Lying is a vital part of psychological defenses but sometimes we go too far in pretending to know what's going on... when we really shouldn't. In which the boys lose their minds climbing down an endless rabbit hole of end times prophecy, numerology, failed intellectuals and nostradamuses of the past. Seriously every single branch of Christianity is based on the thoughts of a brain melted 18th century doomsayer. Like all of them. Its mad we treat that like its normal. Oh also, did youi hear about that TikTok thing? Crazy right?

In which one of the boys spent all night in a feverish insomnia and had to record the podcast later anyway, see if you can tell which one! No ok, seriously this is about scams, famous scams, that took in millions of both people and currency. Where the truth becomes an illusion strangled out of smoke and lies... a bit like my sex life really. In which our intrepid boys visit that time in 1518 where people danced themselves from the streets to the hospital, to the church and the morgue. Its not the only one of it's kind but it's the easiest one to research so we spent our time focused on the later ones. I get to work my psychology gams off for this one! In which the boys talk about historical events from the far off year of 2020, because Israel and Palestine get talked about all the time and this little dog and pony show is not where you shpuld be gettting current events. This is where we talk about past events that were also evil but also incredibly stupid. Trump is currently accusing anyone brown of being in a drug cartel and world leaders are no exception. Nicolas Maduro has been a bugbear for Trump since 2017 and while the emporors mind is an enigma, we can at least explain why he's illegally downing boats in the gulf of mexico this week.

In which the boys get down to earth and discuss how deep the rabbit hole goes, by which we mean it goes right through the flat earth and out the other side. As it turns out there are nuances to the flat earth game that nobody knew. In this daring piece of investigative journalism, our boy Andrei pays the Iron Price in search of knowledge they don't want you to know about... man. Conspiracy theories used to be so much fun, its a shame Alex Jones ruined it for everyone but enjoy our spouting off anyway!

In which the boys jump into urban myths, old wives tales and other assorted common knowledge that isn't common and isn't knowledge. Because they're wrong and your father lied to you when you were a child. Shocker! It's amazing how much a simple list of things that are wrong can springboard so much conversation. The internet has kind of ruined the idea of urban myths tbh, its too easy to just google stuff now. Although the way AI is going, I'm pretty sure there will be some new AI myths that get hallucinated into existence soon for us to debunk. So that'll be fun! I don't even know why I'm writing so much, I could be watching anime. I just binged DanDaDan at last, its pretty good! looking forward to see where it goes but I'm not sure if i want to read the manga yet, let me know in the comments if I should read the manga or not. In which the boys wander down the treacherous road of Indie Cinema, Billy tortures Andrei with puns and Andrei tries desperately to deny the greatness of a modern cinematic classic. For a movie made about butts this is probably this most insane film ever made, and made so lovingly with such skill that it's genuinely confusing... much like the message for the film itself. It's a personal story about 2 men with different demons facing them head on. Its a comedy about putting stuff in your butt. It's everything an indie film lunatic could ever want. And now, the knowledge of it's existence can be yours!
