Pete Waterman OBE is one of the most influential figures in British music history. Best known as one third of the legendary production trio Stock Aitken Waterman, Pete played a central role in shaping the sound of pop music throughout the 1980s and early 1990s.Across his career, he has been involved in the creation of over 100 UK Top 40 hits and dozens of No.1 records, working with artists such as Kylie Minogue, Rick Astley, Bananarama, Jason Donovan, Dead or Alive, and many more. His work helped define an era of chart-dominating pop and launch the careers of some of the biggest names in the industry.Beyond music production, Pete is also known as a music executive, entrepreneur, broadcaster, and television personality, including his long-running role as a judge on Pop Idol.
