It was like having someone slap me across the face with a whole raw sea bass announcing, it's menopause time, Girl!! Didn't see it coming, it floored me on so many levels, just hellish. Now, I am 6 years into this wretched phase of my life and there is a glimmer of light ahead. I wanted to talk about my experience and share my adventures through menopause with a huge dollop of humour and funnily enough, positive reflections on the journey thus far. I also wanted to thank my wonderful, long-suffering husband, Paul, for supporting me over the past 6 years. He has had a tough time and that's why I love him all the more. You will hear from him in a later episode. It's not just about us girls! So come and join me as I share my adventures through menopause.
