    Works Council Elections: Meet some candidates!

    From June 6-13 ESG will vote for their new works council! These people will represent all the employees in meetings with the board of directors and stand up for you on matters about personnel, housing, communication, strategy, and financial issues. On this podcast four of the candidates introduce themselves and share what motivates them to come work on the council and help make ESG a great place to work!     Undesirable Behaviour

    In this special episode we discuss a topic affecting students and employees alike, yet remains under-discussed because of it's sensitive nature: Undesirable behaviour.     In this episode we interview two people working at ESG, one that’s been working here for more than 20 years, and one that just got hired during the COVID times. With Kees Hendriks we discuss his experiences through all the reorganisations and iterations of what is now called Wageningen Environmental Research, of course we talk about his work within ESG and experience with the works council and what motivates him. With Elina Kreuzberg we talk about getting hired during covid, her transition from being a student to an employee at the institute and also her general feelings about the current culture in her team.
