The Half-Life Realm EP 1
The Twilight Zone (PT 1): (5-18) From a small suburban town, nothing out of the norm But sometimes, things change, like the night of storm House on the hill, the Richardson’s have done quite well Made a fortune on the stock market, buy it then sell But with a keen intuition that is hard to perceive Some can see between the lines, that’s the story of Steve High School football star, but he injured his knee Effectively changing what his future could be Clean cut kid, turned to the bottle to cope Down and out, last leg, no signs of hope Then one night, local diner, when his thoughts are extreme He’s thinking, it’s his last meal, he’s given up on the dream. Distracted from his thoughts, ‘would you like coffee and cream?’ He knows that voice, he looks up, it’s his class prom queen Voted mostly to succeed and to win But here she is, looking unhappy as him Fast-forward ten years and the present is bright Resulting from one decision on that fateful night He never ordered that meal, instead he chose to ask Kate about her life, and what events had passed She poured her heart, he sat there, his soul was a sponge And they decided right then what had to be done She pulled the string on her apron and it fell to the floor He stood up, they clasped hands, then they head for the door. Got in her in car and drove until they ran out of road Found themselves in California, whole new zip code Fresh new start, Kate chose to follow her heart Became a well known painter, gave her life to the arts And Steve, finally accepted time for brains over brawn And in matter of time, to the stocks his was drawn And here’s one important factor I forgot to reveal On that night they left together, man, the passion was real Nine months later, here’s Billy, he’s their pride and joy At ten years old, most agree, he’s a brilliant boy But barely has any friends, it’s too hard to relate Billy’s smarter than his teachers, causing hate from his classmates But WAIT, a new family moves in town Similar to Kate and Steve, trying to turn their life around Kate met Jane, life explained, decisions was made She could be their housekeeper, that would help them get paid And Jane had a daughter, who just turned fifteen Who suffered from depression, cause she felt unseen So despite the age difference, once the two did meet Billy and Ann formed a friendship, the kind that’s deep They don’t have much common, ‘cept they both feel alone So they sit and talk for hours, trying to keep both strong They usually hang in his garage, that’s his place to escape, He loves science, he’s a builder, yeah, he loves to create He has everything he needs, thanks to dad and mom But what they both don’t know is Billy’s building a bomb and the story goes on...

Last Will And Testament
Last will and testament Is it time for an exodus or is it exorcist? The devil keep on testing me, and imma keep on testin him.. I ain't a pessimist...I ain’t a pacifist Music is my deepest love and I ain’t even ask for this Still it bring me happiness I bet that ain’t an accident I write like I think, overlapping like a mastermix* Every other line adorned with an asterisk Live and direct, still heavy on effects Amber stone laying feeling heavy on his neck In tune with my soul, I’m in control and im a wreck Not out to impress, only out to express But put to test, I could give a witch a hex I try to fix my flaws and predict which is next And if you’re listening, you’re in tune with his list Longer than a milestone, deeper than the Styx To all DJs, what you plan to mix with this? …I'm like Mxyzptlk but you can’t mix me up I gotta ton a skill, mixed with a pinch of luck Is it loud enough or, do we gotta turn it up? Anything to earn a buck, that’s not my Modus Op Feed me to the sharks, that’s not the boat to rock Sitting at the dock, yep, I meant it literal When I pass on please reduce me to a mineral Minimal..and not to be so cynical… And here’s another verse, same thoughts with some other words Excited like some aliens once they discover earth ‘Earth men easy, greedy, and sleezy We can infiltrate, no need to wait, please believe me’ That’s what I heard I’m say, connected to the motherboard Attached to my vertebrae, some say I’m cyborg Eyes pour tears, leaving rust on my cheekbone But plan to reset by the time that the beat’s gone Speak NO words I can’t back, that’s the backbone Finally got on track once I actually got back home Black owned, black on black, with a matte tone Stopped writing raps round the birth of the flat phone Sad song, sing it SO loud show a stand strong Walking over hot coals, breathing in a sandstorm And, I won’t quit, can’t stop, got no off switch Be cautious, if you choose to step into my office God is a living thing, no shape or no nonsense No evidence of human traits, ‘cept the subconscious I pondered every aspect, and to be honest. No contest like Ang said, I plan to win regardless Ruff waters a part of the process I’m plotting A problem, whether it’s Old School or modern I’m not in the mood to fail, I bail till I’m crawling I’m all in, following the footsteps of my calling

With Interest (LP MIX)
With Interest Emotions fragile, words agile My chords can do tricks According to this, my style is exploring the risks Implore you to wish upon a star to get as free as this My week consists of moments I can’t believe exist A grief abyss, then drift into some weekend bliss I’d be remiss not to mention that sometimes I limit myself Sticking to a scheme, never know where to end it, a sort of affliction, Pleasing like the feel of a kiss, I’m building my health Just like the doc recommended, I stop when intended I rock until my thoughts are all finished A hundred percentage, yeah, that’s just the cost of my image I know who my friends is, I also know some pretenders From a distance, before I name em, somebody call in the censors I call a census, lets calculate our current consensus Is this a business or just a means of sharing my interests? I share my thoughts with interest Beyond the starting line by inches I share my thoughts with interest Beyond the starting line by inches I share my thoughts with interest Beyond the starting line by inches I share my thoughts with interest Beyond the starting line by inches Life consumes, navigating love in a vacuum Wolf packs loom, as I write rhymes under black moons Fresh starts, yeah, I bet trouble’ll be back soon Sensations I had as a kid, now back to boom I have no room for people with no time for me Sounds easy, but I’ve found that it’s hard to see Or believe. I still bless the air they breathe Don’t question me, I always keep my heart on display My soul on the line, two traits I shall never betray The rest of my days, I wanna spending em testing my age No pressure, I gauge my wins from the ways that I feel That makes it all real, then I find my way thru my will I share my thoughts with interest Beyond the starting line by inches I share my thoughts with interest Beyond the starting line by inches I share my thoughts with interest Beyond the starting line by inches I share my thoughts with interest Beyond the starting line by inches You think you’re smart, well, Sherlock you’re not I sit alone seeking peace through pure thought A sure shot, you’re so insecure, you’re a Morlock Nice mask, me? I’m more Adam Warlock It’s him, grim, living life with a sole gem One love, youngblood plus love for his blood kin But something…that I need is a friend Who stick till the end…Like old Willie Lumpkin Deliver the news and choose what views may get lumped in Who wants in? Prepared to sooth all of your wanting But…please stop fronting Don’t want to lose it all over nothing, emotions gushing You don’t need to test every button And turn my world upside down like when Charlie tries punting Like a concussion seeing stars just minus cussing Expressing frustrations, that would be a different discussion I’m only human, at least that’s what I’m sort of assuming Still I feel so alone, I sense them old doubts looming It’s not a rumor just a few years past my birth One of my favorite phrases is “I’m not from earth” A thoughtful search reveals that was the seeds of hurt My needs alert knowing that I lost my worth And that’s a shame for someone that’s so young and pure I did endure but it led me back to where things once were I must concur some days, AND some months a blur I see some patches in my memory, those times unsure I’m trying to usher in a new age of hope Or ways to cope, and apply to each phrase that’s wrote

Appearance of Hope
Is it, too much or not enough If there’s something in-between, never heard of such Word to love, blurred then return to dust If the bones don’t burn, turn the furnace up Learn to trust ya gut, plus adjust for luck Keep your cool, know which wires to cut Inspiring what’s next, what desires to come Too wired to quit, AND too tired to run thought you knew, TWO things can both be true And have the opposite effect how they feed on you Read the room, nothing can be assumed Heed the tune, title it “seeds of doom” Weeds a bloom, the garden is out of control Starting to show hard work a part of the growth The art of the joke lost in the mirrors and smoke That’s chaos dressed in the appearance of…HOPE I’m here to invoke the rights that are rightfully mine I write every line to find new ways to design New ways to combine emotional phases, mixed with phrases Drafted pages, way before I rapped on stages Birds in cages, unheard, trapped for ages Practice patience, pacing my mental mazes Simply anxious…LOST… feeling dangerous Question friends soon you’re revealing strangers There’s no ANGER, we all need to work the angles With pressure on the back trying to hurt the ankles 80s kid, though I never purchased kangols I was popping and rhyming, I was ready to tangle Battle tested, yep, that’s right, ya guessed it I would take out the comp with a similar method Minimum effort, blow spots, skin of a leopard Known to enter a cipher, and better I left it It’s better I left It back in the past, no question Here’s a few bars extra for a final impression Fighting depression trying to get the hold a little lesser Lot of pressure, but got more heart than you can measure Art’s a treasure, dig in to find my prize I vow my dream will live till the time it dies And I realize I’m biased, I’ don’t do no tries Only DO. You can see the truth in my eyes The appearance of hope appearance of hope That’s the appearance of hope

OG Hardcore (LP MIX)
OG Hardcore It’s high stakes, time waits for no man nor primate That one point won two fives like 9/8ths Nine days, nine nights, you can try nine ways I’m non-fazed, planning paybacks like Shante Like Pompeii, I burn it down, it’s been long day Long year, long life, living the wrong wrong Some say, but I don’t lend an ear to the hearsay Here’s a way to evaluate the choice in a fair way He gained green, made teams with some ragtag dreams No caffeine, he’s fueled by the power the past brings Brass rings to sad scenes, contrast, cache clean Delete the obscene, but still a glitch like split screen Getting a little bit dark for this hip scene Lightning, struck twice, left and the right wing Frightening, I need a new method of flight The effort to write, for every day that’s left in my life Like Too Short, I just wanna rap like me My true thought is when I’m a track, I’m free And that can be like medicine, practically Magically, my head has been a factory Writing rhyme after rhyme, that’s a fact for free The future’s bright like Edison, No…actually Meant to say Latimer, had to make that clear Break that fear, ya know I had to take that there 'I got lines in my mind smoothly attached' That’s a Raheem quote, Eliminator of rap From ’86, the year the Super Rapper was back My math is exact, that’s the path I took for the track How’s that? A little taste of OG Hardcore And Art-form, like back when I was spinning on cardboard OR hard floors, or just watching Muppets or Star Wars His heart pours, yeah, open-shut like car doors

Beautiful Quest (Something Very Different)
Beautiful Quest (5-15) Time moves slow, like it has no where to go I’m moving twice as quick, you can’t restrict the soul Patience is so essential for the mental to grow Not simple, I know, whether it’s a part or the whole People treat you peace of mind like a diamond from coal The pressure points to the person who is not control And nothing’s owed, assumptions, I’m debunking those Blunt with prose, natural how I stunt my flows From front to close or any other direction you choose Inflections that show intention cause I want y’all to know How I feel in every moment, hear my life unfold I write in code, but some things are easy to guess But hard to digest, others, more easy to miss. Is it a test? Naw, I would do this for less And I confess, sometimes I write it raw when depressed But still I feel blessed to even have a way to express My purest thoughts its the art of the beautiful quest The beautiful quest, I wanna be me at my best Nothing less…for all who agree, say yes The beautiful quest, I wanna be me at my best Nothing less…for all who agree, say yes The beautiful quest, I wanna be me at my best Nothing less…for all who agree, say yes The beautiful quest, I wanna be me at my best Nothing less…for all who agree, say yes Imma radical thinker on a musical level Hit me heavy with bass, go low on treble I ain’t a rebel, ain’t nothing special, father like EDO So you can do your own thing kid, I’m no Gepetto But, never settle, foot on the pedal, the miles several Pot to kettle, ‘Time aint a threat, it’s just a vessel’ But under pressure, life’ll test ya, just being extra A simple gesture, could make it all better, like precious metals I’m known to wrestle with thoughts till they’re under control Attached to the track, action-packed, no time to move slow Though, a wondrous show of patience, I’m anxious I’m to grow Stress had me tripping AND scripting’, SO it’s thanks on the low My rank is unknown, but if it please, I’m staying at ease, I’m prone To go the distance, that the mission I’m on This is a song to get ya all involved and alert I’m weighing my worth, do work, till I fall in the dirt The beautiful quest, I wanna be me at my best Nothing less…for all who agree, say yes The beautiful quest, I wanna be me at my best Nothing less…for all who agree, say yes The beautiful quest, I wanna be me at my best Nothing less…for all who agree, say yes The beautiful quest, I wanna be me at my best Nothing less…for all who agree, say yes

Near-Dead
5)Near-Dead He all in it, driving something fly but it was rented A mile a minute, but if I see em gaining imma hit it Said what I meant, no matter who's offended, didn't hint it Im long winded, pedal to the medal and didn’t dent it Pine scented, got the AC as an incentive, I’d recommend it The windows down for now, but when the time come, windows tinted I’m undercover, cause chasing for fame is just a gimmick Use my brain to my do my own thing, you couldn’t mimic And back to present day..the tape deck was vintage And unexpected, but don’t correct it, hmph, I find it splendid I got tapes, so imma make a stop so I can get em From low bias to chrome casing, to pressed and printed I got a wide selection of music, i like to blend it And I’m a cynic cause I don’t really trust no ones opinion If this is losing, I don’t know what’s considered winning A bitter ending, brighter day, start at the beginning I don’t play, but still dabbled in it and won the pennant Im co-dependent on sentiments I put into a sentence I hit rock bottom, then started rockin And I ascended And this truth BUT in some spots, i choose to spin it And I'm offended if you couldn’t figure what I intended Not hard to follow but it might be too hard to swallow My new motto, live today to write tomorrow We don’t go beef, I don’t remember him Remember when, it was so simple, calm temperament Entering a new phase, things feel diff-er-ent The past trying to settle a score, it’s me its centering Sentimental bout something that was sure to leave scars But I soothed that mood with my head to stars Then back to the car, the next stop is not too far But rumor has that’s the place where my people’s are It proved to be true, but the message partially skewed Always some knucklehead, in the mood for a feud Like out a blue, no clue why they chose what they do It’s a more a matter of what, than a matter of who They saw me in the streets, but I stayed peace, they couldn’t settle it Tried to sue, same outcome, lost the settlement A gentlemen, don’t need no case to put this medal in Ever win, villains on the run: kid meddling Since a adolescent I been stressed out of mind Matter of fact, we can go back further in time Younger than nine, before I really knew about life Is that why I used to cry myself to sleep at night But he’s alight, look at em now, I see no tears shed Emotions so numb sometimes I think I’m near-dead

The Tiring Spin
4)Tiring Spin (5-10) Mental piece over everything, the song the elders sing The long road to happiness, the quest of the Elden Ring I seldom bring the ruckus, yet peace is seldom seen Yell and scream, standing at the crossroads, selling dreams Buy a few, ya never know what you’ll get into I blend old and new, old school like pencils I been told the future that it’s time is near Perhaps I miscalculated, or time can’t hear Silent times, balance finds, its way in the end It’s My Bloody Valentine all over again These layers ain’t thin, deep like the depth of the skin Your disrespect has no effect, disappears in the wind I meant to win and share the lion’s share with a friend Trying to be fair, but clearly that’s apparently rare The time that we spend, it ends, or it goes to THE END A matter of care, some flair in the message I send It’s best pretend, the truth just a mess to begin I guess I’m against the lessons that I’ve learned every since A form of defense but that don’t make the moment less tense Just widens the lens, lead us to the why’s and when’s The wisemen spend no time trying to mine for a gem The mind is a gym, I’m exercising admiring them Fire and BRIM-stone, faulty firing pin Requiring zen, relief from this tiring spin It’s the greatest show in space…earth is so behind Bout to take my rightful place on the Chorus Line I’m borderline living on borrowed time And if today ain’t my day, guess tomorrow’s fine A star gonna shine no matter how dark the sky We lose in the end, still I love that part that try The heart…it wonders why, but the brain is sure I use art to paint the picture, and the pain is pure When it rain, it pours…heavy, plus the drain the full I seen the problem from afar, still remained a fool That’s just human instinct, Program to think We’re out of sync, searching for a missing link But it’s all there, it’s just too hard to see Thru the thin layer of truth lying underneath Not one to preach but dust off my soap box, please So I can yell, I won’t fall, not until hell freeze Not until hell freeze, in this tiring spin

A Different View (LP MIX)
3)A Different View A different view, to YOU, but what I’m meant to do Prevent the flukes, each moment is intentional An interview with self, could help ya through To imbue all the colors of the dreams you drew Where, how, and who, what we’re all accustomed to This custom’s new, only put my trust in few A hint or two, could present the missing clue I’m missing YOU, how’s that for clear cut proof? Here’s the truth, I feel like I’m just an excuse Became a recluse, dreams mutated anew Out of the blue, then life sent a sentinel The sensible response…hide and run But I am one, to try till the trying’s done From breadcrumbs, to red rum, to nights in bedlam Head numb but the head hunt is not what I’m dead from A different view… He’s ALIVE, you wanna know the keys to survive Or keep the surprise? The answer’s in the deep of your eyes A heaping of lies piled…clouding the skies Amounting to small things, greatly growing in size I hate when we cry, except the cases when we apply The full weight of our love, that we’re scared to supply How can you deny yourself a piece of pie? At least give a try, stop standing round the outside About time to loosen up, untangle the mouth-tie Let doubt die, learn some new things about I Oh my, he’s so shy, but ripe for the spotlight If it’s off-white, and off what I write, not off hype Off nights or on days, I’m all ME, ALWAYS All A’s, when writing out my life grades Self-serve, the bell curve…not deserved But, preferred, to help through the storm, as it were

The Full 24
2)The Full 24 Man, people are so strange, but I’m here for it I would say…welcome to my world, now let’s explore it And It’s a lot of things, that’s true, but never boring That’s night to morning, Rise and shine or heavy pouring I’m known to switch up my passions without warning I rather merge em all together than trying to sort em You’re not fighting for it? I guess it’s not important And that's according to the laws of natural order Lover or fighter? I'm sorta on the border But I treat love as sacred, yeah, I’m a true supporter …So I try to save the fighting for the enemy But we’re all known to break down mentally If not now, get prepared for eventually I’m on three ruff spots in half a century They say if things don’t work, it wasn’t meant me But how I see it, guess they really wasn’t on to me And if you got a different view, I wish you’d intervene If you read what I wrote, keep it evergreen Different shades, different texture, different mood swings I understand every color of the mood ring And I express accordingly that’s what friends are for Rather rich beyond belief or penny poor There’s no time to waste, no, not any more So Imma do it to the Max. Full 24

Priceless Prizes (LP MIX)
Priceless Prizes (3-16-23) I said it with ease, though I never said it would please I set up a scene, simple thing, like a routine My emotions on display like a TV screen Although you recognize ‘em, do you know what they mean? It’s not the same thing, why is that so hard to believe? A guarding of needs, built from the scars time leaves That pipeline leads to a wasteland of dreams The chasing cease, when we take a cue from machines Split at the seams is how I define the times Final lines have been crossed, we ignored the signs According to science, empirical research is best My lyrical quest, all about the love I invest The pain I divest, here’s a little more by request I mean you’re asking for right? That’s what your actions your suggest I’m not impressed with flashing lights or nights of vices Non-cipher, I got my own type of crisis Life’s surprises, problems in all sorts of sizes The sun still rises, My eyes on the priceless prizes These eyes… They’re on the priceless prizes Love, freedom, hope and the will to create Are a few of the things that I need to feel great Fill up my plate with soul food like I never ate Fate’s never late, it’s mysterious out the gate A serious state of confusion, an illusion, my bruises taken Choosing to pay my dues by showing and proving, a proven statement Who’s debating? That’s hating. Blatant. I’m used to waitin’ But, I’m about to black out, I’m too sedated Who created the loophole for lies to be truthful No true soul would stay on that path, pick a new road That’s two-fold, still gotta pick, where will you go? You know, you gotta make the choice, so please do Needs no intro if the jewels are fool’s gold’s vices My eyes on the priceless prizes My eyes…they’re on the priceless prizes Tension is built, and please don’t mention the guilt That’s all five sense felt when the hand was dealt It’s hard to tell the friends from the fringe, that’s old news I hope you don’t learn the hard way like most do I’m close to, so few (but) I’m not opposed to Meet new people to help me peacefully sleep through The restless long nights, the terrors that resume It feels like forever, still it feels like too soon Feel the room with my presence or I blend right in It all depends on the state of mind I’m in A minor win, from a chance that was kind of slim I let my mind ride the wind before my thoughts begin That’s how I plug in, universally sync Purposefully think…irreversible link To the heart of the matter, to the soul in their eyes The bind the ties, our lives to the priceless prizes My tries...focused on the priceless prizes

Last of the Record Buyers I got my first record March ’74 Carl Douglas 7” left me hungry for more Fast-forward Christmas Day, that same year Fisher Price record player got a hold of my ears It wasn’t just music, there was GI Joe Flat Stanley, Curious Jorge, Frog and Toad Flash Gordon, Star Trek, all a part of the stash Along with Oscar the Grouch singing ‘I Love Trash’ Spooky Stories, something for late in the night And Power Records brought comic books to life And THEN, here come the 80s and Sugarhill …The 12” record was a brand new thrill Living on an army base in a foreign place So when I couldn’t find vinyl, I was trading tapes Then I moved to Stuttgart, near Breuningerland Nearby music store had some records on hand Teldec compilations were part of the quest Or get Enjoy Records on the CBS press A new spot opened, all vinyl racks And that’s the place where I got my Wild Style soundtracks A short time later, moved back to the states Off to Fort Riley, KS with a couple crates Downtown Junction City, conduct my search And I came across placed called the Middle Earth Mostly a Rock store, didn’t care for Rap But they got lots of vinyl, so I kept going back And then two years later, it’s the same old score New city, new school, new record stores We had Strawberry Fields, and T&S I would spend so much money I would feel so stressed Then I drop the needle and I hope for the best And get a whole new mood when the song was fresh That’s the life of a crate digger and their suppliers Without Bias, yeah, it’s the Last of the of record buyers

8-Take Me Back
Take Me Back When I first started rhyming I was following trends Listening to Sugar Hill and Enjoy with my friends And my dad would get tapes from some people at work And he was in the military, which was really a perk See, people moved in from the east coast shores And brought records, tapes, they would let me record I would study every rhyme, plus learn every word Then it wasn’t too long, the next chapter occurred I was writing down my own rhymes, rocking in the lunchroom Started with a few but then I had bunch soon I had the Sharp GF-575 Plug the mic chord in and freestyle live My first group was the Devastating 2 Then a few years later came the 3D crew I feel things are getting serious, I’m building my skill The love is real, think it’s time to search for a record deal And the 3D crew had a perfect plan Graduate high school, then it’s time to expand Gonna learn about the biz, take it back to the root At MBI, the Music Business Institute BUT, ya know how it goes, most plans’ll a fail Bet a lot of rappers got that story to tell But all is well, Wildstyle came on scene Mad Maxx and LA, what a powerful team A crew with a dream, battle instigators supreme And when we step on the stage, took it to extreme Had a few labels offers but they ALL fell thru Failed to…make the big dream come true SO we went our separate ways, and I was back alone Making music on my own, sitting right at home 8-track, SP, plus a hell of a knack To develop a rap, them days, take me back

04-Not Forgot
Not Forgotten Once upon a time, Carmen was a friend of mine She lived a few houses down, wasn’t hard to find I’d go down the block, we talk on the sidewalk About our school days, or new toys we just got See, this was 6th grade, young kids feeling free Fantasizing bout one day who we’ll be And who will be the one to make it feel complete And Carmen said she had a cousin I should meet Her name was Melanie, Carmen started telling me Some things about her cousin, effectively compelling me …I said I couldn’t wait, just let me know the date And we can spend some time together, leave the rest to fate And when the time came, it was like first sight I think I kissed her on the cheek on the first night We liked to hold hands, and go on long walks And talk about the future until time’s lost We used to get in trouble for getting back late The street lights were the enemy I used to HATE But our time was short, you lived so far away We had to wait for the next vacation day Hoped you came my way, so we could reconvene Had to settle for the phone calls in-between But that didn’t last, parents could protective We were still young, but felt so connected I put your name in a rhyme back in ’82 I really thought that our love was gonna make it through I always been a dreamer, I always cared deep I always had a soft spot for some mystique For 12 year old me, Melanie was god sent Been gone since, but I guarantee she’s not forgotten
