Kara Okay is all about serving up sonic treats that bring joy. Importantly, though, the Dutchman knows you can have too much of a good thing, so he has learned to balance the ups with the downs, the light with the dark. The self-confessed optimist pulls his pianos, vocals and rushes of euphoria from across a spectrum of house, trance and garage, often with hints of 90s nostalgia, and can count the likes of DJ Heartstring and Marlon Hofstad as fans. His own productions are often the high points of his sets, and are something he really managed to focus on after a knee injury kept him at home more often than he'd have liked. Liverpool’s MXGN belongs to a new generation who have come up through the internet age but don't live online. Instead, he's been locked in the studio since his mid-teens and refining a sound that hits with brutal peak-time force but still carries musicality beneath the beats. Raised on Tomorrowland videos before buying his first decks aged nine, he has now racked up millions of streams, released on labels like Teletech, Filth On Acid and NineTimesNine and is one of the UK’s fastest-rising hard techno stars. Aberdeen's Vivace are forging a sound that is unbound by rules, history or pretence. Anxhela is an Italian-Albanian DJ. Since her adolescence she has a particular feeling with electronic music following any kind of movement or genre and finally, at the age of 17, jumped into the techno world. Shortly after she moved to Berlin and begins to get closer and closer to this panorama starting to play in 2020 and releasing her first tracks in 2022 on MRC and Voxnox labels. Her sound has a trance and acid influence, her energetic sets are synonymous of power and intensity, becoming her trademark throughout the scene. During 2024 she released "Black Hole" on Orbital Label.

In the best way possible, Cera Khin doesn't care what you or anyone else thinks of her. She's here to do things her way. That approach has seen her blaze a path to the top table of hard techno, playing in the world's best clubs and dropping her own compelling club cuts on various labels, including her own. The Tunisian-born DJ and producer has long been an advocate for breaking the stigma around mental health, and everything she does is designed to reflect her own raw emotions, whatever they may be. Here we speak to her about her latest label, CK777 Recordings, becoming a hypnotherapist and why she likes to play hard and fast. 'Ollie Lishman is one of a number of artists who have made their mark in Australia and moved over to Europe to continue making waves. The Naarm/Melbourne native is now based in Berlin and mixing up the city's sounds with his own style brought from home. 'LOLSNAKE sits right at the heart of Berlin's bubbling underground as a DJ, promoter and label founder. Born in Oakland, California but with Iraqi heritage, she is the founder of the long-running queer party Weeeirdos which she started in order to "arouse fun and freedom" in an often all too serious scene.
