Levi and Elijah Talk About Family, Faith, Education and brotherly love.

Our youth are not lost—they're right in front of us. The real question is whether we've searched our own hearts and committed to having a plan and a purpose for them every single day. Children are like sponges, watching, listening, and absorbing whatever we consistently pour into them. If we invest love, kindness, faith, discipline, character, and hope, those seeds will grow. If we pour in anger, neglect, division—or pour in nothing at all—that will grow too. We have the incredible ability to help program the next generation toward compassion or conflict, purpose or pain. The future of our children isn't determined by chance; it's shaped by what we choose to model every single day. The choice isn't theirs first—it's ours.

Episode 9: The Difference Between Survival and Legacy

Most people spend their lives surviving… but never stop to ask what they’re actually building. In this episode, we break down the powerful difference between living in survival mode and living with intention toward legacy.Because survival is reactive. It’s about getting through the day, handling problems, and managing pressure. But legacy is different.Legacy is intentional. It’s about building something that lasts beyond the present moment. This conversation explores:✔️ Why survival mode can quietly become a permanent lifestyle ✔️ How living reactively limits long-term growth ✔️ The role of vision in shaping your future ✔️ What legacy really means beyond money and wealthLegacy is not just about financial success. It’s about impact. The values you pass on. The example you set. The stability you create for the next generation.Because no one accidentally builds a legacy. You decide to build one.And that decision starts with a simple shift:From asking… “How do I get through today?”To asking… “What am I building for tomorrow?”This episode challenges you to think beyond survival… and start building something that lasts.#ConversationsThatChangeLives #TenMinutesOfTruth #PodcastEpisode8 #LegacyBuilding #MensGrowth #MindsetShift #PurposeDriven #Discipline #RealTalk #GrowthSeason

Episode 8: Legacy and Financial Stability

There are three forces that quietly shape the direction of a man’s life: faith, focus, and financial stability. Most people treat these areas as separate. Faith belongs in one space. Focus in another. Money somewhere else. But the truth is—they are deeply connected. In this episode, we break down how these three forces work together to create stability, direction, and long-term progress.Because when one is missing… the others begin to struggle. This conversation explores:✔️ What faith really means beyond religion ✔️ How lack of focus leads to scattered effort and frustration ✔️ Why financial instability often comes from lack of direction—not effort ✔️ How alignment between faith, focus, and money creates real progressFaith provides vision. Focus directs your energy. Financial stability becomes the result of consistent discipline. When these three areas are aligned, life begins to change.Decisions become clearer. Energy becomes intentional. Progress becomes visible. This episode challenges you to stop operating in disconnected areas… and start building alignment that leads to stability.#ConversationsThatChangeLives #TenMinutesOfTruth #PodcastEpisode9 #FaithAndFocus #FinancialStability #MensGrowth #PurposeDriven #MindsetShift #Discipline #RealTalk

Episode 7: When Leadership Starts at Home

Most men think leadership begins at work—but real leadership begins much closer to home.In this episode, we break down a truth that often gets overlooked: the most important leadership role a man will ever have is inside his own household.Because leadership is not about titles or authority—it’s about consistency. This conversation explores how the way a man lives his life becomes the example others follow:✔️ How children learn behavior, discipline, and responsibility ✔️ Why inconsistency creates confusion in the home ✔️ The impact of emotional control, communication, and decision-making ✔️ Why accountability—not perfection—is the foundation of leadershipFor many men, leadership at home isn’t something they were taught—it’s something they have to learn, develop, and refine over time. And that process starts with one critical shift: taking responsibility for how you show up every day.Because leadership isn’t about controlling others… it’s about controlling yourself.Your habits. Your discipline. Your responses under pressure. This episode is about building stability where it matters most—at home.Because when a man becomes steady within himself… he creates stability around him.#ConversationsThatChangeLives #TenMinutesOfTruth #PodcastEpisode6 #Leadership #MensGrowth #FamilyMatters #Accountability #Discipline #RealTalk #LegacyBuilding

Episode 6: The Financial Blind Spots Men Must Fix

One of the fastest ways a man can destroy his future is by misunderstanding money. In this episode, we take a real look at the financial mistakes that quietly derail men—regardless of how hard they work or how much they earn.Because making money and managing money are not the same skill. This conversation breaks down the hidden financial blind spots that many men never see until it’s too late:✔️ The trap of lifestyle inflation ✔️ Why higher income doesn’t always mean greater stability ✔️ The role emotions play in spending decisions ✔️ How poor financial habits create long-term consequencesThis episode also delivers practical principles every man needs to understand:Spend less than you earn. Avoid unnecessary debt. Think long term. Protect your future self.Because money doesn’t fix problems—it amplifies habits. And without discipline, even strong income can lead to financial instability. This is not about restriction—it’s about control.Because when a man gets control of his finances… he gains control of his future.#ConversationsThatChangeLives #TenMinutesOfTruth #PodcastEpisode5 #FinancialWisdom #MensGrowth #MoneyMatters #Discipline #Accountability #LifeLessons #WealthBuilding

Unfiltered Conversations with Ernelle "Big Fade" Bellamy Part 3 of 3

In the final installment of Unfiltered Conversations, host Ernest W. Richardson, III closes out this powerful three-part series with Ernelle “Big Fade” Bellamy—bringing everything full circle. This episode is about legacy. It’s about presence. And it’s about what you choose to do with what you’ve built.Ernelle doesn’t just talk about success—he talks about responsibility. The responsibility to give back… to be present… and to guide the next generation with intention. For over two decades, he has poured into his community, not for recognition—but because it’s who he is.Through his nonprofit, Big Kids Undertaking, he’s doing more than teaching light and sound—he’s teaching discipline, creativity, teamwork, and vision. He’s showing young people what’s possible when someone takes the time to invest in them. One of the most powerful moments in this episode comes from a simple idea sparked at home. With a movie theater-style setup in his house, his son once asked, “Dad, can we do this for people who don’t have this?”That question turned into action. For over a decade, Ernelle has hosted free movie nights at the pavilion in his hometown—creating experiences for families and children who may not otherwise have access. And it doesn’t stop there. What started as a birthday celebration with a few hundred people has grown into something much bigger—the Leo Soul Festival. Now a four-day community event, completely free, bringing people together through music, culture, and connection. We’re talking full-scale production—bounce houses for the kids, free water for everyone, top-tier sound and entertainment—all powered by a dedicated crew of 40 people. The same level of professionalism and excellence he brings to business… he brings to his community. But he didn’t stop with events.Ernelle has built out facilities within his warehouse campus that house his daughter’s cosmetology business and his wife’s designer clothing line—creating opportunities not just for his family, but for growth, creativity, and independence. And he makes it clear…That campus isn’t just his. It’s for the community as well.A place where vision, business, and opportunity can come together under one roof. And when you ask him about legacy…He’ll tell you it’s not the work he’s done. It’s not the massive amount of equipment he’s built. It’s his character. It’s his kindness. That’s how he wants to be remembered. This final chapter isn’t just a conclusion—it’s a reminder that real success isn’t just what you build for yourself… it’s what you build within yourself… and what you leave in others. These are the conversations… that change lives.

Episode 5: The Weight Men Carry in Silence

Most men are not lazy—they’re overwhelmed. In this episode, we take a real look at something that rarely gets talked about openly: the pressure men carry every day, often without support, guidance, or an outlet.Behind the words “I’m good” are layers of responsibility, fear, expectations, and uncertainty that many men are navigating quietly. From a young age, men are taught to handle everything—but rarely taught how to handle it.This episode breaks down where that weight begins:From high school pressures and unclear direction… To financial uncertainty and lack of opportunity… To relationships, responsibility, and life-altering decisions…And how, without guidance, that pressure can lead to shortcuts, mistakes, and consequences that follow for years. But here’s the truth: Carrying weight doesn’t mean you’re failing. It means you’re human. The real danger isn’t the pressure—it’s carrying it alone. This episode is about awareness, honesty, and understanding what many men are dealing with internally but rarely say out loud.Because once you understand the weight… You can start changing how you carry it.#ConversationsThatChangeLives #TenMinutesOfTruth #PodcastEpisode2 #MensGrowth #RealTalk #MentalStrength #PurposeDriven #Accountability #LifeLessons #GrowthMindset

Unfiltered Conversations with Ernelle "Big Fade" Bellamy Part 2 of 3

In Part 2 of Unfiltered Conversations, host Ernest W. Richardson, III continues the dialogue with Ernelle “Big Fade” Bellamy—shifting the focus from the journey… to the business. This episode goes beyond surface-level success. Ernelle breaks down what it really takes to build something that lasts—centered on reputation, consistency, and the discipline to scale without losing your standards. He makes one thing clear: it’s not about the money. It’s about doing the job right. It’s about putting in the time others won’t.And understanding that real value isn’t measured by how fast you finish—but by how well you execute.Ernelle speaks on the responsibility of leadership—how his company isn’t just a business, it’s a direct reflection of him. The people who work with him and for him carry his name, his standards, and his reputation into every job. That means there’s no cutting corners… no shortcuts… and no compromise on quality. He lives by a principle most people overlook: Your time is your advertisement.Because when you consistently overdeliver—when clients know they’re getting more than what they paid for—you don’t have to chase opportunities… they come looking for you. He proves relationships matter. This is a masterclass in pride, craftsmanship, and building a name that speaks before you even walk in the room. He doesn't just build speakers he also builds caskets and more. And this is only Part 2…You don’t want to miss Part 3.These are the conversations… that change lives.

Unfiltered Conversations with Ernelle "Big Fade" Bellamy Part 1 of 3

In this first installment of Unfiltered Conversations, host Ernest W. Richardson, III sits down with Ernelle “Big Fade” Bellamy for a real, unfiltered discussion rooted in truth, growth, and lived experience.Ernelle takes us back to his humble beginnings, sharing what it was like growing up in New York and the transition that shaped his journey to Virginia. This isn’t just a change of location—it’s a transformation of mindset, discipline, and purpose. What makes this conversation powerful isn’t just where he’s been… it’s what he’s learned along the way. One of the strongest messages throughout this episode is the value of kindness—not as weakness, but as a calculated strength that opens doors, builds relationships, and sustains longevity.Access to voices like Ernelle “Big Fade” Bellamy is rare—and intentional. Not everyone gets this level of transparency, wisdom, and perspective. There’s a reason for that. When someone has walked through real experiences, built something meaningful, and carries insight that can shift how you move in life… that access is protected, respected, and earned. This episode lays the foundation for a deeper three-part series—where the lessons get sharper, the stories get deeper, and the truth gets even more real. You don’t want to miss Parts 2 and 3.These are the conversations… that change lives.

Episode 4: Breaking the Cycle: Building a Legacy

Most people believe their life is just happening to them. But in reality, many lives are shaped by patterns that were set in motion long before they were born.In this episode, we take a deeper look at the cycles that quietly repeat themselves across generations—financial habits, emotional patterns, beliefs about success, and ways of handling pressure.Because if those patterns are never examined… they are almost always repeated. This conversation breaks down:✔️ How inherited beliefs shape your decisions ✔️ Why many men repeat patterns without realizing it ✔️ The connection between mindset and long-term outcomes ✔️ What it really takes to break cycles and create changeLegacy is often thought of as money, property, or wealth. But real legacy begins with something deeper—mindset. It begins the moment a man decides he will no longer repeat the patterns that limited the generation before him.Because breaking the cycle isn’t easy. It requires awareness, discipline, and intentional decisions over time. But when one person changes… everything connected to them begins to change. This episode is about recognizing the patterns… and choosing a different path forward.#ConversationsThatChangeLives #TenMinutesOfTruth #PodcastEpisode4 #BreakingTheCycle #LegacyBuilding #MensGrowth #MindsetShift #Accountability #PersonalGrowth #LeadershipMatters

    Episode 3: Purpose Before Profit

One of the biggest mistakes young men make today is chasing money before they discover their purpose—and when that order is reversed, life can become confusing fast.In this episode, we break down a truth that doesn’t get talked about enough: money is not the problem—but chasing it without direction is.From social media messages about quick success… to the pressure to “figure it out” early… to jumping into business without preparation—this episode exposes how easy it is to get caught chasing results without understanding the path.Because money is not a direction. Money is a result. This conversation also dives into real-life lessons about:✔️ The difference between making money and managing life ✔️ Why discipline matters more than opportunity ✔️ The hidden risks of unprepared entrepreneurship ✔️ How purpose creates direction—and direction creates stabilityThis is not about discouraging ambition. It’s about sharpening it.Because when purpose comes first… profit becomes a byproduct—not a chase.#ConversationsThatChangeLives #TenMinutesOfTruth #PodcastEpisode3 #PurposeBeforeProfit #MensGrowth #RealTalk #MindsetShift #Accountability #Entrepreneurship #LifeLessons

Episode 1: Stepping Out From Behind the Curtain

One of the most dangerous things in the world is intelligence without wisdom—and in this opening episode, that truth is laid out in a way that’s real, raw, and unfiltered. This is not a motivational speech. This is a life story. From growing up in Mount Vernon, New York… to serving in the United States Navy… to working in high-level corporate telecommunications with major financial institutions—this episode walks through a journey that looks successful on the outside, but tells a very different story underneath.Because success without discipline… income without control… and intelligence without wisdom… can quietly lead you in the wrong direction. This episode breaks down the reality of how someone can be capable, talented, and driven—and still find themselves dealing with financial struggles, poor decisions, and personal battles that take years to confront. It also speaks to something deeper—growth. The kind of growth that doesn’t come early. The kind that comes through mistakes… consequences… and hard truth. This is the foundation of what I Work You Play Media Group Speaks is all about:Real conversations. Real accountability. Real life.If you’ve ever felt like you’re doing well on the surface but something isn’t right underneath… this episode is for you.Because sometimes the first step forward… is stepping out from behind the curtain.#ConversationsThatChangeLives #TenMinutesOfTruth #PodcastEpisode1 #RealTalk #MensGrowth #PurposeDriven #MindsetShift #Accountability #LifeLessons #PersonalGrowth

Second Stroke. Same God. More Grace to live another day.

Yesterday, everything changed again. After something as simple as cutting grass, I lost all feeling on my left side. In that moment, I knew—it was happening again. The ambulance came, and just like March 22, 2025, when I was life-flighted to Duke Hospital, I was back in a fight for my life. This time, doctors told me it was a TIA—a warning sign, a second stroke. They gave me medication and released me… but the story didn’t end there.I made it to church. I sat there and watched my grandchildren sing. That moment reminded me—I'm still here. This episode isn’t just about a medical event. It’s about gratitude, faith, and what it feels like to be given another day when you know how close you came to losing it.I’m not taking this life for granted. Not anymore.
