6 | Panchiko, Jane's Addiction, Vince Shares His Story of Depression
The Algorithm Jane’s Addiction reunion tour over? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dCVsbn-COUY Panchiko https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Panchiko British indie rock band originating from Nottingham, England. Formed sometime between 1997 and 1998,[1] it originally consisted of lead vocalist and guitarist Owain Davies, guitarist/keyboardist Andrew "Andy" Wright, bassist Shaun Ferreday, and a drummer named John. A year after the revival of Panchiko in 2020, the band was joined by two new members, guitarist Robert "Rob" Harris and John Schofield, who replaced their original drummer.[2] The band first received public attention in 2016 when their 2000 demo EP D>E>A>T>H>M>E>T>A>L was discovered by a 4chan user in a charity shop in Sherwood, Nottingham and shared online through the music discussion section of the messageboard; the disc was notably distorted due to disc rot, lending further mystery to the EP. Its brief status as lostwave media led to a dedicated cult following and a community devoted to tracking down its band members.[3] This was unbeknownst to the band until 2020, when Davies was found and contacted by a fan through Facebook.[4] The Eyes of Ibad 1:25 - https://open.spotify.com/track/3FK1eJKXboi8D8hOsWUZPk?si=6c0cacd250284643 Vince’s Upbringing Internally Displaced Future Outlook and Career Shift Medical Mystery Treatment and Life Moving Forward PanchikoVince’s Journey With Depression

Jon and Vince talk about their favorite books of all time. Songs for each state F-1 Trillion: Long Bed https://www.nature.com/articles/s43587-024-00692-2The study conducted comprehensive multi-nomics profiling on 108 participants, aged 25 to 75 years, over a median tracking period of 1.7 years, with some participants being followed for up to 6.8 years. The analysis revealed that the majority of molecular changes during aging are nonlinear, with significant shifts occurring around the ages of 44 and 60. These changes were observed across various biological pathways and molecules, including those related to immune regulation, carbohydrate metabolism, cardiovascular disease, lipid metabolism, and more. The study identified two major transition periods during aging, highlighting the importance of these nonlinear changes in understanding aging and associated diseases. This extensive dataset provides a robust framework for examining the molecular dynamics of aging and offers insights into the biological processes and disease risks that evolve over time.
