The Potential Economic Impact of Project Tango
The easy decision is to maintain the status quo, which is what is largely expected to be the case with today’s vote. However, the opportunity cost as outlined is likely far more significant than most have begun to consider. This is independent of longer-term considerations about having the infrastructure in place for our state to continue to lead economically in the AI age, and longer-term considerations about the international AI race. Specifically, China not only has adequate data center supply to support its current activities, but they’ve also built excess data center facilities so that the country won’t be slowed as growth continues to ramp up. The combination of China’s data center aggressiveness and consistent resistance within the U.S., runs the risk of tilting the balance of power to China in the years to come. There’s much more to this story.

Story After Story Proves This Version of the Democrat Party Is the Most Dangerous Yet – Top 3 Takeaways – July 13th, 2026
If you vote for Democrats you’re voting for more assaults, more robberies, more of every type of criminal thing. You’re also embracing an absence of morality and decency as part of the party platform and the resulting assassination culture right along with it. Life is about making choices. Politically in this country, the choice is crystal clear and seemingly every subsequent day brings more stories of this our way.

Protecting The Palm Beaches – July 10th, 2026
As we reflect on those we’ve lost, please remember the families of our fallen as well. The average age of the fallen is 39; the average tour-of-duty is 9 years. In addition to losing 53 law enforcement professionals in the line-of-duty this year, there are 32 widows and 54 children who’ve lost a parent. Remember to back the badge and spread the word. They need us just as much as we need them.

Q&A – The Impact of Saharan Dust on Florida’s Rainfall
The Saharan Air Layer, which generally moves between 5,000 and 15,000 feet above sea level, contains an average of 50% less moisture. 50% less moisture doesn’t necessarily line up with 50% less rain, it can be more complicated than that, but it certainly reduces whatever else would be when present.

2026 Midterm Election Update – July 8th, 2026
In the financial markets you’ll occasionally have what are known as “relief rallies”. Just as certain stocks won’t go up every day in a straight line, it’s often the case that underperforming investments which have come under heavy selling will temporarily bounce from what are called “oversold” conditions. Those relief rallies don’t necessarily mark an end to the overall trend, however. The relief rally often just marks a pause in the longer-term trend.

Q&A – What Can Be Done to Curb Birth Tourism?
The State Department does publish VISA denial rates, however, it’s across broad categories and pregnancy isn’t one of those categories. In the prior three years, denial rates have ranged from 20.6% of applications to 27.8% most recently. In the most recent fiscal year just under 2.5 million VISA requests into the United States were denied – so it is clear that officials are at least attempting to mind the store.
