Pat McDonnell is filling in for Johnny again this week and talking about his favourite TV show.. This week we are without a Johnny! But luckily our good friend Pat was on hand  to join Paul and Karl and talk about his favourite Comedy, This is Spinal Tap. Episode 9: Our second part of our review of 2024 is TV shows. We talk about our favourite shows of 2024 and Johnny tells us about being friends with the writer of slow horses.  (Plus Karl outdoes Paul with Dad jokes)

We're back after the Christmas break and we decided to start of 2025 with a quick review of last years movies. We also find out Paul's crush, Johnnie's pet hate and the reason Karl might be the next James Bond!

For episode 7 we have chosen one of the all time greatest actors and directors, Clint Eastwood. We talk about Clint's career, all the iconic characters he played and whether the 70s had the best movies. We also have time to hear about the time Karl got paid less than a horse on a TV show and have a horse pun off!

At Karl's request, we discuss 2 of the greatest movies ever made....that just so happen to be gangster movies. It's the age old question, which is better? Goodfellas or The Godfather? do we need an answer? is De Niro the best actor ever?  All these questions may or may not be answered in this weeks episode

In episode 5 we compare 2 movies both written by the same guy and Directed by his friend... do the similarities end there? The Shawshank Redemption vs The Green Mile Paul goes into trivia overdrive, Johnny gets in touch with his feelings and Karl talks about his acting career
