On this week's episode the girlies are doing an Uno Reverse as Kate would say instead of erking they are delighting. This episode is all about the things that bring Kim and Kate joy and happiness on the daily. Come on over to the DSWF as the girls will fill up your cup with something delightful.

On this weeks episode the girls are throwing it back to middle school, high school, AND college, they are discussing their fashion and makeup routines back in those days. Some of these stuck with them to this day and others were best left back in whatever era the girls started them in. So come on back to the DSWF while Kim and Kate throw it back.

This week's episode is perfect timing with summer time approaching quickly, because the girlies are discussing varying options for vacations. The two friends are very similar as you may know, but in this episode you will be able hear some of the ways that they differ when it comes to vacations. 

This week Kim and Kate are introducing a new and more wholesome segment they are calling Made it Moments. In this segment the girlies will share moments in their lives that meant a lot to them and where they felt like they 'made it'. In this segment no moment is too big or too small, just as long as the girls felt like they 'made it' in that moment. Enjoy!

Another week, another story time, but this time it's Kim's turn. Kim will take you through another roller coast of her vs. gravity, but this time gravity wins. Tune in to this week's episode where you will hear another story of Kim and her misfortunes. 

The girlies are so back baby! Kim and Kate took an impromptu hiatus because of some their busy schedules, all good things they promise! Now they are back and so ready to share more laughs and stories including this one. On this week's episode Kim and Kate dabble in different type of episode where they bring to the table the worst words, in their opinion. Let's just say there is quite a variety of words and this girls of course will give their reasons as to why they believe it should be considered DSWF's Worst Words. 

On this week's episode Kim and Kate go back to their late middle school days of shop class. For Kate she got along well with the shop instructor and as for Kim, well Kim was terrified of him. The tales that she was told by others shaped her feelings towards their shop instructor, but this episode is not about the instructor of shop class. No, this episode is about how Kim cut her finger off in shop class...okay maybe it isn't that dramatic of a story, but you'll have to listen to hear the whole story.

This week the girls are back with some more laws and perhaps some nahs to bring to the table. Kim and Kate bring an assortment of topics they believe should be in the DSWF Book of Law. Be sure to listen in on this episode and see if you agree with these two unofficial law makers. 

One this week's episode Kate is sharing a diarrhea inducing story about the time she went to Hawaii with her husband and a couple of their friends. The trip was all fun and games until it was time to travel home. Let's just say there is a right and a wrong way to travel and Kate's way is the correct way. You may want to have your Depends ready on this one friends because it is a doozy.

This week the girls are back on the erk train! This week's episode consists of traffic issues, gym faux pas, and even a cute wholesome erk, but still an erk no less! Come on over to the DSWF to hear all about Kim and Kate's latest erks, you won't want to miss it!

This week Kim and Kate are 'throwing it back' as Kate puts it their middles school dances known as 'Fun Night'. These dances were the precursor to prom for these two. Although it was a lot less formal, a lot less dancing, but just even more drama. Let's just say Kim and Kate have a blow up fight, Kim may have seen red that night. Tune in this week to hear about all the awkward moments that was Fun Night.

This week at the DSWF the girlies are introducing a new segment they are calling 'Re-watch & Rewind' where they watch one of their favorite movies they watched together at sleepovers. This week they are talking about She's The Man, which was one of their staple movies for sleepovers. They recap the movie and put in their own opinions about the movie and relive some of their favorite parts that had them cackling the entire movie. Come on down to the DSWF and bring you favorite beverage and maybe even some popcorn too for this movie recap.

Now that the holidays are officially over the girlies are recapping what they did over the holidays with their families and some of their traditions are during this time of year. Then they chitchat about what some of their goals/resolutions are for the year. This episode a little something different than what the besties are usually up to, but this episode will still get you hydrated! 

The girls are at it again! On this week's episode Kate presents the mysterious case of D.B. Cooper. Kate goes into detail of the airplane hijacking that occurs, but then also the theories of what happened to D.B. Cooper. Kim then give her take on what actually happened and by golly I think she cracked it! Come on down to the water fountain and don't forget to fill your cups on this one because it is an interesting episode.

On the first episode of 2026 Kim and Kate are pulling out a new segment they like to call 'Law or Nah'. In theses types of episodes one of the ladies will present something that they believe should be put into law or why and they other will either agree and make it law or say NAH! Together these two will solve all the problems of society when DSWF Law at a time...well so they think...

On this weeks episode Kim and Kate dive in to all things holiday when it comes to deciding between what they prefer to wear or give as gifts during this holiday season. You guessed it they are doing another this or that episode, but this time it is all about the holidays, just in time for the end of the year. This episode is the perfect way for these to gal pals to wrap up the year 2025 and continue into year 2026, so head on over to the hydration station for one last episode of 2025.  

This Kim and Kate are at it again. That's right they are erking! This week, they dive into the tiny everyday decisions that somehow feel enormous. Why do people keep empty ice cream boxes in the freezer like trophies of dairy long gone? What’s the psychology behind placing take out containers in a way that they spill all over in the plastic bag? And perhaps most controversially, what does it say about a person who refuses—flat‑out refuses—to commit on a yellow arrow when turning left? Tune into this weeks episode and maybe these questions will get answered.

This week on The DSWF Podcast Kim and Kate reminisce on the memorable moments of the Niobrara trips they have went on throughout the years. They start the first trip where it was a huge learning curve on the ins and outs of capping as a group, to the most recent trip they had this past summer. Whether you have been to the Niobrara, camping, or just on rowdy trips with your friends you'll enjoy the tales of these summer time adventures.

This week at the hydration station Kim recaps the time that her and her husband went overseas and almost didn't make it back to the US...well Kim at least almost didn't. She details all the hoops she had to jump through just to get on her first flight of the day. The worst part is there was nothing she could have done to make the outcomes different. You won't want to miss this diarrhea inducing episode, well at least that's how Kate put it. 

This weeks episode is another This or That, but this time we are talking food! We even cover a couple of 'hot topics' that may have you screaming "ABSOLUTELY NOT" while on your drive to or from work. We even go as far as ranking our favorite Mexican foods, but for each other. This week we keep it light, fun, and flavorful at this hydration station. 

On this weeks episode it is all about Kate and her picture perfect wedding. The views were straight out of a magazine, the food was amazing, the vibes were incredible, but the injury count...two. This wedding day was everything Kate and her new husband could have imagine and more even if there was a tent that could have ruined the day. Did the crisis get taken care of? Why don't you take a listen as Kim and Kate recap Kate's wedding and all that it entailed! Spoiler alert Kim cried so hard that day.

This week is all about the love that was witnessed on Kim's wedding day. On this episode Kim and Kate talk about the good, the bad, and the ugly that was Kim's wedding. Although the only ugly was someone who ended up blubbering like Kim K and even any bad was out weighed by all of the good that happened throughout the day. This week's episode is one of the bricks to Kim and Kate's friends and why they truly stayed friends for this long. This week on another episode of 'We Solve Absolutely Nothing' it's Kate's time to shine where she tell the intriguing story of The Somerton Man.
