    Get ready because this episode is special! I had my former sport psychologist, Dr. Hafrún Kristjánsdóttir, join me to really unpack and analyse the incredible journey we went on together. Hafrún is a former handball player, has a PhD in sport psychology, has worked with many of Iceland's best athletes and has been the team psychologist for the last three Olympic Games. She is also the chair of the Sport Science department at the University of Reykjavík and has a long list of published research articles. From the intense preparation leading up to the London Olympics to how she was there for me during one of the lowest points of my career in Rio, we cover it all. We got into the specifics of the challenges she focused on with me, how she tackled them, her observations on my progress and the incredible transformation I underwent. It's honestly a bit surreal to be laying it all out there, but I'm a firm believer that sharing our experiences can spark growth in others. So here it is, laid bare for all to learn from.
