April 26th 2026 "Journey through Romans"
This episode offers a heartfelt and relatable look at Romans 9–11, unpacking the tension between God’s sovereignty and our personal responsibility in a way that feels both honest and encouraging. With a mix of humor, real-life stories, and straightforward teaching, the message gently challenges the idea that being “good enough” or religious can make us right with God, pointing instead to the simple truth that salvation is a gift through Jesus. As Romans 10 comes to life, listeners are invited to see that while God is fully in control, each of us is also given the opportunity to respond to believe, to confess, and to follow. April 19th 2026 "Romans chapter 9 cont"
This episode mixes lighthearted moments, church life updates, and a deep dive into Romans 9 to tackle one of the more challenging parts of Scripture. At its core, the conversation centers on the truth that salvation isn’t about background, good works, or effort, but about placing faith in Jesus. Along the way, it unpacks key characteristics of God His faithfulness even when people fall short, His sovereignty over all things, His mercy in withholding what we deserve, and His patience in giving us time to turn to Him. While wrestling with big ideas like election and predestination, the episode keeps things grounded and practical, reminding listeners that even when we don’t fully understand how it all works, we’re still called to respond and ultimately, to choose who we will follow.

April 12th 2026 "Romans Chapter 9"
In this episode, we move from celebration to conviction as we walk through Romans 9 and wrestle with the tension between God’s sovereignty and our responsibility. While celebrating God’s provision and the impact of a growing church, the message shifts to the Apostle Paul’s deep anguish for his people who have not placed their faith in Jesus. Through a thoughtful look at Israel’s role in God’s plan and today’s often divisive conversations surrounding it, we’re reminded to stay focused on what truly saves faith in Christ alone. This episode challenges us to stop seeing people as numbers and instead as souls deeply loved by God, calling us to carry a genuine burden for those in our own communities who don’t yet know Him.

April 5th 2026 "Easter, He Is Risen"
This Easter message uses a relatable story of a couple drifting apart on a bench seat to illustrate a deeper spiritual truth: if we feel distant from God, it’s not because He moved, we did. Centered in Romans 8, the message reminds us that God is for us, proved it by giving His Son, and through Jesus’ death and resurrection we are justified, not condemned, and never separated from His love. Because Christ conquered death and now intercedes for us, we are not only forgiven but made “more than conquerors,” no longer defined by our past, pain, or struggles. The empty tomb means our hearts don’t have to stay empty Jesus is alive, with us, and inviting us to surrender, draw near, and live in the freedom and fullness we were made for.

March 26th 2026 "Palm Sunday"
This Palm Sunday message walks through the powerful connection between the Old Testament Passover and Jesus’ triumphal entry into Jerusalem, showing how every detail from the selection of the spotless lamb in Exodus 12 to Jesus entering through the eastern gate was intentional and fulfilled prophecy. By tracing Scripture from Exodus to Matthew 21 and the prophets, the sermon reveals Jesus as the true Passover Lamb who came not to overthrow Rome, but to save humanity from sin. It challenges listeners to reflect on their own response to Jesus whether they follow Him faithfully or simply go along with the crowd and calls them to live with bold faith, prioritize Him above all else, and trust Him fully in prayer. As Holy Week begins, the message invites everyone to remember their worth in Christ, extend personal invitations to others, and hold onto hope, knowing that the same Jesus who entered Jerusalem in peace ultimately conquered death and is alive today.

March 15th 2026 "Romans Chapter 7"
In this episode, we walk through Romans 7 and unpack Paul’s powerful illustration of marriage to explain our relationship with the law and with Christ. Just as a spouse is released from a marriage through death, believers are released from the burden of trying to earn righteousness through the law and are instead united with Jesus through grace. The law still has purposei t reveals sin and shows us our need for a Savior but it cannot save us or change our hearts. Paul’s raw honesty about his own struggle with sin reminds us that even mature believers wrestle with the tension between the flesh and the Spirit. The Christian life is a real battle, but the struggle itself is evidence that God is still working in us. The good news is that our failures do not cancel God’s love; through Jesus there is grace, freedom, and no condemnation for those who are in Him.

Faith Over Fear: Finding Peace in a Chaotic World
In this episode of the TCC Podcast, the conversation begins with some lighthearted stories about growing up, dad sayings we never thought we’d repeat, and how things like school closings and getting the news have changed over the years. The discussion then shifts to a deeper look at how today’s constant stream of news and negativity can create anxiety and confusion. The group explores how Christians are called to view the chaos of the world through the lens of faith, reminding listeners that while the world may feel uncertain, believers can remain anchored in Christ. Through Scripture and personal stories, the episode encourages choosing faith over fear, focusing on what is good and true, loving your neighbor, and making a difference in your own world by sharing the hope of the Gospel and helping make heaven crowded.

March 8th 2026 "Romans Chapter 6"
In this episode, we continue our journey through the book of Romans as we explore Romans chapter 6 and the powerful truth about freedom from sin through Jesus Christ. We discuss how salvation is not something we can earn through good works, but a gift of God’s grace received through faith. Paul addresses the tension between legalism and the false idea that grace gives us a license to sin, reminding us that when we place our faith in Christ, our old self dies and we are made new. Through the symbolism of baptism and the work of the Holy Spirit, believers are called to see themselves differently no longer slaves to sin, but alive in Christ and devoted to righteousness. This message challenges us to change how we view both ourselves and sin, to rely on the Holy Spirit for strength, and to live in a way that reflects the new life we have been given through Jesus.

March 1st 2026 "Romans Chapter 5"
In this episode, we dive into Romans 5:12–21 and unpack one of the clearest summaries of the gospel in all of Scripture. Paul contrasts Adam and Jesus, showing how sin and death entered the world through one man’s disobedience, and how righteousness and eternal life come through one man’s obedience Jesus Christ. We explore the reality of sin, the weight of the curse, and the universal problem of death, while also celebrating the overwhelming grace of God that meets us in our brokenness. This message reminds us that we are all either “in Adam” or “in Christ,” and that while the wages of sin is death, the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus. It’s a powerful call to recognize our need, receive God’s grace, and believe in the One who turns death into life.

If you’ve ever wrestled with guilt, striving, or wondering if you’re “doing enough,” this conversation will remind you that our right standing before God rests not on what we do, but on what Christ has done. February 8th 2026 "When Righteousness Is Given, Not Earned"

January 18th 2026 "Romans: Forgiving Sins"
Today we’re looking at the closing section of Romans chapter 1, where Paul clearly and boldly calls out specific sins that flow from rejecting God and exchanging His truth for a lie. Paul doesn’t soften the language he addresses sexual sin, pride, greed, envy, violence, and the breakdown of relationships, showing how sin distorts both our worship and our lives. But this passage isn’t meant to leave us condemned or without hope. As we explore these verses, we’ll see that Paul’s goal is not simply to point out what is wrong, but to reveal our deep need for a Savior. Through Jesus, forgiveness is offered to every sinner, no matter the past, and real transformation is possible by the power of the gospel. Romans 1 reminds us that while sin is serious, God’s grace in Christ is greater, calling us not only to repentance, but to new life.

July 27th 2025 "Acts Chapter 25 & 26"
In Acts 25–26, Paul continues his bold witness for Christ while imprisoned in Caesarea. Governor Festus replaces Felix and is pressured by Jewish leaders to hand Paul over. Instead, Paul appeals to Caesar, exercising his rights as a Roman citizen. King Agrippa and his sister Bernice visit Festus and are curious about Paul. In chapter 26, Paul gives a powerful testimony sharing his past as a Pharisee, his persecution of Christians, and his life changing encounter with Jesus on the road to Damascus. He explains his mission to preach repentance to Jews and Gentiles. Despite being in chains, Paul speaks with boldness and clarity. Festus calls him insane, and Agrippa is nearly persuaded to believe. Paul responds with a heartfelt desire for all to know Christ.

July 20th 2025 "Acts Chapter 24"
In Acts 24, Paul is put on trial before Governor Felix in Caesarea. The Jewish leaders bring in a slick lawyer named Tertullus, who accuses Paul of being a public menace, stirring up riots, and defiling the temple. Paul calmly defends himself. He explains he came to Jerusalem to worship, not to cause trouble. He admits he follows “the Way,” but says it aligns with Scripture and insists his conscience is clear before God. He also affirms his hope in the resurrection of both the righteous and the wicked. Felix, who’s familiar with “the Way,” delays making any decision. He keeps Paul under light custody and even allows friends to visit. Later, Felix and his wife Drusilla hear Paul speak about faith in Christ, righteousness, self-control, and the coming judgment. Felix gets uncomfortable and sends Paul away but not for long. He keeps bringing Paul back, hoping for a bribe. Even after two years, Paul stays locked up not for guilt, but because Felix wants to stay on the Jews’ good side. Eventually, a new governor, Festus, takes over. Paul shows integrity under pressure. He keeps his witness strong, even before corrupt officials. And though justice is delayed, God's purpose keeps moving forward.

July 13th 2025 "Acts Chapter 23"
Today in Acts 23, we witness a deadly plot to kill Paul but more importantly, we see how God’s hand is at work behind the scenes. God positions Paul right where He wants him not as a setback, but as a setup to share the gospel during his trial before powerful leaders. God protects Paul through an unlikely source his young nephew who exposes the assassination plot. And God provides by using Roman soldiers to escort Paul safely to Caesarea, even securing him a place to stay in the governor’s palace. This chapter reminds us that even in the face of danger, God is always working through people, circumstances, and even our enemies to fulfill His purpose. When we walk in God’s plan, He will faithfully position us, protect us, and provide for us every step of the way.
