Tip#82: Deploy the mixed cropping strategy. Business ideaswith long gestation periods can be combined with other short-term projects that bear fruit early. That way, you avoid getting discouraged by the wait.

Tip#80: Waiting times vary for every seed. Tomatoes bear fruit in 2 months, rubber in 7 years, while teak takes over 30 years to materialize. The bigger your project, the longer the wait could possibly be. The purpose determines the gestation period.

Tip#79: Between the seed and the harvest is a mandatorywaiting period. Your idea may not materialize on the same day. The waiting or gestation period is an important part of the growth process. Be patient with yourself. 

Tip#78: Your seed will die before it germinates. A newinitiative will most often encounter some uncertainty, stagnation, or even retrogression before progress sets in.

Tip#76: The most common obstacles that hinder progress andfruitfulness in any venture includes lack of understanding, fear, indecision, paralysis, inertia, and lack of resources.

Tip#75: Productivity thrives on speed and timing. After allthe feasibility studies are done, and the issues cleared, you must move at the right pace and the right time with your idea, your vision, or your business.

Business does not reward ideas alone; it rewards clarity of thought, discipline in execution, and a deep understanding of people.
