26. 5 Truths I Learned During My 1st Year as a Mom
Episode #26. Wow wow wow Olivia is almost a 1 year old! It went by so fast! I'm reflecting on some things I learned during this first year as a new mom. There were tough moments as well as the highest highs :) . My 5 Truths: 1. A supportive spouse changes everything for the better.2. Take your recovery day by day - no need for the constant pressure to go back to "normal".3. Everything can be figured out/learned.4. Common things are common.5. Time continues to move - be present (I talk about the pressure around this as well). I hope you can relate to some of it and enjoy the episode!
