    OBEY the Mechanical Voice

A brief programming audio featuring the command to OBEY with the edited sound of an electric power station for the backdrop. COLLAGE Layered Worlds

This is a short audio collage made up of the ambient sounds of walking, canine investigation, the sound of trains, Katherine Hepburn, other voices and walking down echoing stairs all punctuated by sharp notes from heavy brass Tibetan cymbals. NOTE: Though I have no recording of anyone sobbing, at around 00:55-57 it sounds very much like someone sobbing. Maybe it's an auditory illusion caused by the mix, but I did not record it nor did I mix it into the collage.

  12. 15

    COLLAGE Where Am I?

This is a collage of sounds I collected in RVA and mixed together in a big bowl until all the lumps were gone. Peeper frogs, echoing stairwell steps, alien noises, Katherine Hepburn, doors opening, questions asked - seems like you'll never get off the stairs...
