Welcome to the first of a pair of episodes covering books by LJ Shen. We are starting with Bad Bishop. These are dark romance books so please be warned there are very dark subjects in this book and episode.

Welcome to our followup on one of our favorite episodes we've done about one of our favorite shows to cover. This episode is about the second season of Deadloch.

We are covering Christopher Nolan's Odyssey. Spoiler alert, we loved this move. Note: We talk a bit about a change to how we release episodes. Hopefully this will be the start of more regular releases for us. Sorry for dropping off so much for a while there.

Covering another classic favorite of ours, Psych! We will briefly touch on the movies as well but this episode is primarily about the series.

Back at it for another game of Life showdown. Unfortunately, the stakes for this game were high and we let down the LGBT community. That's our bad.

We are covering both the original run of Leverage and Leverage: Redemption, so you're getting a nice little two-for-one deal on this episode.

At long last the wait is over. Here is the much anticipated followup to our first ever book we covered.

This is a heavy one! Not only is the book intense, but Scooter gets all heated up about football too.

We couldn't help but jump on the bandwagon with this show, and it deserves it! Bringing you one thats just a tad more hot and fresh than most of our usual episodes.

What can we say? This was a weird weird movie. Came on a recommendation from a rando on the internet and gave us about the experience you should expect from that.

Sorry this one is late. Scheduling got wonky over the break, so January will be a little off too.For comfort christmas, we are going back to discuss ACOTAR again since we anticipate the next book in the series coming out in 2026

We're ending November with The Final Empire, the ironically named first entry in the mistborn series. I'm not sure if we will end up doing the rest of the series, but we enjoyed this one.

Bringing you another game night. Sorry for doing two in one month, we will get back to the proper swaps in the new year.

It's looking like game night might become a regular thing. Especially as Sunny's school schedule gets busier. Hope you enjoy, this episode we play Pokemon Monopoly which was a lot of fun!

We are dipping into horror to celebrate the end of our October episodes. We brought you a hot new best seller and one that is really making the rounds, The Buffalo Hunter Hunter by Stephen Graham Jones. Enjoy!

An experimental episode! One where fates are decided, questions are answered, and we find out once and for all who is the True Magoo!

I would clarify that this episode is about the Scooby Doo franchise at large, rather than any one particular iteration, except we spend maybe 10 minutes total talking about Scooby Doo. Most of this episode is just Scooter making Sunny's life miserable, including possibly our most out-of-pocket goon corner ever.

It's the final installment of Hoochie Daddy summer. We are ending on All Rhodes Lead Here, one of Scooter's favorite Zapata books.

This month we are covering the new season of King of the Hill. We'll also discuss our feelings about the original series and it's place in our lives.

We're covering a fairly new release this month. James Gunn's Superman. We both really loved this movie. Topics this episode include: what is and is not feminism, Sunny's farts, and our most lackluster goon corner ever. Also in this episode are two new segments, "the hill I'll die on" and "Jacqui corner"

Hoochie Daddy summer begins with 'Wait For It' by Mariana Zapata. This is our second summer in a row covering some of our favorite Zapata books and we hope you enjoy it.
