This month of August is the culmination of the summer, everything that's hanging out in your vortex is about to flow in! GET EXCITED!!! In this audio, I'm helping you align to the reality you wish to call in from your Spiritual Self. I also talk about the Koshas (The Layers of our Being) In Yoga Philosophy there are 5 Layers of our being. 1. Annamaya-kosha (Physical Body, Earth element) 2, Pranamaya-kosha (Breath of Life, Water element) 3. Manomaya-kosha (mental & emotional, Fire element) 4. Vijnanamaya-kosha (intellect/intuition, Air element) 5. Anandamaya-kossa (bliss sheath, ether/space element) In 2009 I had an experience in a Ashtangha Yoga Class that showed me a direct experience of the 5th Kosha (space element). That was the start of my spiritual search. Still to this day, Ashtangha yoga is my favorite practice to expand my awareness. Even today in class, I was able to gain perspective and see how I'm currently stuck in an old reality and how my spirit is guiding me to release it, cleanse and step into my next level of freedom and abundance in life. Where was I seeing this from? Probably my 4th Kosha, the intuitive wisdom space. Yoga is a great way to silence the mind and go into the subtler layers of your being. This only improves your ability to manifest because now you can dismantle the illusion of the 3D world, thinking that your manifestations are coming from somewhere outside of you. That is never true. Also, make sure you purify your mind and emotions so that you only bring in positive realities with the highest and kindest intentions for all. World peace is possible by going within. Stop being distracted by the world, what other people think, your past etc!!! Focus on the wisdom within you and the beautiful reality you're calling into existence.
