The other day as I was listening to Dr. Wendy Walsh, her show was about the suicide death of Chester Bennington. This had a major effect on me because he took his life on the anniversary of the suicide death of another musician, Chris Cornell. This placed in my face, my own struggles of dealing with my depression. I've never been to the level of wanting to take my life, however, I do believe that all depression have a sort of relativity at some point. I was so moved by her show that I felt the need to do an episode on "My Depression" This is with the hope of helping others who my be in a deeper hole of depression than I have ever been. Even if you're not challenged with this issue but you know someone that may be effected, I want to urge you to have them contact my website and I will do more than my level best to connect them with some help. This podcast episode is one of my favorite episode thus far. It promotes my original music and the back stories of each piece. Although other episodes in regards to the music of sparks with be presented and released soon, it is our hope that we will be able to build an audience that's interested in this music from this episode alone. As I have done lots of research since by diagnoses a couple of years ago, I've discovered many things about myself, about health in general, medications, and the healthcare system.
