Welcome to The Bee Charmer's Podcast! Our focus is to laugh, first and foremost. For those of you that are from the South or simply people that appreciate the infectious and charming way southerners communicate and reel people in with their humor, kindness, strength and nurturing capabilities.......then this podcast is for YOU. I was born in Canada and can remember when we would come to visit my Grandmother "Granny" in Kentucky - I would always leave thinking that I needed to learn another language. I couldn't figure out what certain words or phrases meant. For instance, when Granny would find something surprising, she would say, "well lawsy sakes alive!" When we would leave, Granny would say, "Ya'll come back now, ya hear!" Then, we moved to Kentucky when I was around 7/8 and the southern communication became even more confusing to me. Everyone from the south had an uncanny ability to make even the most critical of comments about another person seem kind. Such as, "Have you
