In Today's episode, we have the wonderful soul Kristina, who shares her mental health journey and opens up about the struggles of taking care of yourself in our society. You will also hear more about Collective Thoughts magazine! To finish up, we are sharing one of Kristina's poems for all the beautiful souls out there: “charades” how broken was she  to seek out the darkness, ignoring the light in people,  and their kindness.  perfection blurred her vision  comforting the wrong people  not realising, she had a greater mission.  satisfying others though fooling herself  those were her ambitions, and not of her mothers regrets.   step by step getting closer to perfection she realised, what she saw in the mirror, wasn’t her reflection.   they ask her:  who are you?  expecting an answer full of degrees,  achievements and relations.   but she steals their breath with words of greater depth, telling them she’s non of the things she achieved, rather emotions,  and values she kept. (21.03.2023)
