Today we’re going to confront what may be the most destructive element mankind has ever faced. If you give yourself to it, everything in your path will eventually be destroyed. This is a very serious matter, and we must do everything in our power to avoid getting caught up in it. Jesus was extremely serious about this issue, yet it seems that we are not. It’s time to fix that.

We’ve all received shocking news at some point in our lives. Moments that stop us in our tracks and leave us unsure of what to do next. But the truth is, we will never experience the full benefit of what we’ve been told if we fail to respond the way we know we should. One of the most shocking moments in human history shows us exactly how we are meant to respond to what we’re facing today.

We were told this would happen thousands of years before it did. When it actually took place, everything changed. There is nothing in existence, past or present, that will ever be more significant than this. Here is exactly what you need to know.

We are a special group of people, so special that we have a calling. That calling has nothing to do with the crowd around us. We are not in a popularity contest. We are in a real fight, and that fight will fail if there is no dependence upon the most powerful tool we have to fight it. Let's not follow the crowd. Let's choose life.

The story of our Messiah, Jesus, forces every human being to make a decision, and that decision determines their salvation. This is truly a matter of life and death, and the question we must all ask is, what will you choose?

There are only three moments in human history where spiritual warfare has erupted with such visible intensity that it shook the course of mankind. The first was in the garden when man rebelled against God and the serpent struck at the very order of creation. The second was during the crucifixion of Jesus Christ and the events leading up to it, when the kingdom of darkness launched its most aggressive assault against the Son of God. Arguably, we are witnessing the beginnings of a third such moment in our own time as we move deeper into the last days. Today we will examine Mark 15:1–14 through that lens and uncover the unseen battle raging behind envy, political compromise, mob manipulation, and irrational hatred. What you are about to see may change the way you understand both the cross and the times in which we live.

Today we’ll be talking about some very famous words that came out of the mouth of Jesus that Peter simply chose not to believe. And before we become so quick to condemn him for what he did, perhaps it might be good to stop and consider that but by the grace of God, so go I.

The death of Christ and His resurrection are extraordinary moments in history, but perhaps the most remarkable part of His life was the perfection that led Him to the cross. He paid an immense price that we could never afford, and through Him we now have a salvation that cannot be earned. Now that we possess something so priceless, here’s the real question. Are you willing to do your reasonable service? Because the truth is costly.

Life is filled with circumstances that create fear in our hearts, often pushing us in directions that are destructive. Yet when God is in the middle of those moments, fear can become a reminder that His hand is at work in ways we do not yet see. More often than we realize, fear comes just before great victory. Tonight, we are talking about all of it.

In the words of the late, great Walter Martin, Christians who fail to engage in this spiritual war become the first casualties of it. And perhaps one of the leading factors that contribute to this type of casualty is the desire for comfort over prayer and obedience. Today we are going to talk about what may be one of the most important passages in the Bible to give us a better understanding of what all of this means.

One of the most obvious signs of the fall of man centers around man’s inability to keep his commitments. We seek to make promises and oftentimes fail to keep them, even when we mean to, even when we have the best of intentions. That is perhaps the most striking part of this passage. Contrary to popular belief, this passage does not deal with the subject of communion as much as it deals with another subject, a subject that is so consequential and so significant to the time in which we live that the devil is working overtime to make sure you never see it.

The average person who reads through this passage will likely not think much of it. On the surface, everything appears simple and familiar, with nothing that seems unusual or out of the ordinary. Yet this may be one of the most unique and consequential passages in the Gospel, and if we read past it too quickly, we risk missing something profoundly important. Slowing down and paying close attention here is critical, because what is happening beneath the surface carries eternal significance.

The most effective tactic that the enemy of our soul utilizes is the one in which he defeats us squarely in battle by making us think there is no war. This is one such story, and it's time for our eyes to open.

The rapture of the church is eminent. Shortly after that we will see the commencement of the tribulation. And upon completion of that time period we will see the second coming of Jesus. Nobody knows the day or the hour, but we are given signs of the season. And this is what you need to know.

God's judgment will unmistakably be executed upon mankind for the rebellion that they have chosen to give themselves to. So many people don't believe it's going to happen because that judgment appears to be delayed. But in God's calendar there is no such thing. All of this is very important because for believers it's critical we understand what that timeline looks like because God uses it for us in ways the world will never understand.

Jesus gave us a remarkable description of the many things to expect in these last days, and several items he spoke of require drastic action when they happen. This is one such moment, and all I have to say is...THANK GOD we won't be here when this one happens!

Christ can come at any moment and we see evidence of that everywhere! Jesus tells us so much about the time we're approaching and today we're going to talk about the beginning of the end.

We have questions. Lots of them. For every one there are answers and there’s only one way to find those out. If you can’t find those answers, you have nobody to blame except yourself!
