    Healing From Trauma with Dr. Dust

    Do you or know anyone who may struggle to find the appropriate coping mechanisms for PTSD? On this week’s #CSUFPod, Dr. Dust lists the different techniques you can use to ease your body mentally and physically - emphasizing that your past DOES NOT define you.  Additionally, he shares his experiences as a combat veteran of the Iraq War and how returning back home with PTSD led him to complete a PHD in health promotion sciences with a concentration in neurocognitive sciences.
