Episode 37 - It's Santa!!
I was given the honor of interviewing the one and only Santa Claus! Find out what kind of music he is into, the real deal on mall Santas and what's up with that Elf on the Shelf! Mr Claus would also like to do some trimming up after the holiday season is finished...

Episode 36 - Mall Santa Problems
Christmas is right around the corner and all the magic is in the air. There is a rabid tree in Euston Station with a barrier around it, plus #MallSantaProblems. There's a very special episode of Boy Meets World that touched my heart. This week we also find out that the Elf on the Shelf is really into Bailey's Irish Creme... Episode 35 - An Elf, a Tree, and a Breaking & Entering Case
The second week of Christmas is underway and we are continuing to celebrate on the show! I have an update on what my house's Elf on the Shelf is up to (from Ronnie the Alien), plus all of our strange Christmas traditions. They are always festive, but do we know where they come from? Also a radio show in NC does a segment called "Breaking & Entering Christmas." And I have some tips on staying successful in fitness and business while you travel for the holiday season. Originally aired on Pawling Public Radio in New York. Episode 34 - Christmas Season Begins!
Merry Post-Thanksgiving! It's like a switch flips in my head on Thanksgiving night and the world becomes entirely Christmas-themed. I put up the tree and the decorations, I start recording Christmas SONGS, etc. It's just a festival good time...but this year there has been a change. The Elf on the Shelf has invaded my adult home and I am a little worried. I also talk about why retail workers hate Christmas and whether or not Die Hard is indeed a Christmas movie. Originally aired on Pawling Public Radio in New York.

Episode 33 - Being Thankful
Happy Thanksgiving week! I try to make it a practice to be thankful daily but with the upcoming holiday, it's a good time to reflect. There are also things I am NOT thankful for, yet I am still thankful to live in a country free enough to complain about them. How about that Al Franken sexual harassment story? O what about People magazine's sexiest man alive? All annoying but isn't it great to be able to just turn the channel? Originally broadcast on Pawling Public Radio in New York.

Episode 32 - Live at AMTC Shine Conference!
The journey of the last three and a half years finally came to fruition and I attended the AMTC Shine Conference in New Jersey. God literally brought the conference to ME! This was recorded before we spoke to any agents or managers so the excitement of the first day was still buzzing. I Think everybody did very well can I can't wait to see what comes of this opportunity in the next year! Originally posted live at Facebook.com/thedizzyparker

Episode 31 - Happy Halloween!
My favorite time of year is here! I've missed a couple weeks but all with good reason. I returned to the studio just in time to give my explanation of how a Christian could enjoy such celebrations deemed as "pagan" and "the devil's Holiday." Originally aired on 103.7 Pawling, NY

Episode 30 - Slaying Monsters
This week, the country has been shrouded in death and it can be a bit of a downer. I prefer to put a better perspective on tragedy. Too often we live with fears of things that are either unknown or uncontrollable, and when all of these people from Las Vegas to celebrities breathed their last, both were the case. How much more could their last days have been if only there were no fears or anxiety over things beyond their reach? This coincides with the promised release of my new song "Monsters." Song available on iTunes, Spotify, Google Play, Amazon, etc.

Episode 29 - Where Are We Going?!
I've been a little MIA lately, and for good reason! It's been a little tough to keep the usual schedule because I have been breaking into the entertainment world in a real way. I've been attending workshops, modeling and maybe even acting by the time you hear this! Stay tuned and enjoy the ride with me! Episode 28 - Story Time
This week is yet another week that is far different from your average Dizzy Parker Show. This will be a podcast exclusive, as I have not been to the radio station and I feel this is a bit more of an intimate topic. I hope you enjoy. Please contact me if you need a followup on this week's episode and download the song "Reflections" on Apple Music and Spotify!

Episode 26 - Who Inspires Me
With the tragic death of Rich Piana this week, I was led to think about the other people like him who have inspired me over the years. I discovered Rich a few years ago when I started seriously considering bodybuilding but he really motivated me to do my best at everything from and entrepreneurship mindset. I wanted to be better, happier and eventually wealthier and his story kept pushing me further. Rest in peace big man, your words will live forever. There are many who inspire me but in this episode I talk about Chris Jericho, Gene Simmons, and Arnold Schwarzenegger. All come from different walks of life and inspire me for different reasons but all for great ones. Originally broadcast on Facebook.com/thedizzyparker

Episode 25 - Learning From Our Past (New Civil War)
The "Unite the Right" Rally in Charlottesville, VA has sparked a lot of unrest in our country. This rally was not about race (as it seems) but about preserving our nation's history. It became a battlefield from parties of the "alt-right" and Antifa (the alt-left) and has reminded me that we are all only human and that we don't always recognize that so we turn to violence, hatred, and bigotry. There are no Nazis or white supremacists holding down our nation, but there is a controlling body who wishes to see us torn apart. Don't allow The Party to become Big Brother. George Orwell forewarned us. Originally broadcast on Pawling Public Radio.

Episode 24 - Who Am I?!
In recent weeks, I have felt buried by the world and have caught myself trying to move back to center. I think we should all take a moment to and find out who we are; what is important to you, the individual? In this episode I am touching on those taboo topics such as politics and religion, but may in a different way than you may expect.

#ThoughtOfTheDay - Not a Joel Osteen Fan...
Being a Christian who believes the Bible, I've always been pretty critical of television pastors like Joel Osteen, TD Jakes, Joyce Meyer, etc. But I've recently had to give it a second thought. I still have a problem with them not mentioning sin or repentance, but maybe they do serve a purpose? Originally posted to youtube.com/thedizzyparker

Episode 23 - Setting Goals
If you aim to live a happy fulfilling life, you probably have some things you'd like to achieve. I am all about setting goals; and being a personal trainer, I work with goal-setters every day. I literally get paid money to guide people to achieving their own life goals and it is a wonderful experience. In this episode I'll give you my personal story from the early days to where I am now AND where I plan to go in the future. I also have a little tale of a guy that I train who made some lifting goals that can be applied to YOUR life. He wanted to deadlift, and found a LIFE lift [cue rimshot and boos]. And then finally, what is your eternal goal? Originally broadcast live at Facebook.com/thedizzyparker

#ThoughtOfTheDay - Why You're Still Fat
People want to burn fat fast or lose weight now. Some people need workout motivation, and others need a healthy diet plant; but no matter what, the gym provides plenty of life metaphors. Originally posted to youtube.com/thedizzyparker

Episode 22- Depression
With the news of the death of Chester Bennington of Linkin Park along with the fatal accident of David Z from Audio Adrenaline, this week's episode took a bit of a more somber tone. It led me to ponder life a bit more deeply than usual and I wanted to address the topic of depression. It can lead some to do great things such as art and helping the world, but it could lead others down darker paths, such as is speculated in Chester's death. Suicide is never the answer. I hope to be able to shed a little light in the wake of that darkness. There are also other topics that came up such as eating disorders and anxiety. Therapy can help, but sometimes all it takes is a kind word or a motivating friend. Together, we are unstoppable, Words have power. Originally broadcast on Pawling Public Radio in New York.

Episode 21 - Imperfection
Life for me has been a little less than perfect recently. I've found myself making mistakes I never thought I would, losing control of my time and generally just not doing great. I'm sure that my listeners can relate a bit. This week I discuss various topics on moments of imperfection, and the way others may perceive those traits deemed to be imperfect. There was a monkey suing a man for copyright (thanks PETA), a video that made my gay friends mad, and a little confession to my mother. All this and a few laughs are coming your way! Originally broadcast on Pawling Public Radio in New York.

#ThoughtOfTheDay - 13 Reasons Why
The new Netflix series 13 Reasons Why is on everybody's radar! The show deals with high school bullying and suicide. Instead of the common review, this is more of a public service announcement for anyone dealing with bullying today. Feel free to contact me.

Episode 20 - Pride (plus Flat Earth Theory!)
I started out talking about the issue of pride this week, but a large portion of the show ended up dedicated to the Flat Earth Theory. If you haven't heard of this, there is a movement that really started gaining momentum in about 2014-2015 that proposes that NASA has been lying to us since the space race of the 60's, the moon landing was a hoax, and that the globe Earth model has always been with false or a massive conspiracy. I only present the evidences that are brought forth on the matter, though I have not conducted many of the experiments myself. A few we can all do with the naked eye, and I recommend you, the listener, to try for yourself. Put away your pride and think of the possibility that everything you think and feel may not be correct. #ThoughtOfTheDay - Talking to Old People
In my life, I have discovered that wisdom is an invaluable tool and it is vastly under appreciated in our modern world. Wisdom comes with time and experience and the longer you are here on earth, the more you could potentially gain. I enjoy the idea of utilizing those who have already been through life and have something to offer from their own perspectives. Old people are to be respected and revered. I actually think we could all be better off making friends with people twice our age. Originally posted at youtube.com/thedizzyparker

Episode 19 - Strange World w/ Nick Privitera
This episode is another special edition! Broadcast live via Facebook from The Dizzy Parker Studios in Hopewell Junction, NY along with my good friend Nick Privitera, we take a slightly different route on this week. Aside from the usual inspirational worldview with a comedic slant, we are delivering our combined super powers to the world. We are starting a new show on Youtube called Strange World where we will talk about current events, all things entertainment, and highlight a few special guests from the Hudson Valley region of New York. We believe in hard work to achieve your dreams in life and keeping a positive mindset through all life's challenges. He is a perfect addition to what I already do on The Dizzy Parker Show and brings out the real clown in me.

#ThoughtOfTheDay - ADD and Other Lies
In modern society, doctors are very quick to diagnose a mental disease or disorder. They are just as hasty to medicate the individuals who are diagnosed and give them a permanent stigma and even a crutch with which to go through life. In this Thought of the Day segment, I share three stories of people who are close to me, why they may be viewed has having a "problem" and my point of view that all of their quirks and idiosyncracies can be seen as a blessing in the correct light. Episode 18 - Through the Storms
Recently I've had many people close to me who are struggling. Struggles range from depression to anxiety to job concerns to health complications but the commonality is that these things present obstacles to everyday life. This week I present a few stories of people who have dealt with real storms in their own lives. A youtuber named Zach Anner, Gene Simmons of KISS, and yours truly all have a little story time this week!

#ThoughtOfTheDay - Math Teacher Has Sex With Students!
Recently a story from my hometown of Rocky Mount, NC went nationwide when a young teacher by the name of Erin McAuliffe was caught having inappropriate relationships with THREE of her high school students. The details are all over the internet but here I present to you my controversial take on the whole matter! Originally posted to youtube.com/thedizzyparker Check there for more exclusive content!

Episode 17 - Things Change
Just passing my two year anniversary living in New York, I realize how much in my life has changed. In 2015, my world changed when I was offered the job as a personal trainer in Fishkill, New York. The first 25 years of my life were spend questioning my purpose, and the next 25 will be dedicated to touching the lives of others. There is plenty more left to learn but on this episode, I do a little reflecting and a lot of appreciating.

Episode 16 - Definition of Success (with Fernando DaCunha)
Most people in the world are probably aiming to become successful in their life's endeavors. This week I interview a very good friend of mine who I view as a pretty successful person. Individual definitions of success vary from person but I thought it would be beneficial to get into the mind and thought processes of a person I greatly respect. Actions and reasons may differ but core values will remain the same across the board. We wake up daily, plan ahead, get moving, and hopefully accomplish great things along the way. Enjoy this week's show!

Episode 15 - Failure
Kathy Griffin was a big point of conversation in the news this week. Her publicity stunt was likely a massive failure for whatever she was aiming to do, but perhaps she was able to learn a little something from it. We also talk about dealing with personal failures and using them to teach you about yourself. A big life lesson is to fail fast and fail hard. No one ever got tougher without taking a few scrapes and lumps. All this and more, this week on The Dizzy Parker Show!

Episode 14 - Born This Way
Lady Gaga sang about it, you were born this way! That is the theme for this special edition of The Dizzy Parker Show! Many people are born into circumstances that are less than the perfect situation. Some are born with personal obstacles to overcome, dreams bigger than their finances, or even sexual attractions that differ from the societal norms. Whatever your personal journey is, you were born for a purpose and God gave you a unique set of tools to live your life and to touch others'. Only you will be able to find out when is the right time to use them. All of this comes with the announcement of this Christian singer being invited to play a gay pride festival. I knew it would be a difficult task but I felt as though it was a challenge I was uniquely designed to accept. Everybody deserves to know of Christ's love for us, regardless of WHICH sin we live with.

Episode 13- Where is Your Attention?
Focus focus focus! Where is YOUR attention? Gary Vee constantly speaks about day trading attention. The majority of us have our attention firmly placed into our iPhone and it is speculated that such will transition into virtual reality in the next decade. Live in the real world while you still can or else you will lose touch completely. Another person who lost touch was one of the great singers of all time, Chris Cornell. We lost this musical legend to suicide. Chris Cornell's death doesn't particularly come as a surprise due to the dark nature of my fellow artists (especially those from the grunge era). Medications played a role, as did the state of his soul. The positive spin this week is about WWE Superstar Jinder Mahal. After 15 long years, he may finally reach the top of his industry and live his dream of becoming WWE Champion!

Episode 12 - Putting in the Work!
Are you willing to do the work it takes to accomplish your goals? Everything in life worth doing requires serious effort to be put forth in order to accomplish so this week we dedicate the episode to just that. Whether it is losing weight, being successful at your career, or spreading the gospel, it won't come easily. Today is the day to start if you're not already on it. The journey of a thousand miles starts with a single step. When will you take it?

Episode 11 - Importance of Time
This week's theme of "Time" is one very near and dear to me. I have always held time to be super important in my life because every minute spent is equally important and nonrenewable. Every moment is a gift and I advise each and every listener to cherish them all. I appreciate you spending a few of those minutes allowing my voice into your life.

Episode 10 - Seeking Wisdom
The shows are becoming a bit of a personal diary for me. This week is about seeking wisdom. I'm an advocated of befriending people older than oneself and learning from mentors. There are too many people have experienced the lives we are currently going through already to not use their minds to our advantage. We talk about the disastrous Fyre Festival and the Power of Positive Thinking. Much more on this week's Dizzy Parker Show!

We're back to basics this week on the show. There's a new theme and potentially a new attitude as well! I dive into some more serious topics such as the Syrian attack related to Bible prophecy, the Kendall Jenner ad and why people are overreacting, and how life is like a treadmill. Enjoy!
