TANGtalks: An Exploration into Women's Rights

In today's episode, I interview Dr. Brenda Jarmon, who started her own business, Sowing Seeds of Faith, after years of challenges. We talk about how to persevere through difficulty, and what the first step to starting business is.

In today's episode, I will be talking with Dr. Bigbie, who owns and operates a private business called The Bigbie Method, which is dedicated to scaling up the Nonviolent Communication processes to all segments of our society. She has also done work with restorative justice in Tallahassee, and elaborates on what the community can do to transition the justice system from being punitive to being restorative.
