Hello friends! :)I am someone that always likes to look back and ask myself, "What did you learn from that experience?" I love embracing having a growth mindset. In life, we don't always get what we want. Sometimes we play a role and other times it is out of our hands. Regardless, what did you learn? What can you takeaway? If you got the results you wanted, what did you do to get there and did you learn anything to get better? If you did not get the results you wanted, why not and what would you do differently next time? This allows you to learn and take something away from every experience, which will only give you the chance to make better decisions in the future. There is always room for learning. There is always room for growth. Instead of fixating on right or wrong, focus on what you learned from the situation and that will bring you just as much long-term value as any short term result ever could.That being said, this is a raw reflection recorded before the official launch of the show.
