In May of 2014, I had a very traumatic experience at the hands of someone close to me who I trusted. This person defamed my character, told vicious lies about me and framed me for a heinous crime, which led to my arrest on Fort Hood, TX. This experience has weighed heavily on me throughout the years as I've silently coped with it. I've spent years afraid of what this person may do if I spoke openly about this. I'm still afraid, but I won't allow that to keep me quiet any longer. This podcast is therapeutic for me and an opportunity for me to tell my story. This podcast is for everyone who has ever experienced a smear campaign by a narcissist. Defamation of character is a form of narcissistic abuse and is a common part of the process when parting ways with a narcissist. Many of us are suffering in silence due to those around us not believing us and taking the narcissist's side.
