Ep #1 Hope After a Loved One's Death by Suicide

Welcome to the first episode of The Suicide Loss to Light Podcast. I'm pleased to be here with you and glad you're joining me. This episode was recorded on the 14th anniversary of my husband's suicide.  I talk about how different life is for me now than right after his death, about my early belief that I would never feel true joy again, and about where our feelings really come from and why we have more control over them than we think. I ask you to give yourself permission to feel sorrow as long as you feel is necessary, but ask you to consider that death does not have to mean that you will never feel peace or joy again.
