In this episode Denise & Kristina tell some embarrassing stories. Kristina talks about when she moved and happened to live next-door to a movie star or so she thought.  From refusing to poop on a plane to maybe getting some on the sheets we tell it all.  One thing you will learn from this episode is if you have on a mini skirt check to make sure toilet paper isn't hanging out especially if you're walking  through the Polo Lounge.  Sit back, poor a drink, and laugh with us or better yet at us.

Remember when summer meant beach vacations, concerts, staying out past midnight, and a lot of drinking? Now it seems like everyone we know is scheduling knee replacements, back surgeries, colonoscopes, and trying all the latest treatments that promise to help us feel like ourselves again.  In this episode we're talking about the why does it feel like so many of us are dealing with aches, pains, and unexpected health challenges while still trying to live our best lives.  I will also share my personal stem cell journey and why I decided to do it.
