Many times when we do an older movie it's because it's having a big anniversary like 10 years or 20 years...We thought Hot Rod was released 20 years ago this year but after we had committed to doing an episode on it, we realized that it is only celebrating its 19th Anniversary...Whoops. It's still a hilarious film that is considered a cult classic. It's just the two of us on this one, hope you enjoy!

Come with us if you want to be entertained! We’ve finally gotten to one of the coolest sci-fi action films ever made, Terminator 2: Judgment Day. We have a section in each episode that even references this movie. We brought back to the pod one of our besties who hasn’t been on in a long time, Heatbox! What's up there city slickahs? The great comedy led by Billy Crystal, City Slickers, is celebrating 35 years. We grew up on this movie as well as our guests, Benny Elledge and Renegade. These guys are always so much fun to have on the pod and this episode is no exception. You might even find out what the meaning of life is, it's one thing. And it's not your finger. Enjoy!

The guys from Lonely Island made a hilarious mockumentary 10 years ago called, Popstar: Never Stop Never Stopping. It didn't do great at the box office, but over the years people have figured out how funny it actually is. Adam Rupp was the one who introduced it to Rob, and they've watched it on the Home Free bus many times. He was great on this episode and hope you enjoy!

We are still Going Ga Ga For Gosling and have come to a film where he was nominated for a Best Actor Academy Award 10 years ago, La La Land. It was a great time rewatching this musical and feeling all the feels with Gosling and Stone. Rob’s best friend from Kindergarten, Timmy St.Sauver, came back to give his thoughts and it was really really fun. Hope y’all enjoy!

As we keep going Ga Ga For Gosling, we’ve decided to watch and chat about his super dark film from 2011, Drive. He didn’t have to say much in this one for us to be blown away. Another guy who felt similarly to us is our good buddy and recurring guest, Neil Ghosh. He had a lot to say about this film and we enjoyed hearing his takes. Enjoy!

Andy Weir has done it again, he's made an incredible novel that turned into an amazing movie for the second time. We both loved The Martian and are just as happy with the Ryan Gosling-led Project Hail Mary. We got our favorite musical duo of all time, The Hound + The Fox, to come on and give their wonderful insights. Big fan of them and a big fan of this episode. Enjoy!

It’s the 40th anniversary of what many have said is the best basketball film ever made, Hoosiers. We figured with March Madness coming to an end, this would be the time to chat about it. The Replacements is a movie that probably isn't amazing but it's one that we both enjoyed watching many times. A.I. EP. 300 "GREAT SCOTT...AGAIN" - Back to the Future (RE-RELEASE)
We've released well over 300 episodes over the last 6+ years and this is the very first time that we've tried to do an episode on a film that we've already recorded an episode on. Thankfully we had Nate Stone on back in July of 2020 and minutes before we were about to record the other day, Nate informed us that we had already recorded an episode on Back to the Future for it's 35th anniversary 5 years ago. So...we decided to record how we were feeling about the mishap and then re-releasing what we said about the film 5 years ago. We will be covering Back to the Future Part II next week and Back to the Future Part III the week after that, and it looks like we haven't recorded those yet! Enjoy the re-released episode...
