The Ministry of Prayer and Mercy | Gary Wilkerson
In this deeply personal and faith-filled message from Day 3 of Fire in Our Bones, Gary Wilkerson weaves together testimony, mission, and exhortation to remind the church that prayer and compassion remain central to the heart of God. Sharing powerful stories of healing in his own family and testimonies of rescue among widows and orphans through World Challenge, Gary points the church back to a simple but urgent biblical call. At the center of the message is Paul’s short but weighty appeal: “Brothers, pray for us.” Through that lens, Gary reminds believers that ministry is sustained not by activity alone, but by prayer, focus, and a heart aligned with what matters most to God. With tenderness, clarity, and conviction, Gary also reflects on the importance of clarifying calling in a distracted age. Rather than trying to do everything, he emphasizes the power of identifying the one thing God has especially entrusted to you and giving yourself fully to it. The message is filled with compassion for the vulnerable and gratitude for what God continues to do through surrendered lives. One of the clearest themes throughout is that “pure and undefiled religion” is not mere performance or appearance, but love expressed through prayerful, practical care for those in need. This session becomes both a testimony of God’s faithfulness and a call to keep praying, keep focusing, and keep serving where God has truly called.

Keep Planting, Keep Watering, and Keep Praying | Ron Brown
In this encouraging closing message from Fire in Our Bones, Ron Brown reminds pastors, leaders, and servants of God that the call of ministry is not to manufacture results, but to remain faithful in the work God has assigned. Drawing from Acts 10 and Ephesians 2, he points to Jesus as the model of Spirit-anointed ministry, one who “went about doing good and healing all who were under the power of the devil, because God was with him.” From there, Ron calls the church back to a steady, surrendered faithfulness: plant the seed of God’s Word, water it with prayer, obedience, and love, and trust the Lord Himself to bring the increase. With warmth, gratitude, and pastoral wisdom, Ron urges leaders not to measure their lives or ministries by artificial standards, outward appearances, or pressure to produce visible success. Instead, he calls them to serve with thanksgiving, blessing, and endurance, remembering that God is always at work in hidden places. One of the clearest burdens of the message is this simple but powerful charge: “You just keep on planting. You just keep on watering. You just keep on praying.” At the heart of the sermon is a call to live from gratitude, trust God with the harvest, and remember that every good work prepared by God carries eternal significance, even when the fruit is not yet visible.

Reclaiming the Prophetic Mantle | Ron Brown
In this urgent and Spirit-filled message from Fire in Our Bones, Ron Brown calls the church to awaken to the season we are living in and reclaim the prophetic mantle God has entrusted to His people. Drawing from Ephesians 5 and Joshua 1, he reminds us that the church is not called merely to survive dark times, but to speak, live, and minister with a Spirit-led clarity that reveals the heart and wisdom of God to the world. This prophetic mantle is not about religious performance or empty language. It is about a life aligned with God, filled with the Holy Spirit, and able to discern what the Lord is saying and doing in the hour we are in. As Ron declares, “We must reclaim our prophetic mantle as the church of the Living God,” and that begins with learning to inquire of the Lord again. With pastoral authority and prophetic urgency, Ron emphasizes that this new season cannot be navigated with old patterns, human wisdom, or ministry momentum alone. The church must become a people who wait on God, pray deeply, and receive fresh instruction from the Holy Spirit for the challenges of this hour. He points to Joshua as a model of Spirit-led leadership, one who needed humility, wisdom, courage, and strength in order to lead people into their inheritance. At the center of the message is this conviction: “It is time for us to reclaim the prophetic mantle of the church, walking in lockstep with the Holy Spirit,” so that the people of God can bring real answers, real hope, and real deliverance to a broken world.

The War Is Over | Daniel Bentley
In this powerful and freeing message from Fire in Our Bones, Daniel Bentley opens Romans 6 to remind believers that too many Christians are still fighting like prisoners in a war Jesus has already won. Through the cross and resurrection, sin’s authority has been broken, the old self has been crucified, and a new life has already begun for every believer in Christ. As Daniel declares, “The war is over,” and the call now is to stop living like spiritual prisoners of war when heaven has already announced our freedom. With clarity, pastoral honesty, and deep gospel hope, Daniel shows that grace is not permission to stay bound but power to walk free. He urges believers to stop defining themselves by old patterns, old reflexes, and old shame, and instead come into agreement with what God says is already true. At the heart of the message is this liberating reality: “You’re not fighting for victory. You’re fighting from victory,” because “sin shall no longer be your master.” This is a call to believe the gospel more deeply, renew the mind, and live like sons and daughters who truly belong to a new King.

When the World Gets Darker, the Church Burns Brighter | Gary Wilkerson
In this urgent and sobering message from Fire in Our Bones, Gary Wilkerson delivers a prophetic warning to the church about the spiritual condition of the culture and the danger of mistaking outward improvement for true transformation. Preaching from Matthew 12 and Romans 1, he warns that temporary moral cleanup, political shifts, or cultural corrections are not the same as revival. If a generation is merely swept and ordered on the outside but remains empty on the inside, darker forces will return with even greater intensity. As Gary says, “We have not had a real revival,” and the church must not be lulled into comfort by appearances. At the same time, this message is not one of fear, but of holy resolve. Gary calls believers to prepare for a darker hour by becoming a stronger, purer, more Spirit-filled church. Rather than shrinking back, the people of God are called to stand, resist, pray, fast, and live with uncompromising love and holiness. One of the strongest burdens of the message is his conviction that “These are not going to be the darkest days for the church. I believe they’re going to be the brightest days for the church,” because when evil rises, God raises up a people who are ready to shine. This is a call to spiritual resistance, deep consecration, and courageous faith for the days ahead.

The Call to Minister in Every Generation (Vol. 2) | Panel Discussion
In this rich and practical panel conversation from Fire in Our Bones, Jonathan Skiles, Alberto Bello, James Force, Gary Wilkerson, and Ron Brown reflect on the church’s calling to minister faithfully across generations. Together, they speak with honesty about the challenges facing the church today—division, consumer Christianity, fear of releasing younger leaders, and the tension of leading in a rapidly changing culture. Yet the heart of the discussion is deeply hopeful. Again and again, the panel returns to the conviction that God is moving powerfully in this moment, especially among younger generations who are hungry for truth, community, and the real presence of God. As one of the clearest themes of the panel puts it, “The message never changes, but the vehicle does.” With wisdom, humor, and pastoral depth, the conversation highlights both the burden and the beauty of ministry in this hour. The panelists emphasize the importance of sound theology, authentic discipleship, intergenerational unity, and a willingness to release the next generation into real responsibility. They also remind leaders not to lose sight of the joy of ministry itself—seeing lives transformed, families restored, and the gospel carried forward in fresh ways. At the center of the discussion is a call for the church to remain anchored in Christ while adapting its methods, building true community, and creating space for sons and daughters to carry the mantle into the future.

The Mantle of Obedience | James Force
In this stirring message from Fire in Our Bones, James Force calls believers to recognize that we are living in the fruit of someone else’s obedience, and now it is our turn to carry that same mantle for the next generation. From Elijah and Elisha to Peter, Paul, and David Wilkerson, James shows that God moves powerfully through ordinary people who simply say yes. At the center of the message is a clear challenge: “It’s our turn now,” and the question is whether we will live open-handed before God, ready to obey whatever He asks. With urgency and encouragement, James reminds listeners that obedience is not about having every detail figured out, but about surrendering our will to God’s. He warns against trying to control the outcome, waiting until we feel qualified, or asking God to simply bless plans we have already made. Instead, he calls the church back to a life of yielded prayer, active faith, and immediate response. As he says, “You will never know what your obedience today will lead to tomorrow,” and that truth becomes a call to trust God fully, remove distractions, and say with sincerity, “Lord, whatever You want me to do, I’ll do.”

Becoming an Expert in the Mercy of God | Micah Hale
In this tender and deeply pastoral message from Fire in Our Bones, Micah Hale calls believers back to the heart of the Beatitudes with Jesus’ words, “Blessed are the peacemakers, for they shall be called sons of God.” He reminds us that true blessing is not found in prestige, control, or outward success, but in the deep, unshakable peace that comes from living near the Father. This peace is not fragile, borrowed, or dependent on circumstances. As Micah says, “No one can take my peace because they didn’t give it to me,” and that peace becomes the mark of those who truly belong to God. With honesty, compassion, and spiritual clarity, Micah shows that peacemaking is not passive. It is forged in conflict, refined through mercy, and lived out in real relationships marked by offense, betrayal, misunderstanding, and reconciliation. He urges listeners not to react in the flesh, but to let the Holy Spirit heal what is broken so they can become people who carry peace into chaos. At the center of the message is a call to reflect the Father’s heart, to become, in his words, “an expert in the mercy of God,” and to live as sons and daughters who leave a trail of peace, healing, and restoration wherever they go.

Perspective for the Promise | Alberto Bello
In this faith-filled and timely message from Fire in Our Bones, Alberto Bello challenges believers to reconsider what they are calling delay, disappointment, or unanswered prayer. Preaching from Numbers 13, he reminds us that God may already be moving, bringing change, and positioning us for promise, even when we cannot yet see it clearly. The issue is not always God’s activity, but our perspective. As Alberto says, “What if God was bringing change and change was already on its way, but you just didn’t have the faith to see it?” This message calls the church to see with fresh eyes, trust God’s timing, and stop letting fear, past pain, or limited thinking distort what He is doing. With passion, humor, and conviction, Alberto contrasts the fearful report of the ten spies with the spirit of Caleb, who saw promise where others saw problems. He reminds listeners that obstacles do not mean God is absent; often they are the very place where His promise is waiting to be revealed. In one of the strongest themes of the message, Alberto declares, “The promises of God are always wrapped in obstacles,” and urges believers to stop viewing life through the wrong lens. He closes with a call to worship, faith, and spiritual perspective, reminding us that “Maybe change is closer than we think.”

A Brand Plucked from the Fire | Gary Wilkerson
In this sobering and deeply pointed message from Fire in Our Bones, Gary Wilkerson calls the church to honest repentance and spiritual wakefulness. Drawing from the life of Samson, he warns against the subtle compromises, tolerated sins, and repeated moments of disobedience that slowly drain spiritual strength and dull discernment. This is not a message of condemnation, but of mercy—a call from the kindness of God to deal with what has been left unchecked before it destroys intimacy, authority, and anointing. As Gary says, “The Holy Spirit is now trying to grab you by the scruff of the neck and pull you out of that fire,” and that urgent call is meant to rescue, not shame. With gravity, tenderness, and clarity, Gary reminds us that compromise rarely begins with a dramatic fall, but with small agreements, subtle seductions, and the false belief that sin can be managed. He warns that many can continue preaching, leading, and ministering without realizing how much strength has already been lost. Yet even here, grace is still reaching. In one of the strongest threads of the message, he points listeners back to the goodness of God, reminding us that “He wants you to leave here tonight knowing he’s going to restore you,” and urging us to stop lingering near the fire and return fully to the presence of the Lord. The call is simple and urgent: “Deal with it tonight.”

The Center of God’s Will Will Always Be Your Favorite Place to Be | James Force
In this deeply encouraging message from Fire in Our Bones, James Force reminds pastors, leaders, and servants of God that while ministry is one of the greatest callings on earth, it can also be exhausting, discouraging, and heavy. Preaching from Psalm 23, he calls us back to the simple but life-giving truth that we are not just shepherds of others—we are sheep who still need the Shepherd ourselves. As James says, “The center of God’s will will always be your favorite place to be,” and no matter where God leads, He remains faithful to provide everything needed for every assignment. With honesty, warmth, and pastoral strength, James urges weary leaders to stop living on performance, pressure, and constant output, and to let the Lord minister to them again. He reminds us that “The Lord is my shepherd. I lack no good thing,” and that even in dark valleys, God’s presence is enough to carry us through. This message is a call to rest, trust, and renewed dependence on Jesus—to slow down, receive from Him, and remember that “Wherever God places you, your role will always be to point to Jesus.”

The Burning Flame of Obedience | Ron Brown
In this opening message from the Fire in Our Bones Conference, Pastor Ron Brown calls the church back to the burning flame of obedience. In a world filled with chaos, pressure, and distraction, he reminds believers that God is still calling His people to listen to His voice and walk in step with the Holy Spirit. Revival does not come through activity, strategy, or appearance, but through surrendered lives that simply obey what God says. As Pastor Ron declares, “To hear is to obey,” and when the church returns to that place of listening and responding, the power of God begins to move again. With urgency and encouragement, this message challenges believers to stop measuring their lives by success, results, or recognition and instead measure their faithfulness by obedience to God’s will. Pastor Ron reminds us that “God is not counting your success. He's counting your obedience,” and calls the church to persevere even through difficult seasons of ministry and life. Whether the season feels fruitful or discouraging, the call remains the same: “Keep obeying until you can’t anymore.” When the people of God live this way—praying, serving, loving, and proclaiming Christ—the flame of obedience becomes the very fire that sustains revival.

Shining God's Light in Our Season of Suffering | Walter Colace
In one of the most personal and powerful messages of Spiritual Emphasis 2025, Pastor Walter Colace shares his journey through cancer, radiation, and chemotherapy — and how God used every step of suffering to shine His light more brightly. Preached directly to our Teen Challenge alumni, this is a testimony that goes beyond healing; it is a lesson in walking through the fire with the peace of God and the presence of Jesus. Drawing from Isaiah 26:3, Isaiah 50:10, Psalm 103:1-5, and Daniel 3, Pastor Walter speaks candidly about fear, faith, and the supernatural peace that sustained him: “Ever since I came to Teen Challenge almost 34 years ago, God has had my life in His hands.” “When there was no answer from doctors, I leaned on God’s Word.” “You say, 'You're a puzzle to us.' No, I'm a miracle because Jesus is my healer.” Even as he sat in the darkest rooms of the cancer center, Pastor Walter carried a radiant hope and used every moment to share Christ with patients, nurses, and even his oncologist. When doctors said he would lose his ability to eat, speak, or avoid a feeding tube, the Lord sustained him with energy, healing, and boldness to pray for others. “Suffering will always squeeze out of you who you really are. And when the pressure came, Jesus came out.” This message reminds us that suffering is not the end of the story. Just as God protected Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego in the fiery furnace (Daniel 3), Pastor Walter reminds us: “They said I would burn, but God said, ‘I’ll shield you from the effects.’” At the core of this message is the unshakable truth that the light of Christ shines brightest in our darkest seasons. “God puts a comma where Satan tries to put a period. The story isn’t over.” If you or someone you know is walking through a season of pain, trial, or uncertainty, let this message give you fresh faith. God is not finished with you. His light will break through. ✨ Stay connected: YouTube | Instagram | Facebook: @socalteenchallenge X (Twitter): @scteenchallenge Website: teenchallenge.org

Ruined Funerals & Resurrected Lives | Gary Wilkerson
He Took the Stone Away: Resurrection Life Is Yours in Christ In this powerful Spiritual Emphasis message, we are reminded that the same Jesus who rose from the grave is still rolling stones away today—stones of addiction, shame, spiritual death, and broken identity. But more than just moved aside, the stone was taken away. Gone. Removed forever. 💬 “Jesus ruins every funeral He walks into.” 💬 “That old man is not in there anymore—the stone has been taken away.” 💬 “You have a memorial stone in heaven with your story carved into it.” Pastor Gary Wilkerson shares a deeply personal and prophetic word rooted in John 11 and John 20, weaving together the resurrection of Lazarus, the empty tomb, and the unbinding of the grave clothes. With honest vulnerability, he testifies of watching his own son go from passed out in a rehab center bathroom to graduating seminary with highest honors—because Jesus took the stone away. 📖 Scriptures Referenced: John 11:38–44 — Lazarus raised from the dead John 20:1 — The stone was taken away 2 Corinthians 5:17 — “If anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation.” Romans 6:4 — “We too might walk in newness of life.” Key Themes: Jesus not only forgives—you are made new. Your identity is forever changed when the stone is lifted. Spiritual death isn’t the end—resurrection power is available now. Healing takes place not just instantly but through community. Discipleship is the unwrapping of grave clothes. You’re Not Who You Were. That part of you—the bound-up, broken, addicted part—was buried. But Jesus didn’t just roll the stone aside. He took it away. And just like Lazarus, you are being unwrapped by love, community, and truth. Let others help you. Embrace correction. Receive your freedom. 🎯 What will you do with this moment? Will you live like the stone is still there? Or will you run into the light of your glorious day? 🕊️ Response Invitation: If there are still “grave clothes” clinging to you—discouragement, isolation, anger, unforgiveness—let Jesus and the community He’s placed around you pull them off. Don’t walk out of the grave just to stay bound. Walk free. Live unwrapped. 📲 Stay connected for more life-changing messages: Instagram, Facebook, YouTube: @socalteenchallenge X (Twitter): @scteenchallenge Learn more: teenchallenge.org

Living in the Light of Surrender | Ron Brown
The Battle of Submission: Letting God’s Will Win In this anointed message, Pastor Ron Brown delivers a heartfelt call to deeper surrender. Drawing from James 4, John 8, and the lives of Peter, Paul, and Moses, Ron calls us to stop trying to do things our way—and let Jesus have full control. Because real spiritual warfare begins not with shouting at the devil—but with submitting to God. 💬 “Submission is not about being passive. It’s a battle. It’s the battle to say, ‘Not my will, but Yours be done.’” 💬 “Jesus didn’t say shout at the devil—He said submit to God, then resist, and the enemy will flee.” 💬 “Your life doesn’t belong to you. It belongs to Jesus.” 🔑 Key Themes: • The true fight is for daily submission, not just freedom from addiction • Grace increases when we humble ourselves • The devil flees only from surrendered people • Real transformation begins when you lay down your own will • Heroes of faith—Peter, Paul, Moses—all had to fight this same battle 📖 Scriptures Referenced: • James 4:6–7 — “Submit yourselves to God, resist the devil…” • John 8:12 — “I am the light of the world…” • Romans 5:9 — “Justified by His blood…” • 2 Corinthians 5:17 — “If anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation.” • Jeremiah 29:11 — “Plans to prosper you and not to harm you.” • Galatians 2:20 — “I have been crucified with Christ…” 🙏 A Personal Challenge from Pastor Ron: Who are you really listening to? The voice of your past, your trauma, your plans—or the voice of God? ✔️ Are you trying to unbind yourself? ✔️ Are you shouting at the devil but not surrendered to the Lord? ✔️ Are you holding back your voice, your heart, your future? The victory doesn’t come from resisting first—it comes from submitting first. Let God speak. Let His grace flood your life. And then walk in the power of freedom. 🕊️ Take Action Today: • Lay down your plans. • Surrender your past. • Receive more grace by walking in the light of Jesus. Declare it now: “I’m Yours, Lord. Take One Faith-Step: Do the thing that scares you most—ask that person to forgive you, begin your dream project, share your testimony, or apply for that job. 4. God’s Light on the Hidden Wounds | Alex Delgado
What a tragedy it would be to go through Teen Challenge and only leave sober. In this vulnerable, Spirit-breathed message, Pastor Alex Delgado pleads with this generation to stop hiding behind sobriety, gifts, and good behavior—and let God shine His healing light on the root. “We’re asking for fruit—sobriety, a wife, finances—but God is after the root. Why are you going back? What’s the pain behind the pattern?” “Let there be light was not God’s first suggestion—it was His first command.” “God won’t reveal what He’s not ready to heal.” “Stop begging for sobriety—you’re already sober. Start thanking God and let the light go deeper.” This is more than a message—it’s a moment. Alex shares his own story of father wounds, buried grief, and the 35 years of unresolved pain that God unearthed when it was time for healing. “I never let the light shine on the bitterness in my heart. I used to shine it on my calling, my gifts—but never on my brokenness.” “Hurt people hurt people. And hurt people in ministry is a tragedy.” “Ministry is not about a microphone—it’s about washing feet.” “Let the light do its full work. Don’t stay dead at the altar—let God resurrect what’s been lost.” This message also carries a tender prophetic word for women who’ve experienced abortion: “When you release your grip on guilt and shame, the tide of God’s grace will wash it away. That baby has been made new—and so have you.” Alex challenges the listener to shift how they see submission, leadership, and spiritual authority. “You’re not submitting to Teen Challenge—you’re submitting to Jesus.” “You may not understand the process, but God is already doing something in the spiritual. Your body’s just catching up.” 🙏 Reflect and Respond: • What dark place have you refused to let God shine His light on? • Are you only letting God touch the symptoms—or are you ready for the root? • What pain have you buried that He’s now ready to heal? “Let there be light on the abortion. Let there be light on the father wound. Let there be light on the guilt. And let it all die at the altar so resurrection can begin.” 📲 Stay connected for more stories and Spirit-led teaching: • Instagram, Facebook, YouTube: @socalteenchallenge • X (Twitter): @scteenchallenge • Learn more or get help: teenchallenge.org

Come Out of the Shadows and Follow Jesus | Ryan Ries
This isn’t the time to play church. It’s the time to repent, get right, and follow Jesus with everything. In this fire-filled message, Ryan Ries confronts a generation that’s addicted to comfort, compromise, and surface-level Christianity. Drawing from Luke 9:23, he reminds us: “If anyone wants to follow Jesus, you must deny yourself, pick up your cross daily, and follow Him.” Christianity isn’t a spectator sport. “Faith is a verb.” And it requires full surrender. “You can’t follow Jesus and live in sin. It doesn’t work like that.” “God’s not looking for perfect people. He’s looking for surrendered people.” Ryan shares his own story — the drugs, the porn, the money, the fame — and how it all left him empty until he met the real Jesus. And that same Jesus is calling out to you. “Some of you are addicted. Some of you are in sexual sin. Some of you are in religious bondage. And Jesus is saying, ‘Come out of the shadows.’” He doesn’t pull punches: “You’re either all in, or you’re not in at all.” “You want to experience the power of God? Repent. Turn from your sin. Seek Him. And watch what He does.” Through story, scripture, and a powerful altar call, Ryan reminds us that Jesus didn’t come to make us better people — He came to bring dead people to life. 🙏 Reflect and Respond: • Are you following Jesus or just following rules? • What sin are you hiding that needs to come into the light? • When will you stop running and finally surrender? “This might be your last chance to repent. Do it now. Don’t wait.” “The Holy Spirit doesn’t come to play games. He comes to bring transformation.” 📲 Stay connected for more life-changing messages: • Instagram, Facebook, YouTube: @socalteenchallenge • X (Twitter): @scteenchallenge • Learn more: teenchallenge.org

Let There Be Light on the Darkness of Shame | John Burns
• Some things grow in the dark — but shame shouldn't be one of them. In this vulnerable and powerful message, John Burns shares how shame becomes a stronghold when left unexposed, but how Jesus brings healing when we bring our shame into the light. “Let there be light on the darkness of shame” is more than a theme — it’s a spiritual invitation to uncover what we’ve tried to hide and let God lovingly cover it with His truth. “Guilt says, ‘I made a mistake.’ But shame says, ‘I am a mistake.’” “Jesus didn’t just take your sin—He took your shame, and He scorned it.” Using the stories of Adam and Eve, the woman at the well, and Jesus’ own suffering, John lays out three ways God brings healing from shame: • Through a relationship with Jesus Christ, who “knows everything about you and still loves you” • Through the Word of God, which “shines truth on the lies shame tells you” • Through loving relationships with other believers, where “love covers over a multitude of sins” “Don’t come to Teen Challenge and cover your shame with fig leaves.” “Let Jesus love your shame and bring healing to the wounds you’ve carried too long.” Shame thrives in secrecy. But God has given you a new identity in Christ. You are not your addiction. You are not your failure. You are not your past. “Anyone who believes in Him will never be put to shame.” (Romans 10:11) 🙏 Reflect and Respond • What fig leaves have you used to hide your shame? • Have you let Jesus love your shame — not just your strengths? •Who in your life can speak the truth of God’s Word to your hidden places? “You will forget the shame of your youth. You will not be humiliated. Do not be afraid.” (Isaiah 54:4) 📲 Stay connected for more messages of healing and transformation: • Instagram, Facebook, YouTube: @socalteenchallenge • X (Twitter): @scteenchallenge • Website & resources: teenchallenge.org

Positioned for Breakthrough | Ron Brown
God is still breaking through. In this Spirit-charged message from Spiritual Emphasis 2025, Pastor Ron Brown delivers a prophetic call to stop depending on your own strength and step into divine breakthrough — not someday, but today. “You didn’t come to Teen Challenge to get programmed. You came to meet a Savior.” Breakthrough isn’t emotional hype. It’s a suddenly from God — where His dunamis power explodes the barriers holding you back. Whether it’s addiction, fear, confusion, or self-will, Pastor Ron reminds us: “You must be positioned for breakthrough. And your position is seated in heavenly places in Christ Jesus.” So how do we experience it? Ron walks us through David’s story in 2 Samuel 5 — a king who inquired of the Lord, waited for an answer, and obeyed when God said move. “Breakthrough comes when we pray, wait, listen, and obey,” he declares. It’s not your strength. “We are empty vessels, and God wants to pour His strength into our lives.” “The Holy Spirit is creative. Don’t fight today’s battle with yesterday’s method.” Too often we miss God’s voice because we’ve already decided what we want Him to say. But breakthrough doesn’t follow your five-year plan — it follows surrender. “Give it all up for Jesus,” Ron challenges. Your back-pocket plans won’t hold up against spiritual warfare. This message is a battle cry for our generation. “You are His voice to a generation lost in darkness.” You were never ‘not good enough.’ “You’re useful to the King.” But to walk in that purpose, you have to stop doing things your way. “Breakthrough starts with Jesus. It’s delivered by Jesus. And it makes us useful for noble purposes.” Let go. Wait on the Lord. And let Him break through in the way only He can. 📲 Stay connected for more Spirit-filled content and stories of transformation: Instagram, Facebook, YouTube: @socalteenchallenge X (Twitter): @scteenchallenge Website & resources: teenchallenge.org

With a hushed room and hearts bowed low, he invites us to pause and tell Jesus, in our own words, that He is worthy. "You are lovely. You are precious. You are wonderful. You are worthy," the room whispers, shouts, and weeps. And then, with trembling reverence, Carter opens the scriptures to remind us of a covenant sealed in blood—a promise for the weak, the weary, the ones who fail: “When you fall, I’ll pick you up. When you fail, I’ll come back to you again.” This communion is not just remembrance—it is an exchange. We receive His strength to be poured out for others. “God, as You were given for me, I’m trusting You now to live in me, so I can be given for the sake of somebody else.” It's a holy commissioning. A moment where worship meets mission. As the elements are passed, a chorus rises—“Jesus, Jesus, what a Savior…”—and then Carter reads from 1 Corinthians 11: “For I received from the Lord… that the Lord Jesus on the same night in which He was betrayed took bread…” The broken bread becomes a symbol of healing, and the cup, a declaration of unwavering love. Key Themes & Quotes: “We are actually receiving the strength of God.” “God, we refuse to keep this great salvation to ourselves any longer.” The call is clear: “Make us Your Church again, Lord.” This wasn’t just a moment. It was a turning point—a sacred seal to all that had been stirred. As the conference came to a close, Carter spoke a blessing over the people: “May the words of the Lord dwell in you richly… and may His glorious presence go before you as you publish the good news that Jesus is alive.” — 📲 Stay connected with us: 🟥 YouTube → / @SoCalTeenChallenge 📘 Facebook → / SoCalTeenChallenge 📸 Instagram → / SoCalTeenChallenge 🎥 Vimeo → / SoCalTeenChallenge 🐦 X (Twitter) → / SCTeenChallenge 🌐 More stories, resources, and help available at: https://www.teenchallenge.org 🫱🏼🫲🏾 Join us in the work of transforming lives: https://www.teenchallenge.org/donate 📞 Need prayer or help? Don't Limit God | Carter Conlon
In this unforgettable and Spirit-charged message, Pastor Carter Conlon delivers a resounding call to those who feel disqualified, weary, or unseen: Don’t limit what God can do through your life. Drawing from 1 Corinthians 1, he reminds us that “God has chosen the foolish things… the weak things… the things that are not… to bring to nothing the things that are.” If you’ve ever felt like you have nothing left to offer, this word will stir your soul. With deep humility and holy fire, Pastor Carter testifies to the power of God's mercy in his own life—recounting moments of fear, panic attacks, and brokenness, and how God met him in the midst of it all with a voice that said, “Don’t limit Me.” He speaks of barren seasons like Hannah’s, where years of weeping and disappointment give birth to world-changing revival—when one life, surrendered fully to God, becomes a voice that guides nations. “From a wordless prayer came a voice that guided the nation for 40 years,” he declares, as he pleads with us to offer our lives back to God—not for personal comfort, but for Kingdom purpose. “If You give me life, Lord, I’ll bring it back to You.” Standout themes: God chooses the overlooked, the barren, the weak—those between “foolish and nothing.” The voice of God returns when we stop praying for ourselves and start asking for His glory. Your unanswered prayers, your tears, your silence—none of it is wasted. If your heart is burning to be used by God but you feel unqualified, this message will lift your head, awaken your calling, and remind you: God has heard your cry—and He’s not finished with you yet. — 📲 Stay connected with us: 🟥 YouTube → / @SoCalTeenChallenge 📘 Facebook → / SoCalTeenChallenge 📸 Instagram → / SoCalTeenChallenge 🎥 Vimeo → / SoCalTeenChallenge 🐦 X (Twitter) → / SCTeenChallenge 🌐 More stories, resources, and help available at: https://www.teenchallenge.org 🫱🏼🫲🏾 Join us in the work of transforming lives: https://www.teenchallenge.org/donate 📞 Need prayer or help? The Reading of Revelation 1-5 | Gary Wilkerson
“Worthy is the Lamb who was slain…” At Fire in Our Bones 2025, Gary Wilkerson stood and simply read Revelation chapters 1–5… and heaven came down. This wasn’t a sermon. This wasn’t performance. This was pure, Holy Spirit power released through the spoken Word of God. As Gary opened the book of Revelation, the atmosphere shifted. The room stood still — trembling under the weight of the glory of Jesus Christ, the Alpha and the Omega, the Lamb who was slain and now reigns forevermore. Experience the stunning scenes of: Jesus walking among the lampstands with eyes like fire The call to the seven churches The open door in heaven The throne of God, surrounded by lightning, thunder, and emerald rainbows The “Holy, Holy, Holy” of the living creatures The scroll no one could open... until the Lamb stepped forward And then—heaven erupts. Thousands upon thousands of angels Elders casting crowns Every creature in heaven and on earth lifting one voice: “To Him who sits on the throne and to the Lamb… be blessing and honor and glory and power forever and ever!” This moment became one of the most anointed and unforgettable moments of the entire conference. This is the best sermon I’ve ever preached in my life... and I didn’t say a word of my own. – Gary Wilkerson — 🕊️ Let this reading wash over you. Let the fear of the Lord grip your heart. The Presence of God | Daniel Bentley
“If Your presence doesn’t go with us… we’re not going.” — Moses (Exodus 33:15) This message is a call — not just to ministry, not to church activity, but to pursue the manifest presence of God above everything else. In this deeply stirring and timely word, Daniel Bentley invites us to long for more — more than titles, more than numbers, more than noise. Psalm 27 becomes the roadmap: “One thing I ask… this only do I seek: that I may dwell in the house of the Lord… to gaze upon the beauty of the Lord and to seek him in his temple.” We don’t just need good services. We need God Himself. We don’t need hype. We need His holy fire. We don’t need crowds. We need His cloud. This message teaches: The difference between God’s omnipresence and His manifest presence Why hunger, holiness, and humility are essential for encountering Him How to build a life and ministry around His presence And how dangerous it is to do church without Jesus even in the room When Jesus walks in, everything changes. Broken hearts are healed. The addicted are delivered. The weary are renewed. And the joy of the Lord begins to overflow like a river of life. This is more than a sermon. It’s an invitation to revival — the kind that starts in your soul, in secret, where no one sees… but Heaven responds. The Power of Being Ordinary | Carter Conlon
What if the greatest move of God isn’t found in the spotlight… but in the grocery store aisle? In this unforgettable message, Carter Conlon leads us into a deep and powerful revelation: that the glory of God is revealed through ordinary people. From Scripture to personal stories — from Mary at the tomb to a broken man buying roses — Carter reminds us that ministry doesn’t always look like a pulpit. Sometimes, it looks like a prayer in a parking lot. A word on a walk. Or just being present when someone needs Jesus most. “Who has believed our report? And to whom has the arm of the Lord been revealed?” (Isaiah 53:1) This is a message for the discouraged, the overlooked, the tired, and the ordinary. If you’ve ever felt like you didn’t measure up — that your life, your gifts, or your story weren’t enough — this message will flip that lie on its head. Jesus came as a carpenter. He rose and appeared as a gardener, a traveler, and a cook. And He still shows up in ordinary people like YOU. There is power in being exactly who God made you to be. There is no mistake in your calling. There is no shame in the simplicity of your life. You are the body of Christ — whether you’re a plumber, teacher, mom, student, or retired. You are His hands and feet — in your city, your job, your street. You carry His Spirit, and that is where the power is. “Don’t be offended by how God has chosen to reveal Himself through you.” This message will make you laugh, weep, and most of all — thank God for making you exactly the way He did. If you’ve ever felt small, forgotten, or disqualified — this is your moment of breakthrough. Getting Your Assignment From Heaven | Ron Brown
God is still speaking — are you listening? In this anointed and prophetic word, Ron Brown reminds us that our calling doesn’t come from comfort zones, committees, or credentials — it comes straight from Heaven. Through stories of his father’s legacy of caring for widows and orphans, encounters on Skid Row, and the voice of God that still whispers through prayer, Ron calls us back to the place where all real ministry begins: the presence of Jesus. “If we don’t see Jesus, we can’t hear His call.” “God’s not looking for specialists — He’s looking for surrendered people.” “When you hear His voice, that’s when your assignment begins.” This message is a call to return to the altar, to get low before God, to pray like Elijah, and to say YES like Isaiah: “Here I am, send me.” Do you need a fresh burden? Do you want a word from Heaven? Do you want your life to count for eternity? Then listen with open ears. God is still assigning people — not based on earthly qualifications, but on hearts that are fully available. “Open our ears so we can hear Your voice.” “We serve at the pleasure of the King.” “He doesn’t want us to just have a happy clappy time — He wants to give us assignments from Heaven.” This message is for the ones who still believe Jesus is enough. That prayer still works. And that God's plans — though impossible for man — are unstoppable through surrendered people. Finding Your Impossible | Gary Wilkerson
What if the impossible thing you’ve been avoiding… is the very thing God is calling you to do? In this powerful and deeply personal message, Gary Wilkerson invites you to find your impossible — to ask, to listen, to weep, and to act. Rooted in Nehemiah 1, Gary shares how real transformation begins not with vision boards or mission statements… but with a burden from God. This message is more than a sermon — it’s a launching pad for those who are ready to trade comfort for calling, clarity for control, and ease for eternal impact. “As soon as I heard, I sat down and wept.” “God doesn’t want to do a small thing — He wants to do a great thing through you.” “If you don’t want to care about the impossible, don’t ask.” You’ll hear stories of street children in Burundi, widows in Ukraine, and a miraculous opportunity in Afghanistan. You’ll be stirred to fast, pray, give, and go — and challenged to drop every lesser ambition for the one thing God is truly calling you to do. If you’ve ever wondered what your “impossible” looks like, this message may be the moment where “now it happened” becomes your testimony. Let God break your heart for what breaks His. Let Him give you one burden. And let that burden shape the rest of your life. — 🟡 Join the movement to care for 1 million orphans and widows: WorldChallenge.org — 📲 Stay connected with us: 🟥 YouTube → / @SoCalTeenChallenge 📘 Facebook → / SoCalTeenChallenge 📸 Instagram → / SoCalTeenChallenge 🎥 Vimeo → / SoCalTeenChallenge 🐦 X (Twitter) → / SCTeenChallenge 🌐 More stories, resources, and help available at: https://www.teenchallenge.org 🫱🏼🫲🏾 Join us in the work of transforming lives: https://www.teenchallenge.org/donate 📞 Need prayer or help? Rebuilding More Than Walls | Jonathan Laurie
In a world drifting from truth, Pastor Jonathan Laurie delivers a bold call to pastors and leaders: we cannot come down from the wall. Drawing from the life of Nehemiah and the spiritual crisis of Israel, Jonathan challenges us to reclaim our role as shepherds, rebuilders, and guardians of God’s truth. This message is a sobering yet hope-filled call to own our sin, remember God’s faithfulness, and live out uncompromising, courageous leadership—in our churches, our homes, and our nation. “Leadership starts with repentance. It doesn’t begin at the podium—it begins at the altar.” “A generation is being lost because we’ve handed over spiritual leadership to YouTube and TikTok. It’s time to reclaim our calling.” “We are doing a great work—we cannot come down.” From discipleship to culture wars, abortion to gender confusion, Jonathan doesn’t shy away from the tough topics. He reminds us that God’s Word is not a suggestion—it is absolute truth, and pastors are called not to popularity but to faithfulness. 🔥 Whether you’re a parent, a pastor, a teacher, or a young leader rising up—this message will stir your spirit to lead with boldness, humility, and vision. A Kingdom Divided | Alberto Bello
When Jesus prayed before going to the cross, He didn’t pray for fame, influence, or protection—He prayed for unity. In this stirring message, Pastor Alberto Bello calls the Church back to the heart of that prayer: “Father, make them one.” Preaching from John 17, Alberto delivers a bold and deeply personal word on the power of oneness in the Body of Christ. With grace and conviction, he confronts the insecurity, jealousy, and division that too often go unchecked in our hearts and churches. He reminds us that revival doesn’t start in the pew—it starts in the heart. And it is our unity, not our programs or polish, that points the world to Jesus. “When the Church gets in alignment, it releases the anointing for the assignment.” “You preach about David, but you can’t stand the David pastoring down the street. God gave him that grace—who are we to question it?” “Revival doesn’t begin in the pew—it begins in the heart. You don’t need to advertise a fire. Let it burn, and people will come.” This message is a wake-up call for pastors, leaders, and anyone longing to see a move of God in our cities, churches, and nation. It's not just about getting along—it's about being aligned with heaven so the oil can flow. I Want to Move This Mountain | Gary Wilkerson
In this powerful and deeply personal message, Pastor Gary Wilkerson steps out of his comfort zone to deliver a prophetic word of warning, challenge, and hope. Speaking from Matthew 21, Gary confronts the outward appearance of fruitfulness in today’s church—leaves without life—and calls leaders, pastors, and believers to tear down the religious systems that hinder the true power and presence of God. This isn’t about shame or condemnation. It’s an invitation. A call to return to purity, power, and fruit that glorifies Jesus. It’s a cry for the church in America to trade the leaves of performance for the real fruit of righteousness. "This thing will wither—all the smoke and mirrors, all the external things… but God will raise up a tree that bears great fruit." If you’re tired of the show, if you long to see the mountain of fruitlessness removed—this message is for you. Gary doesn’t preach from a platform of perfection but from a posture of humility, praying along with us: “Jesus, purify me. Take out anger, take out lust, take out selfish ambition. Take out anything that’s keeping this tree from bearing fruit.” “He’s not going to bless the leaves anymore—He’s after the fruit.” God is not finished with His Church. He’s doing a new thing. But it begins in us. Bringing Yourself and Others Back to Spiritual Strength | Carter Conlon
In this deeply convicting message from Fire in Our Bones, Pastor Carter Conlon calls the Church to return to the power, unity, and supernatural testimony that marked its beginning. With humility and urgency, he reminds us, “We’re not going out with a whimper—we’re going out with the presence of God, the power of God, as a testimony in this generation that must be reckoned with.” Drawing from 1 Corinthians 11, Pastor Carter speaks to a divided and distracted Church, urging us to become a people who forgive, unify, and proclaim Christ with integrity. Through personal stories of betrayal and restoration, he paints a picture of what true communion looks like—not just in sharing bread and wine, but in living lives of surrendered love and unity. “On the night He was betrayed, He took bread.” That one line becomes the heartbeat of the message. Jesus didn’t withhold Himself in pain—He gave Himself all the more. Pastor Carter challenges us to do the same: “You may wound me, but I will not wound you. You may speak ill of me, but I will not speak ill of you. You are my brother. You are my sister in Christ.” This is a word for a fractured generation. A call to forgive, to reconcile, and to stand side by side with every blood-bought believer—regardless of denomination, background, or past hurt. “Division is a peacetime extravagance. We are not at peace anymore—we’re fighting for a generation, for a culture, for our children.” If you're ready to let go of offense and step into a supernatural testimony, this message is for you. 📲 Stay connected with us: 🟥 YouTube → / @SoCalTeenChallenge 📘 Facebook → / SoCalTeenChallenge 📸 Instagram → / SoCalTeenChallenge 🎥 Vimeo → / SoCalTeenChallenge 🐦 X (Twitter) → / SCTeenChallenge 🌐 More stories, resources, and help available at: https://www.teenchallenge.org 🫱🏼🫲🏾 Join us in the work of transforming lives: https://www.teenchallenge.org/donate 📞 Need prayer or help? Living Life at the Speed of Prayer | Ron Brown
In this opening message from Fire in Our Bones, Pastor Ron Brown brings a timely and deeply personal word about the necessity of prayer in every season of life. Speaking from 1 Thessalonians 5, he reminds us that God sees us—even when we feel invisible—and that He has not changed His mind about the purpose He placed on our lives. This message isn’t about strategies or steps; it’s about staying anchored in the presence of Jesus when the winds of adversity blow. Pastor Ron reflects on the quiet strength of his father, a man who lived “at the speed of prayer” through hardship and uncertainty. “Prayer is not about becoming a spiritual giant—it’s about staying sane, staying steady, and staying on the journey,” he says. He goes on to challenge us with this truth: “When we walk with the Lord in the light of His Word, there’s a compass that holds us in place.” If you’ve been wrestling with timing, direction, or hope, this message will stir your soul to keep trusting. God is still working miracles, and He hasn’t forgotten you. “The one who calls you is faithful, and He will do it.” You may be waiting, praying, wondering when the breakthrough will come—but you are not alone.
