Why releasing guilt, shame, and fear is love. - Releasing guilt, shame, and fear connects you closer to love. - Each is a frequency just as love is own frequency. - They are denser/heavier energies, that can block the love frequency to be fully embodied. - Each denser frequency can bring about thoughts, which lead to actions, then creates behaviors. - Depending on which frequency you reside in dictates which behavior you embody. - This connects back to on why letting go of negative thoughts is so important and training your mind to work for instead of against you. - Guilt, shame, and fear are most of times the main causes of these thoughts due to the frequency they reside in. - To be in the love frequency fully embody it with your thoughts by releasing anything that does not reside with the love frequency, then pay attention to your actions, ask yourself am I doing this out of love? Be very honest with yourself, that is love too, knowing where you are and being ok with it. - Next allow your actions out of love to form new behaviors, that allow you to truly embody your love frequency. Be in love with whatever you do. - This covers it all relationships romantic and friendship. - Career, business, or job. - Hobbies or activities. - Where your spending your money. - How you are spending your time.
