Germany's Terror Wake-Up Call and the DNC Can't Pay Its Bills
1: Berlin Pride Attack A van was allegedly driven into a crowd attending the event. Multiple people were injured and at least one person was reported killed. The suspect was described as a 21-year-old who allegedly had a history of criminal activity and ties to Islamist extremism. The suspect was later located by police and reportedly killed during a confrontation with law enforcement. Commentary in the segment argues that authorities failed to act despite prior warning signs and connects the incident to broader debates about immigration and border security. The reporting portion of the incident w German officials, police statements, and media coverage, shows a bias approach towards the terrorist with no concerns about radicalization, open-border policies, and public safety. 2: Democratic National Committee Finances Claims that the DNC is experiencing significant cash-flow problems. Discussion of a report, attributed to The New York Times, describing internal tensions, fundraising challenges, and leadership concerns. Allegations that vendors were asked to delay billing until after the midterm elections. References to DNC Chairman Ken Martin and reports of internal disputes and workplace incidents. Comparisons between Democratic fundraising resources and Republican fundraising efforts. Ideological factions, which are characterized as socialist, communist, and Marxist influences, are driving problems within the Democratic Party. Please Hit Subscribe to this podcast Right Now. Chinese Illegal Fishing Decimates the Oceans, DSA Lunatics Grow Stronger & the DNC is Broke
This news packed episode opens with an extensive discussion about alleged illegal fishing activities conducted by vessels linked to the Chinese Communist Party. The Senator argues that Chinese distant-water fishing fleets operate on a massive scale, engaging in illegal, unreported, and unregulated (IUU) fishing that harms marine ecosystems, depletes fish populations, damages local fishing industries, and relies on forced labor practices. He describes efforts to combat these operations through sanctions and increased Coast Guard monitoring. The conversation then shifts to U.S. politics, focusing on the perceived rise of socialist and progressive influence within the Democratic Party. Ted and Ben discuss polling on socialism and reveal policy positions associated with the Democratic Socialists of America (DSA), arguing that the movement is becoming increasingly influential in Democratic primary elections. The final segment examines fundraising and management challenges at the Democratic National Committee (DNC). Using an article from The New York Times, Sen Cruz and Ben describe internal disputes, cash flow concerns, political leadership issues, and fundraising disadvantages compared to Republicans ahead of upcoming midterm elections. New Jersey's Voter Roll Nightmare Just Got Worse...400 Illegal Immigrants Voted
New Jersey Voter Registration Issue Approximately 6,660 non-citizens were "mistakenly" registered to vote through New Jersey's motor vehicle registration system between June 2023 and June 2024. It states that fewer than 400 of those individuals may have voted. The characterization of the problem as a mere "software error" suggests it reflects broader failures in election administration. Criticism of New Jersey Leadership State officials are shifting blame to previous administrations and software vendors rather than taking responsibility. The governor's statements about investigating the issue and removing improperly registered voters are mentioned, but the speaker questions their sincerity. Immigration and Sanctuary State Policies Voter registration issue links illegal immigration. New Jersey's sanctuary-state policies are criticized, with the argument that such policies contribute to weaknesses in election integrity. Federal Election Legislation Vice President J.D. Vance gaining support for the SAVE Act (Safeguard American Voter Eligibility Act). Stricter voter verification requirements would prevent similar incidents. There is a onflict between New Jersey officials and a software vendor (identified as IDEMIA/ADEMIA in the transcript). The vendor reportedly rejects blame, claiming it merely transmits voter registration information and that the state's election authorities are responsible for verifying eligibility. Working Blue-Collar America vs. The Entitled, College Educated Left
Cruz argues that the DSA is not merely socialist but fundamentally Marxist or communist, and claims it is increasingly shaping the direction of the Democratic Party. He expresses concern that ideological activists are gaining influence within the Democratic Party and describes this trend as a "hostile takeover." The conversation focuses heavily on voting patterns by education and income level, citing polling data comparing Democratic and Republican presidential voters across demographic groups. Cruz says the most Democratic-leaning voter group consists of people with postgraduate degrees earning between $30,000 and $60,000 annually, with approximately 70% voting Democratic. He characterizes this group as highly educated but relatively low-income individuals who are dissatisfied with their economic outcomes and therefore more likely to support left-wing political movements. Cruz argues that the modern Democratic Party is increasingly supported by educated, higher-income urban and coastal voters, rather than traditional working-class voters. He contends that the Republican Party has become the party of blue-collar and working-class Americans, including truck drivers, oil and gas workers, police officers, firefighters, and service workers. The most Republican-leaning demographic group is people with a high school education or less earning $60,000–$100,000 annually, with roughly 61% voting Republican. Cruz attributes Democratic support among college and postgraduate degree holders to what he describes as ideological indoctrination in universities. The host expands this argument, claiming that similar ideological influences exist throughout K–12 public education, including debates around gender identity and social issues. The discussion highlights Cruz's support for Republican policy proposals such as: No tax on tips No tax on overtime Reduced taxation on Social Security benefits Cruz states that he authored the legislation for no tax on tips and describes it as a benefit for service workers such as waiters, waitresses, and barbers. Cruz has support for: School choice initiatives The creation of"Trump Accounts", which he says would encourage young Americans to become investors and participate in the stock market. Cruz concludes that many DSA supporters are attracted to socialist or communist ideas because they believe society owes them economic support, whereas he views blue-collar work and skilled trades as examples of productive economic contribution. Understanding the Marxists taking over the Dem Party, plus Teaching Phonics again and NY & NJ Embrace Jew Hate & Illegal Voting
Democratic Party and DSA Discussion Cruz "the Democratic Party is increasingly influenced by the DSA and other far-left activists" He characterizes the DSA as Marxist and contends that its ideology is becoming more prominent within Democratic politics. The hosts discuss voting patterns, education levels, and income demographics, asserting that highly educated, lower-income voters are among the strongest Democratic constituencies. They argue that universities contribute to political radicalization and ideological indoctrination. Education and Reading Instruction Cruz discusses legislation he introduced to encourage schools receiving federal literacy funds to adopt teaching methods supported by evidence. The bill promotes the "science of reading" and phonics-based instruction rather than approaches such as “three-cueing.” The conversation cites literacy concerns and references improvements in reading scores in states such as Mississippi after adopting phonics-focused methods. The bill is described as bipartisan, with Democratic Senator Brian Schatz of Hawaii as a co-sponsor. New York City and Israel-Related Issues The hosts discuss a stabbing incident in New York involving victims who were reported to be Jewish and Asian. They criticize New York mayoral candidate Zohran Mamdani, alleging that his comments regarding Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu demonstrate hostility toward Israel. Cruz argues that local officials do not have authority to enforce actions based on International Criminal Court warrants. New Jersey Voting Controversy New Jersey entered thousands of non-citizens into the state voter rolls State findings show that some improperly registered individuals cast ballots. This supports stricter voter registration and identification requirements. Democrats oppose these election-integrity measures. Please Hit Subscribe to this podcast Right Now. Mayor Forced to Abandon Netanyahu Arrest Pledge plus FINGER-POINTING Erupts Over NJ Voter Registration
1: New York City Mayor and Benjamin Netanyahu Key Points The mayor initially suggested that New York City might be able to arrest Netanyahu under an International Criminal Court (ICC) warrant. The mayor later stated that New York City lacks the legal authority to execute such an arrest. A lengthy excerpt of the mayor's remarks is included, in which: Netanyahu is accused of war crimes. The humanitarian situation in Gaza is discussed. Support is expressed for the ICC arrest warrant. The mayor calls on the U.S. federal government to take action instead. The mayor is misleading supporters and making promises he cannot legally fulfill. 2: New Jersey Non-Citizen Voter Registration Controversy Key Points The governor claimed that a software glitch resulted in hundreds or thousands of non-citizens being registered to vote. Some of those individuals allegedly cast ballots in elections. The software company (Idemia) disputes the governor's explanation. The company argues that: Its role is only to transmit voter registration information. State election officials are responsible for verifying voter eligibility. The commentator presents this as evidence that state officials are attempting to avoid responsibility. Please Hit Subscribe to this podcast Right Now. Republican lawmakers, including Senators Tom Cotton and Tim Scott, are described as supporting stronger sanctions against Iran. The stated objectives include degrading Iran's military capabilities and protecting commercial shipping routes, particularly around the Strait of Hormuz. Lindsey Graham's American Legacy of Loyalty, Laughter and Leadership
Lindsey Olin Graham (July 9, 1955 – July 11, 2026) was an American politician, attorney, and Air Force officer who represented South Carolina in the U.S. Senate from 2003 until his death in 2026. He was one of the most influential Republican senators of his era, particularly on national security, judicial nominations, and foreign policy. Early Life Graham was born in Central, South Carolina, where his parents owned a restaurant, pool hall, and liquor store. He became the first member of his family to attend college, earning both a bachelor's degree and a law degree from the University of South Carolina. While in school, he suffered the loss of both parents within about 15 months and took responsibility for helping raise his younger sister. Military Service After law school, Graham joined the U.S. Air Force Judge Advocate General (JAG) Corps, serving as a military lawyer. He served on active duty from 1982 to 1989, including assignments in Germany, and later continued in the South Carolina Air National Guard and Air Force Reserve. During his military career he reached the rank of Colonel and retired in 2015 after 33 years of service. Entry into Politics Graham began his political career in the South Carolina House of Representatives, serving from 1993 to 1995. In 1994, he won election to the U.S. House of Representatives from South Carolina's 3rd Congressional District, becoming the first Republican elected from that district since Reconstruction. During his time in the House, he gained national attention as one of the House managers who prosecuted the impeachment case against President Bill Clinton in 1999. U.S. Senate Career Graham was elected to the U.S. Senate in 2002 and took office in January 2003. He won reelection in 2008, 2014, and 2020. Throughout his Senate career he served on several powerful committees, including Judiciary, Appropriations, Budget, and Environment and Public Works. He also chaired the Senate Judiciary Committee and later the Senate Budget Committee. Key Political Positions Graham became known for: Strong support for a robust U.S. military and interventionist foreign policy. Advocacy for American support of allies such as Ukraine and Israel. Leadership on judicial confirmations, including helping advance the confirmations of Supreme Court Justices Neil Gorsuch, Brett Kavanaugh, and Amy Coney Barrett. Relationship with Donald Trump One of the most notable aspects of Graham's career was his evolving relationship with Donald Trump. During the 2016 Republican presidential primary, Graham strongly criticized Trump, but after Trump's election, however, Graham became one of his closest allies in Congress and frequently advised him on foreign-policy and judicial matters. Legacy His supporters remember him as a skilled legislator, military veteran, and influential voice on national security. Critics often challenged his changing political alliances and hawkish foreign-policy positions. Nevertheless, he remained one of the most recognizable and consequential Republican senators of the early 21st century Please Hit Subscribe to this podcast Right Now. Fraudulent Hands in the K–12 Classroom Cookie Jar
Trump admin has found $225 million in suspected K–12 education fraud uncovered by investigators. Funds intended for educational purposes were diverted away from students and schools. Potential misuse of money that was intended for textbooks, special education services, technology, tutoring, transportation, meals, and teacher resources. Combating government waste, fraud, and abuse is a central policy priority. Also alleged fraud methods included fake vendors, inflated invoices, duplicate billing, false reimbursement requests, and conflicts of interest. Fraud cases are rampant involving healthcare programs, pandemic relief funds, unemployment benefits, and other government initiatives. Existing auditing systems, internal controls, and financial monitoring processes have been insufficient. Describing proposals for increased investigations, forensic audits, data analytics, and stronger financial controls to detect suspicious transactions. There is a huge importance in ensuring taxpayer funds reach intended beneficiaries rather than being lost to fraudulent activity. Raises questions about accountability, transparency, whistleblower concerns, and the effectiveness of grant-monitoring processes. Eliminating waste and fraud should precede requests for additional education funding. Birthright Battle Ends—High Court Delivers Major Blow to Trump Agenda
1. Birthright Citizenship Case The Supreme Court ruled 6–3 against an executive order by President Trump that sought to limit automatic citizenship for children born in the U.S. to certain non-citizens. The Court held that: The 14th Amendment guarantees birthright citizenship to nearly all individuals born on U.S. soil. A president cannot change this through executive action. Any change would require a constitutional amendment or lawful legislative process. ✅ Key Legal Points The dispute centers on the phrase:“subject to the jurisdiction thereof” in the 14th Amendment. The Trump administration argued: It does not apply to children of undocumented or temporary immigrants. The Court relied heavily on: The 1898 United States v. Wong Kim Ark decision, which established broad birthright citizenship. ✅ Dissent Justices Thomas, Alito, and Gorsuch argued: The clause should be interpreted more narrowly. Prior precedent may have been wrongly decided. 2. Secondary Topic: Immigration Enforcement ✅ Key Points ICE arrests of individuals described as: “criminal illegal aliens” convicted of serious crimes (e.g., homicide, assault, trafficking) The administration: Emphasizes increased arrests and deportations Frames policy as public safety driven Please Hit Subscribe to this podcast Right Now. Ohio's Caregiver Fraud Exposed w Sen Ted Cruz
Ohio Large-Scale Fraud:The content claims billions of dollars are being improperly billed through Medicaid home healthcare services, often for minimal or unverifiable work (e.g., “companionship”). Fraudasota-Luxury Cars while on Food Stamps plus Shell Games w James Comey
1. FBI Raids on Minnesota Daycares for Large-Scale Fraud Federal authorities conducted court-authorized FBI and DOJ raids on roughly 20–22 daycare and learning centers in Minneapolis, many allegedly tied to Somali‑American operators. The investigation centers on massive social services fraud, particularly misuse of childcare funding, with billing far exceeding licensed capacity or actual attendance. One high-profile target, the Quality Learning Center, gained attention due to a misspelled sign and an alleged $1.9 million in funding despite lack of children present. Authorities describe these cases as part of a much larger fraud ecosystem, potentially involving billions of dollars statewide. The raids follow viral investigative videos and prior scandals such as Feeding Our Future ($250M fraud) and fake autism services schemes. 2. Political and Government Response The Trump administration is pursuing an aggressive “war on fraud”, including freezing funds, ordering audits, and promoting data sharing across agencies. Minnesota officials, including Democratic Governor Tim Walz, are expressing regret for past oversight failures and later supporting coordinated fraud enforcement. 3. Broader Fraud Allegations Nationwide This goes beyond Minnesota, citing alleged welfare and SNAP fraud, including recipients owning luxury vehicles. There is a systemic fraud exists nationwide, not confined to one political party or state. 4. Indictment of Former FBI Director James Comey James Comey was indicted a second time, this time over a social media post (“86 47”) interpreted by prosecutors as a threat against President Trump (the 47th president). He is reportedly facing two felony counts related to threatening the president and interstate transmission of a threat. 5. Renewed Scrutiny of the Russia Investigation Comey’s legal troubles are a broader reopening of investigations into the origins of the 2016 Russia probe (Crossfire Hurricane). DOJ and FBI are now investigating whether Comey and other intelligence officials abused authority, mishandled evidence, or made false statements. Newly declassified materials are framed as reviving debate over whether the Russia investigation was improperly initiated. There is institutional accountability and recent actions are an overdue reckoning. Please Hit Subscribe to this podcast Right Now.
