These conversations go beyond the surface and offer a rare, inside look at what’s really going on. The Moment You Realize You’ve Been Playing Small
In this episode, I talk about something that can be hard to admit to yourself, the moment you realize you might have been playing smaller than the life you actually want.Sometimes it’s not obvious at first. It’s little things. You start noticing you’re holding back your opinions, downplaying your goals, or choosing the safer option even when something inside you knows you’re meant for more.In this diary entry, I talk about the subtle ways we shrink ourselves without realizing it, why it can feel uncomfortable to step into a bigger version of your life, and what it looks like to finally stop minimizing who you are.Because sometimes stepping into your power isn’t one big decision, it’s just the moment you realize you’re ready to stop playing small.Dear Diary promptsWhere in my life have I been holding myself back? What would I do differently if I fully trusted my potential? To My Dearest, Click To Send Your Anonymous QuestionDon’t forget to rate, like, comment, and subscribe to The Dry DiariesFOLLOW ON SOCIALSYoutube TikTok InstagramMy InstagramHave a question or topics you want us to dive into? 10 Ways to Start Trusting Yourself Again
In this episode, I talk about something I think a lot of us struggle with at different points in life, learning how to trust ourselves again.Sometimes after enough overthinking, outside opinions, or decisions that didn’t go the way we expected, we start second-guessing everything. Our intuition gets quieter, our confidence drops a little, and we find ourselves constantly asking other people what they think before making a move.In this diary entry, I walk through ten ways to start rebuilding self-trust, from listening to your intuition again, to making small decisions without overanalyzing them, to remembering that you actually know yourself better than anyone else.Because the truth is, trusting yourself isn’t something you suddenly wake up with one day. It’s something you rebuild slowly, decision by decision.Dear Diary promptsWhere in my life am I constantly looking for outside validation? What would change if I trusted my own instincts a little more?To My Dearest, Click To Send Your Anonymous QuestionDon’t forget to rate, like, comment, and subscribe to The Dry DiariesFOLLOW ON SOCIALSYoutube TikTok InstagramMy InstagramHave a question or topics you want us to dive into? The April Full Moon Is Exposing Everything
This episode is a little bonus Dry Diaries entry where we’re talking about the April Full Moon in Libra and the clarity it may be bringing into your life right now.Libra energy is often connected to balance, relationships, and the truth about what feels aligned versus what feels forced. Full moons tend to illuminate what we’ve been avoiding, and this one feels like a moment where certain situations, dynamics, or emotions suddenly become harder to ignore. In this episode, we talk about the astrology behind the Libra Full Moon, why this energy can highlight where you may be compromising yourself, and how moments of clarity can help you step more fully into your power. Think of this as a reflective girl talk moment about trusting yourself, recognizing what feels aligned, and allowing your next chapter to reflect the standards you’re ready to hold.If something in your life has been feeling slightly off or harder to overlook lately, this episode is for you.Dear Diary Prompts Where am I outgrowing old dynamics? The Moment You Realize You’ve Outgrown Your Old Life (with Justice)
In this episode, my friend Justice joins me for a conversation about that strange moment when you start realizing parts of your life don’t feel the same anymore.Since March on The Dry Diaries is all about rewriting your story, we talk about what it’s like when the things that once felt normal suddenly start feeling draining...the friend groups, the environments, even certain routines. Nothing huge has to happen for you to realize you’re evolving… sometimes it’s just a quiet shift where you start seeing things differently.Justice and I talk about growing through different phases of life together, what it looks like to evolve while still keeping the right people around, and that in-between stage where you’re not the old version of yourself anymore but you’re still figuring out what the next chapter looks like. Why Leveling Up Requires Letting Go
In this episode, I talk about why leveling up in life often requires letting go of the things that no longer align with who you're becoming. Since March on The Dry Diaries is all about rewriting your story, this conversation dives into the uncomfortable but necessary part of growth... outgrowing people, environments, and patterns that once felt familiar. Dating Diaries: Dating With Intention, Not Settling & Confusing Chemistry With Compatibility with Jess Hendrick
This is your Valentines Day Dating 101 Diary refresher because we’re done doing things the hard way. We’re raising standards and finally admitting that chemistry alone isn’t enough. Just because it’s exciting or confusing doesn’t mean it’s aligned. I’m joined by dating coach Jess Hendrick, who helps individuals heal at the root, break the patterns that keep them stuck, and call in aligned, healthy love. With a background in psychology and a focus on conscious partnership and trauma healing, she reminds us that real change doesn’t come from chasing different circumstances it comes from healing your inner world first. We’re talking about raising standards and why chemistry alone isn’t enough. Just because it’s exciting or confusing doesn’t mean it’s aligned, and confusion is not marriage material. Butterflies are cute, but they are not a life plan. We get into not settling, spotting red flags early, dating without losing yourself, and choosing compatibility over chaos. It’s also about being the healthiest version of you before getting into something, while still choosing someone who’s willing to grow with you. No games, no mixed signals. We’re looking for men, not boys. If you’re single, dating, or in your “I know better now” era, this is your reminder that the right connection should feel safe, mutual, and intentional. Date smarter, trust your instincts, and stop settling for almost. 💘To My Dearest, Click To Send Your Anonymous QuestionDon’t forget to rate, like, comment, and subscribe to The Dry DiariesFOLLOW ON SOCIALSYoutube TikTok InstagramMy InstagramHave a question or topics you want us to dive into? Brett Tomberlin: Army to Hollywood- New Netflix Movie & His Country Music Era
This week on The Dry Diaries, we sat down with Brett Tomberlin- actor, country singer, former Army soldier, and someone whose story shows exactly what happens when you hold the vision and let faith take the lead. Brett takes us from growing up in a tiny town in North Carolina to landing in Los Angeles with $200, chasing acting and music with zero guarantees. We get into how he stayed connected to his dream, how faith kept him moving through every transition, and how that journey led him from singing in church to performing the national anthem for Fox Sports, to booking roles in Kathryn Bigelow’s House of Dynamite, the Aaron Hernandez series, and a new Taylor Sheridan project filmed in Montana. In this entry, Brett talks about trusting a path you can’t fully see, and stepping into the version of yourself you always hoped you’d become. It’s inspirational without trying to be- the kind of Dry Diaries conversation you play when you need a pick-me-up about purpose, career, or figuring out your next chapter. And don’t forget to stream his new single “Just Got Paid,” recorded at Gibson Studios on the exact guitar Bradley Cooper used in A Star Is Born... casual. Danielle Paige: From Palisades Fire to Spiritual Awakening- Astrology, Healing & 2026 Energy
This week on The Dry Diaries, I sat down with Danielle Paige- astrologer, spiritual teacher, and honestly someone I truly admire and connect with on so many levels. She’s so deeply rooted in who she is and what she was brought here to do. Danielle opens up about going from living in her dream home in the Palisades to losing 99% of her belongings overnight… and the dream she had the night before that warned her everything was about to shift. The fire became one of the biggest spiritual catalysts of her life- pushing her into a level of transformation she didn’t see coming. We talk about her journey through Lyme disease, how she healed by actually listening to her body instead of pushing through it, and everything she learned about emotions, energy, and intuition along the way. Then we get into the astrology girl talk- Pluto transits, Saturn returns, full moons, new moons, why 2025 is a karmic closing year, and why 2026 is basically the universe hitting the gas pedal. If you need clarity, comfort, or just someone to remind you the universe actually is on your side… this one’s for you.We also did a mini birth chart reading, and the way she broke it down was so grounded and relatable- I loved every second.✨ Find Danielle:Check Out Her WebsiteFollow Her On InstagramTo My Dearest, Click To Send Your Anonymous QuestionDon’t forget to rate, like, comment, and subscribe to The Dry DiariesFOLLOW ON SOCIALSYoutube TikTok InstagramMy InstagramHave a question or topics you want us to dive into? Mykell Wilson: Near-Death Experience, Faith Journey & Being apart of the New Michael Jackson Movie
This week on The Dry Diaries, I sat with my longtime friend Mykell Wilson- a total powerhouse and honestly one of those souls you feel before he even walks in the room. He’s stayed so rooted in his purpose and anchored in his faith that it’s led him straight into every passion on his heart: dancer, choreographer, author, full-on creative force… the list is long. He’s danced with Beyoncé, Justin Bieber, Kendrick Lamar, Sabrina Carpenter, Prince- and then faced a near-death experience that could’ve rewritten everything… but somehow didn’t. Through all of it, his purpose and his faith never left him. Not in the silence, not in the fear, not in those “what now?” moments. That same grounding is what led him right back into his calling and eventually booking The Michael Jackson Movie as the Assistant Choreographer under Rich and Tone. He also appears in the movie as well. His story reminds you that sometimes you don’t need to go find your “why”… you just have to remember it’s been guiding you the whole time.We get into everything- resilience, surrender, creativity, faith, and the quiet strength that shows up when you trust that every detour is still leading you exactly where you’re supposed to be.This one feels personal, inspiring, and honestly… one of my favorite entries yet.Follow Mykell On Socials Here Check Out His Book HereCheck Out His Music HereTo My Dearest, Click To Send Your Anonymous QuestionDon’t forget to rate, like, comment, and subscribe to The Dry DiariesFOLLOW ON SOCIALSYoutube TikTok InstagramMy InstagramHave a question or topics you want us to dive into? This week on The Dry Diaries, I sat down with my girl Alivia Levie — actress, model, director, and truly one of those friends with the best energy. She’s the girl you can talk about healing, signs, synchronicities, and a little light conspiracy with for hours. Watching her evolve these last few years has been so inspiring, and this catch-up felt like sitting with that friend who’s finally stepping into everything she’s meant for.We talk about her journey moving to Los Angeles, navigating the industry, and stepping into her director era with this effortless mix of confidence and softness. We get into inner-child healing, being bullied growing up, finding your self-worth later, and why gratitude has become her quiet superpower. She also opens up about directing a docu-series in Nepal for the Wherever You Go Foundation- what it was like witnessing joy and resilience with so little, and how that trip shifted her perspective in the most beautiful way.We touch on the projects she’s building, the dreams she’s calling in, and that girls-girl energy of cheering for your friends while you’re cheering for yourself. And yes… my girl is literally on a billboard in Los Angeles!! We spiral into conspiracy theories (because LA fires and Mountain Dew are way too sketchy to ignore), rank guys’ hobbies like it’s a sport, and let Rachel—our in-house stylist—decide which fashion brands deserve the hype and which ones should sit down. Obviously, we couldn’t end without diving into your Dearest submissions that had us laughing, questioning humanity, and low-key freaking out. It feels like a late-night spiral with your best friends—unfiltered laughs, questionable red flags, and the kind of chaos you secretly love.To My Dearest, Click To Send Your Anonymous QuestionDon’t forget to rate, like, comment, and subscribe to The Dry DiariesFOLLOW ON SOCIALSYoutube TikTok InstagramMy InstagramHave a question or topics you want us to dive into? Labor Day Diaries: Man Overboard, Pizza Class Chaos & Manifestation Spirals
In this episode of The Dry Diaries, we’re giving full long–weekend chaos. Our Labor Day in Florida’s 30A included almost losing a man overboard on the boat (yes, really), turning into chefs during a pizza making class, and surviving a weekend that was unhinged start to finish. In between the laughter and chaos, we actually get a little serious (shocking... we know) and spiral into affirmations and manifestations—because speaking your dreams out loud actually works. And of course, we dive into your Dearest submissions and answer the questions you were bold enough to send us. It’s giving chaos, unfiltered laughter, and way too many inside jokes. Inside the Dearest Diaries: Listener Confessions & Q&A
This entry is for all our Dearests. In Entry 5, we dive into every question, story, and confession you’ve sent our way. We opened your diaries, scrolled through your Q&As, and answered every single thing you were bold (or delusional) enough to send us. Nothing was too messy, too dramatic, or too chaotic. From finding your dad on Hinge (yes, really), to best friend dilemmas, to getting cut from the maid of honor position, and even some questionable ex advice — we unpacked it all. Expect a lot of laughing at ourselves, some unfiltered takes, and way too many “wait… same” moments. We laughed, we overshared (shocking, we know), and we gave you our rawest takes on everything you trusted us with. So consider this your sign to keep writing — because the more unhinged, the better the entry. First Date Fails, Don’t Go Through His Phone, Dating Turn Ons & Girls’ Dinner Drama
In Entry 4, we’re taking you inside our diaries with no edits and no filters. You shared your diaries with us, and now we’re spilling through every Dearest question and submission. From “Would you ever snoop through your partner’s phone?” to “What’s the actual worst first date location?” (we’re obsessed with these—please don’t stop), nothing is off-limits.Somewhere in between the chaos, we spiral over dog-mom hypochondria, confess the dating turn-ons we’ll regret admitting, and relive the horrific Ikea date with Ikea Meatball Man. We debut our unfiltered thoughts on Taylor Swift and Travis (don’t come for us, Swifties—we swear we love her), drop the latest story in the Styling Chaos Chronicles, and swap the unhinged Notes-app drafts.Of course, there’s more—a little look into our conspiracy tangents we probably shouldn’t say out loud (because if Spencer Pratt taught us anything, chaos theory always wins), a fake Justin Bieber sighting, and the infamous $50 Erewhon cauliflower that somehow made it onto the mic. This entry feels like exactly what it is—two best friends sitting down, catching up, oversharing, and laughing way too hard at things we’ll probably regret saying tomorrow.Check Out Luti Clothing- Shop Here To My Dearest, Click To Send Your Anonymous QuestionDon’t forget to rate, like, comment, and subscribe to The Dry DiariesFOLLOW ON SOCIALSYoutube TikTok InstagramMy InstagramHave a question or topics you want us to dive into? Dr. Kay Durairaj: All Things Aesthetic and Keeping It Natural: Botox, Filler, PRP, and More
This week's entry is with someone I deeply admire — not just as a doctor, but as a businesswoman and total boss — Dr. Kay Durairaj. She’s the only person I trust with my face. More than an aesthetics expert, Dr. Kay is a double-boarded powerhouse: a head and neck surgeon and a facial plastic surgeon. Her surgical background means she doesn’t just know how to enhance your features naturally — she understands the anatomy, structure, and function behind every decision she makes. In this episode, Dr. Kay opens up about her path to medicine, what inspired her to enter the world of aesthetics, and how she built her thriving private practice in Pasadena, CA. We dive into everything from Botox and filler to non-invasive options like PRP, and when surgical procedures — like eyelid lifts — might actually be the better choice. She shares real advice on aging gracefully, starting preventative treatments, and choosing beauty that feels aligned with who you are, notwhat’s trending. This entry is a deep dive into her diary — the story of becoming one of the top doctors in the aesthetics industry. We love a boss woman, and Dr. Kay is exactly that. She opens up about what confidence really looks like, how she built her practice from the ground up, and why true beauty starts from within. If you’ve ever been curious, hesitant, or just wanted someone to break it all down honestly — this episode is for you.
