This space is for anyone who is choosing to grow, to lead, and to live with more self-awareness, authenticity, courage, and resilience. In this podcast, we talk honestly about what courage looks like in real life. Courage is not something you magically have or do not have. It is something you build through practice, through presence, and through choosing to show up for yourself and for the people in your life. This work asks us to stay grounded, curious, connected, and compassionate, even when it is hard.
