    First podcast back since baby Den and its more of rant than anything. But honestly LADIES! SUPPORT EACH OTHER! Be nice or keep walking don't be a twat please.

    How many times have you not acted on something because you were worried about others opinions? You are not alone! Others opinions do not pay your bills. They do not live your life and most of all their options do not matter!

    Move the marker with you.

    New years resolutions, positivity, negativity. 2020 and our association with it. We all need different things, we all have different tools that we use ans we all have different outlooks on the new year. What is yours and how are you approaching it?

    Just stay in your own lane.

    Are you veering off track? Are you too busy looking at what someone else is doing instead of staying in your own lane and getting shit done?

    The struggle IS the success.

    We are ever so scared to step out of our comfort zone. We complain daily, settle for things that are not making us happy and end up full of regret not going after the life we want. It's time to break the cycle. Be your own cheerleader and get the life you want.

    Motivation is Bullsh*t

    Motivation..... The reason you're not finishing your challeneges, reaching your goals, going to the gym, losing the weight. Motivation alone will not get you there. What will? Grit. You need Grit.

    Will we ever really be happy?

    The grass is always greener on the other side. How much of a harsh truth that statement is. It seems that we are always looking for the "thing" that will make us happy. That extra 5kg loss, the new hair, the new job. Whatever it is we always want MORE. But what if you already have it? What if you already HAD it well before now and only realise now,looking back that you were beating yourself up for no good reason! You could have been enjoying all your hard work and efforts, appreciating yourself. So how do we break the cycle? It all is in the mind.
