in his pants, but it is for a good cause, of course.

A couple walks into a bar... and don't drink during this episode of Stories and Cocktails! This episode has two parts, a sober section and a blackout drunk section. The listener gets to decide which section is better. Comedian (and Disney Princess) Addy Krider joins the show and patiently listens while the hosts discuss pubic hair removal, stealing a grandbaby and some suspiciously missing Halloween candy. In the end, we on the show believe cocktails are better than mock-tails.

Rob and Sara stumble through the picturesque Napa Valley while tasting wines from Fresno as they argue over who stole the iPhone charger. Sara recalls a day early in their marriage finding a suspicious VHS tape in the bedroom VCR. More evidence is unearthed that Rob might be the biggest wuss on the planet. The blood DNA evidence in this case seems pretty damming.

Sara and Rob go to see the Chicago White Sox attempt to break an MLB record by losing the most games in one season. Many drinks are consumed for this process by the entire South Side of Chicago. Then the drinking duo move on to Milwaukee to sample some beers only to find the brewery themed hotel they are staying in... doesn't sell beer.

Roids and Whiskey A Sports Story
Sara and Rob continue their baseball stadium chase through Pittsburg, Cleveland, Cincinnati and Chicago, where they sampled all of the drinks those cities offered. The drinking duo went extremely hard at the Makers Mark Barrel Room at Wrigley Stadium. They also went very big at a Steelers Bar in Pittsburg where Sara decided there was insufficient equity in the bathroom situation. Score was kept!

Philadelphia, Pearl Jam, Puppies and Paddy's Pub
Sara and Rob find themselves in south Philly trying to survive dive bars, cheesesteaks and a Presidential motorcade. Eddie Vedder looks them in the eye and tells them to vote. They find out the real Paddy's Pub is an ashtray and on the west coast a Hollywood veterinarian to the stars bilks the a Kriders of their life savings.

Rob: Kansas City's Most Wanted
Sara and Rob go hard for a college football tailgate party in Nebraska (Go Corn Huskers!). Then they head to Missouri to join Taylor Swift at a Kansas City Chief's game (well, they were in the same stadium as Taylor anyway). Shenanigans ensue, and technically there could be an open arrest warrant for Rob in Missouri (if the police are good at their job, which Rob is convinced they aren't). Also, Rob catches on fire but survives. Racing is involved and Sara is very clear she couldn't care less.

The Battle of Baltimore
Sara and Rob have a big disagreement on this episode after a hard night of drinking in Baltimore where the intoxicated couple couldn't agree on the best method for getting safely back to their hotel room. They catch a Baltimore Orioles baseball game at Camden Yards as part of their 30 MLB park tour. There is a rumor that Rob is sick, but he won't admit it (however, his voice says it all). And Sara plants trees to save the planet (sort of).

Catching the D-Train in New York City
Sara and Rob hit the Big Apple hard, getting lost like a couple of dumb Californians on the subway. They catch a Mets game, a Yankees game and a WNBA Liberty game. They try to bicycle around New York unsuccessfully and somehow avoid being accosted in Central Park. Rob misses his Vicoden as he struggles with a bad back. George Clooney makes an appearance (not exactly).

Kenny Rogers Made Me Do It
Episode 38 is a very special edition of the Stories and Cocktails podcast as it corresponds to Rob's race car number (38). Sara and Rob discuss the campy car films of the 1970s and 80s that shaped the car nerd that Rob is today and they discover some odd relationships Rob has with Kenny Rogers and Gary Busey. The films Smokey and the Bandit, Grease, Corvette Summer, Cannonball Run, Gumball Rally, and Six Pack all make appearances in this episode (and we find out -way too many appearances in Rob's real life).

Rob tries to surprise Sara with a little manscaping only to find out she hates it. Lots and lots of Golden Road Brewing Mango Cart is consumed in Anaheim next to Angel Stadium during this episode. Lorena Bobbitt, Sophie's Choice, and the color bronze are all discussed by two people who know very little of the subjects but are drunk enough to think they do.

Reno is the host city for this episode of S&C, don't worry no homeless people were harmed in the making of this show. Middle school students create an Instagram page of their math teacher's butt (and nobody can figure out why). Sara does her first ever stand up set to a raucous crowd at DiCicco's Pizzeria (the same place Seinfeld got his start -not true). In the process, Rob's ego is thrown away just like Milli Vanilli's grammy award.

The Dynamic Drinking Duo take on Boston and Las Vegas in one double episode. Sara (in her drunkest episode to date) doesn't feel the need to lie to Rob about how fat he has become (which hurts his big fat feelings). Rob is given a surprise Father's Day gift which is a free hotel in Vegas after he sits through a time share presentation. Uncool. The two somehow drink their way through another episode that is guaranteed to make you laugh.

Sara and Rob are back in Las Vegas twice for this episode. They manage to skip tattoo mistakes this time. We learn about Sara Town where Sara thinks life is wonderful but Rob has a differing opinion. We learn about hot teachers and the geometry of putting a water heater into the trunk of a Hyundai.

After drinking heavily on the plane our cocktail crusaders are left stranded by American Airlines in Dallas, TX, while their luggage goes on to Fresno, CA. Sara and Rob have to navigate ride share in a flash flood and then try clothes and deodorant shopping at Walmart. They make the best of it with a Dallas Stars hockey game and some day drinking Texas style.

Sara and Rob slum it in Glendale, CA, to visit their stand-up comedian daughter, Addy Krider (otherwise known as the Christmas Whore), and hear many terrifying LA stories that would scare the hell out of most parents. But Sara and Rob aren't most parents and they learn how their little girl almost went to the Sharon Tate residence where the Manson Family murdered her.

Sara and Rob navigate some blown up motorhome tires on their cross country road trip. They land in Las Vegas, NV, and see Dead and Company at The Sphere, lose money in the casinos and then stumble into a tattoo parlor on Fremont Street. They find out the hard way that tattoos are definitely permanent.

Sara and Rob continue their road trip across the country and land in Sin City Las Vegas to enjoy some women's professional basketball. Rob finds a new crush in Kelsey Plum on the Las Vegas Aces team. Sara sticks with her own favorite crush: Bud Light. The drinking duo tour the Anheuser-Busch brewery in St. Louis, MO, and catch a Cardinals MLB game. A Chrysler Cordoba is destroyed in a demolition derby during this episode (nearly destroying the Krider's marriage in the process).

We learn what happens when there is no toilet paper in the women's restroom. And the massive importance of AA batteries for the ladies is revealed regarding a possible zombie apocalypse. You will never look at the Energizer Bunny the same way.

Sara and Rob crash a pool party in Myrtle Beach, SC. Luckily the police are not called in to utilize outrageous amounts of use of force. Tiki drinks are consumed. Booty is surrendered. Crabs are a problem in the Redneck Riviera (but avoided somehow by our drinking duo). And we all find out how much of a man Rob really is.
