Steven and Drake discuss the power of leverage, which extends beyond debt to include networking, skilled teams, and efficient systems, as a means to maximize returns. The discussion also contrasts the advantages of multifamily real estate—simplicity, cash flow, and leverage—with less desirable options like triple-net leases.
