If you're trying to get it right, you stop the creative process. What if you could empower your kids instead? Questions And Tools: "If we do this, what will it create for all of us? In 5 years time? In 10 years time?" Tools: Be present with your kids. Empower them to choose. Educate yourself on parenting and acknowledge your awareness; you are the source. Just because it's going to create more doesn't mean it's going to be easy. Perceive the energy of your choices in the future. 2 hands exercise - place the energy of one choice in one hand and the energy of the other choice in the other hand. Let go and have no point of view. There is no getting it right with parenting. Be a bad parent. Manipulate your kids. Bribes are okay. Make things they don't want to do fun for them eg homework. Support your kids where they are. Let your kids try things and make mistakes. When your kids are choosing something you don't like, be as open as possible whilst letting them know you don't like it. Tools you can say to your kids: "It's your life, you need to choose. I'm here for you." "I don't agree but tell me more about how you came to that point of view." How many of you are not willing to take a risk? If you are willing to lose everything, you can have everything. When you take a risk, you don't know what the outcome will be but you will always gain awareness. What if there is something else available by what you choose? There is so much more available to us. Do you trust yourself?  Are you willing to be that vulnerable? Are you willing to have that much awareness? When you trust, you receive.  It's not about getting it right. There's a lot more available when you are not locking something in and deciding it's the only choice and that that is your reality. Where are you not allowing your business to change and pivot so that something different can show up? What limitations are you choosing by asking for change and then resisting it?  In this episode of Choice, Change and Action Cassy Summers asks Simone Milasas some questions about building a business done different. There is a much bigger choice available for all of us when we are willing to listen to the whispers, follow the energy, and open ourselves up to receiving; especially in business! Where are you not acknowledging that by your choices, you are impacting the entirety of the world? You being you changes the world! but you have to be able to pivot and choose different.  You've got this! Questions And Tools: "Is it mine?" "What request of the universe and demand of myself can I be that will allow more ease, joy and glory?" "What limitations am I choosing" "What will this create?"  "What am I aware of?" "Where is my energy required today?" "Is it for now? Is it for later? Or has it changed?"  Tools: Just because it's business, doesn't mean it has to be serious. What have you made so meaningful and significant about business that's not true? What lies are you telling yourself daily? What if in business you were always in question, not looking for a result, and it was always about following the energy? No choice is right and no choice is wrong. Come out of judgement of change. Open up to your awareness. Don't do it for the money but be aware of the money. Profit is not just the money you have left over when you pay the bills. What profitability do you and your body receive from your choices? When working for someone else, treat it like your business; you'll receive more from it. Are you really willing to find out what else is possible? Constantly look at, what does your business desire, what do you desire? If you did business done different, what would you choose? Where are you not allowing your business to change and pivot so that something different can show up?  How much energy can you pull into your business today? If you stopped forcing everything you are currently forcing, what change could you create? What question could you ask? Who could you talk to? Stop being peoply and start being an infinite being. Stop judging yourself. Make the demand to choose something different What do you know? What can you be with this? Let go of control and allow the universe to show you something different. Choose one thing today that would allow something different to show up. Don't judge yourself when you go into doubt or judge.   What limitations are you choosing with your body? What if you could make parenting easier? Would you do it? The way you are as a parent is so judged and controlled in this reality that there is no fun in it at all.  In this episode of Choice, Change and Action, Simone Milasas talks with Pam Grace about parenting, specifically parenting with more ease using the tools of Conscious Parents Conscious Kids. It takes courage to be a different parent. In this reality, parenting is about controlling your kids so they will be the way you would like them to be so you are not judged. When you become aware that there may be a different way, it's like unlearning parenting. But what if you could just relax with it all? Questions And Tools: Relax. Acknowledge that every kid is different. Stop judging your child.  Have allowance for you and your kids. Be interesting point of view. Look at what is working for you and what is not working for you, and what can you choose different here? Follow what you know. Be willing to be a bad parent. Be willing to be everything others are judging you as, without judging yourself. Stop trying to get things right. Be out of control. Give your kids choice. Manipulate - it's a kinder, gentler way that is going to create a greater outcome for everyone. Empower your kids. Ask them, "What do you know?" Ask your kids questions, without expecting an answer. Say nothing. Choose for you. It shows your kids that they can choose for themselves too. Get your Bars run. Invite your kids to get their Bars run. Baby steps - it may take a while to change the way you parent, and what works today may not work tomorrow, so be kind to yourself. Ask: "What can I choose different here?" "I'm such a bad mum/dad. What can I do to make up for the damage done?" "Wht do my kids know that I haven't been willing to receive?" "Is anything actually required of me here?" "What can I choose here that will work?" Have you done everything you are meant to do with your partner? If not, is there something that can change to keep the spark alive? In this episode of Choice, Change and Action, Simone Milasas answers more listener questions about relationships.  There is nothing right or wrong about being in a relationship or not; it's just a choice. Don't choose relationship because you think it's a necessity. Keep choosing every day! Be different. Don't try to be like anyone else, keep choosing for you. Be everything that you can be today!   Questions And Tools: If you keep choosing something, there's something you love about it. Are you choosing the same type of person because they have the same vibrations you have; so you can go, "See, my judgements are real and true." Are you willing to receive kindness or are you only willing to receive judgements? Are you choosing because it's familiar and you can maintain predictability and control it? What if nothing is broken? What if something has changed and something is now different?  Is your partner capable of what you are asking for? Are you capable of it? Are you willing to choose to be out of control with relationship? What if relationship was an adventure? Don't be predictable; jump out of the routine. How can you turn your partner on by being you? Ask questions, don't have expectations and assumptions. Explore something different. Ask your partner: "What is it you would like to choose that we have not yet chosen?" What if you were totally comfortable with you? Where are you not being the energies of trust, allowance, vulnerability, gratitude, honour with yourself and in your relationship? The only thing that makes you insecure, intimidated, cranky, angry or frustrated is you choosing it. Likewise, the only thing that can make you happy is you choosing it. It's your choice. What are you choosing? Questions to ask yourself: "What do I love about this?" "What am I creating this for?" "Have we done what we're meant to do together?" "What would need to change in order for this relationship to work?" "Dear universe, what else is possible?" Questions you can ask your partner: "Where are we at?" "What would we like to create?" "What next?" "Are we happy with where we are heading?" "What are we not choosing that we could be choosing?" How many of you are choosing the same type of person so you can control it? Do you choose what works for others, or do you know you have the power to negotiate and choose what works for you? Is what you are currently choosing in relationships working for you? If not, that's on you! You're the one who has to choose. What if your lover could be even greater? What if you asked for more? This is your life, what if you truly, truly lived?  In this episode of Choice, Change and Action, Simone Milasas talks about ways to create relationships that work for you as she answers relationship questions from listeners. She asks, what if you have all of you, you choose everything that works for you, and you invite someone into our life to have something different, to be something greater? Have total allowance of your partner and what they are choosing, and of you and what you are choosing. Look for somebody who would be a contribution to your life and living rather than 'the one'. Share different things with different people, e.g. friends, and not expect it all from your partner Use energy pulls and flows. instead of I'm right, you're wrong, "What's actually going to work?" if you can't find what will work between the two of you, ask a friend what are you making matter and so relevant that is keeping you from this amazing beautiful energy that you can be with someone and create a space that is filled with with possibilities and filled with contribution and filled with gratitude? Are you working against yourself in business? "What would it take to truly live?" Tools to change any area of our life: Use the mantra of Access Consciousness: "All of life comes to me with ease and joy and glory." There is no right or wrong; it's about choosing what works for you. What would you like to create? If you don't choose your reality, this reality will start to dictate what you are choosing. What action can you take to change something? What can you hear? Relax. Use the crazy phrase: "Everything is the opposite of what appears to be, nothing is the opposite of what appears to be." There is nothing wrong with you, there is nothing to fix; but you can change. Stop looking outside of you for the source of creation for your life; you are the source of creation, you create your today and your future. There is no answer; it's about you choosing. What diverse financial realities are available to you that you have not yet chosen because you are trying to function from what you have been told you should do rather than function from your reality with money?
