Mikey just completed his fourth marathon in two years, snagging a PR of 3:30 in Salisbury, Maryland. But it wasn't a perfect race. Unexpected heat, pacing off the wrong people, and late-race stomach knots made it a grind. In this episode, We break down the race, focusing on how a massive 800-calorie fueling strategy allowed Mikey to walk away feeling better than ever the next day. We also dive into the truth about multitasking your fitness goals, how to program your "off-season" to avoid losing power, and why taking four weeks completely off after a big race is a terrible idea for your strength. Finally, Mikey discusses a lingering hip issue and the mindset behind continuing to train through minor tweaks rather than shutting down completely. In This Episode, We Cover:Mikey's Marathon Recap: A breakdown of the Salisbury Marathon, dealing with an unexpected 70-degree heat wave, and why pacing off a stranger is a risky strategy .The Power of Fueling: Why taking in 50-60 grams of carbs per hour (almost 800 total calories) during the race saved Mikey's post-race recovery, despite some stomach knots .Post-Race Recovery Mistakes: Why taking weeks completely off after a big event destroys your strength and power, and how to safely maintain your fitness without overloading your system .Stop Multitasking Your Fitness: Why you can't effectively train for maximum strength, power, and a marathon all at the same time—and how to prioritize your training based on your current season .Running Through Pain vs. Stopping: Mikey discusses his current right hip issue and the clinical mindset behind pushing through minor tweaks as long as performance isn't hindering .Looking Ahead: Prepping for the Chicago Marathon in October and predicting Mikey's upcoming 5K race time .Connect with Us:If you enjoyed this episode, please leave us a review on your listening platform or subscribe to our YouTube channel!Disclaimer: Although we are healthcare providers, we are not YOUR healthcare provider. Are you crushing it at work and in your career, but constantly finding excuses for why your health and nutrition are falling behind? You aren't alone, and it might be time to stop "white-knuckling" your diet.In this episode, We are joined by Krysta Huber, a multifaceted coach who runs the nutrition brand The Fitness Fyx, the social media marketing agency The Spread, and hosts the No Such Thing podcast. Krysta breaks down why highly ambitious people struggle the most with health consistency, why we live in an "information rich but information poor" world, and why you need to earn the right to try extreme interventions like a 22-hour fast by mastering the basics first. The group also dives into the psychology of tracking small victories, how to stop identifying with your pain or excuses, and a hilarious debate on the elusive "runner's high."In This Episode, We Cover:The Pitfalls of DIY Nutrition: Why creating restrictive, vacuum-sealed diet plans fails when real-life stress hits, and why the "I'll just cut carbs" mentality is outdated.Information Rich, Information Poor: How social media and search algorithms feed us a tiny, curated slice of health information that keeps us stuck in a loop of trying complex solutions for simple problems.Clocking the Wins: A neuroscience-backed daily habit of writing down compliments and small victories to completely reframe your mindset and build confidence.Accountability for High Achievers: Why the standards you hold yourself to in your career should match the standards you hold for your physical health. The "Runner's High" Debate: Krysta questions if the runner's high is real, while the guys explain the psychology of asserting your dominance after a brutal Sunday long run.Resources Mentioned:Guest: Krysta Huber (The Fitness Fix, The Spread, No Such Thing podcast).Concepts: Cell autophagy vs. mastering basics, the Information Paradox, "Clocking the Wins."Connect with Us:If you enjoyed this episode, please leave us a review on your listening platform or subscribe to our YouTube channel!Disclaimer: Although we are healthcare providers, we are not YOUR healthcare provider. Episode 65: Radical Accountability: Why Your Rehab Outcomes Are Your Responsibility

Have you ever had a patient fall off their rehab plan and thought, "Well, they just didn't do the work"? In this episode, Mike and Michael challenge that mindset. They dive deep into the concept of "Radical Accountability," explaining why a patient's failure to follow through is ultimately the clinician's failure to communicate and set clear expectations.Mike reflects on his four years of running a solo practice, discussing how his business mindset has evolved from blindly following advice to trusting his gut. The guys also break down the myth of the "6-8 week plan of care" pushed by traditional insurance models, and share a story about a retired golfer who was overcomplicating his routine with "neurological resets" when all he really needed was basic strength and plyometrics to get back on the course. In This Episode, We Cover:Business Mindset: Mike shares his journey of learning to filter out business advice that feels "gross" and building a practice that aligns with his ethics.Radical Accountability: Why you have to look at a patient's lack of consistency as a communication breakdown on your end.Vetting Clients: Why turning away people who aren't a good fit is crucial for your sanity and their success. The 6-Week Trap: Why traditional clinics prescribe 6-8 weeks of care (hint: it's what insurance covers, not what your body needs) and why true tendon healing takes 6-12 months.Overcomplicating Rehab: The story of a golfer doing complex "mobility" work when he really just needed to jump around and build basic strength to walk 18 holes.Resources Mentioned:Concepts: Radical Accountability, Tendon Healing Timelines, Play/Plyometrics for Aging Athletes.Connect with Us: If you enjoyed this episode, please leave us a review on your listening platform or subscribe to our YouTube channel!Disclaimer: Although we are healthcare providers, we are not YOUR healthcare provider. Episode 64: The "Mom Test" & Why You Are Overcomplicating Your Running (with Dr. Abu)

Are you overcomplicating your training and rehab? Whether it is stressing over your exact heart rate during a run or trying to jump straight into advanced plyometrics before you can comfortably walk, skipping the basics is the fastest way to stay injured. In this episode, We sit down with Dr. Abu, a chiropractor and coach at Evo Health and Performance in New Jersey. Abu shares his journey from being a 19-year-old fitness coach to a clinician who prioritizes simple, effective communication over complex medical jargon.   The guys dive into the weeds on endurance training, discussing why the obsession with "Zone 2 optimization" might actually be holding you back, how to use Rate of Perceived Exertion (RPE) to auto-regulate your workouts, and why the best healthcare providers are just "Robin" to the patient's "Batman" .   In This Episode, We Cover:The "Mom Test": How Abu ensures his patients actually understand their rehab plans (if you can't explain it to your mom in one sentence, it's too complicated) .   The Problem with Zone 2 Optimization: Why recreational runners need to stop obsessing over their heart rate monitors and just focus on volume and consistency .   RPE vs. Smart Watches: How ditching the watch and training by feel (Rate of Perceived Exertion) builds better auto-regulation skills for race day .   Don't Skip the Basics: Why chronic pain is often the result of clinicians and patients skipping foundational steps to chase complex, "sexy" exercises .   The Batman and Robin Analogy: Why the patient is the hero of the story, and the clinician is just there to hand them the right tools .   Resources Mentioned:Guest: Dr. Abu Guerges, DC (Evo Health and Performance - Freehold, NJ).   Concepts: Rate of Perceived Exertion (RPE), Zone 2 Training, Auto-regulation.Connect with Us: If you enjoyed this episode, please leave us a review on your listening platform or subscribe to our YouTube channel!Disclaimer: Although we are healthcare providers, we are not YOUR healthcare provider. Episode 63: From Figure Skating to Physical Therapy: Myth-Busting Pain & Performance

Have you ever received conflicting advice from your surgeon and your physical therapist? Who do you listen to when one says you are ready to run, and the other says you aren't?In this episode of The GFY Podcast, we are joined by Kathleen Criss, a physical therapist and fellow University of Delaware Athletic Training alum. Kathleen shares her unique journey from being a competitive figure skater for 18 years to treating complex outpatient cases in a hospital system.   The group dives deep into the systemic communication gaps in healthcare. Kathleen breaks down her "Two-Parent" analogy for post-op recovery, explains why your pain might not actually be coming from that disc bulge on your MRI, and discusses how the international world of figure skating prepared her to connect with patients from all walks of life.   In This Episode, We Cover:Figure Skating & Backflips: A dive into the recent controversies of acrobatic moves in figure skating, including Ilia Malinin's legal backflip and the trailblazing history of Surya Bonaly.   The "Two-Parent" Analogy: Why your surgeon and your PT have different perspectives. The surgeon looks at tissue healing, while the PT evaluates your functional performance—and why both "parents" need to agree before you return to sport.   Systemic Healthcare Gaps: Why it's not the physician's fault that they only have 15 minutes to spend with you, and how rehab professionals fill that vital educational gap.   Myth-Busting MRI Results: Why having a disc bulge doesn't automatically mean it's the source of your pain, and how to de-escalate the stress of scary imaging results.   The Placebo of Surgery: Michael shares a mind-blowing study on "sham surgeries" for back fractures that yielded the exact same results as actual surgical interventions.   Resources Mentioned:Guest: Kathleen Chris, PT, DPT, ATC.Concepts: Tissue Healing vs. Performance Readiness; Multifactorial Pain.   Connect with Us:If you enjoyed this episode, please leave us a review on your listening platform or subscribe to our YouTube channel!   Disclaimer: Although we are healthcare providers, we are not YOUR healthcare provider. Episode 62: Why Personalized Care is the Only Way to Fix Your Pain with Paul Caron

Have you ever walked into a chiropractic office, laid face down, gotten cracked, and been ushered out in under five minutes without ever seeing the doctor’s face? That is the "factory model" of healthcare, and it is exactly what Dr. Paul Caron left behind. In this episode, We sit down with Dr. Paul Caron, a rehab chiropractor and founder of The Art of Movement in Atlanta. Paul shares his journey from adjusting 72 patients a day at to building a practice where he spends an hour one-on-one with clients who actually want to get better. This episode isn't just about back pain; it's about mindset. Paul explains why he filters out the "Eeyores" (negative clients), why "manifestation" is really just believing in your work for four years straight, and why you need to be intentional, consistent, and curious if you want to fix yourself. In This Episode, We Cover:The "Factory" vs. The Art: Paul’s transition from a high-volume chiropractic chain to a specialized, movement-based practice. The "Eeyore" Factor: Why mindset matters in rehab, and why Paul turns away clients who aren't ready to take ownership of their health.Manifestation is Action: Why "manifesting" isn't magic, it's doing the work consistently for years (like Olympic skier Breezy Johnson).Rehab Chiropractic: Why Paul only adjusts 5-10% of his patients and focuses the rest on soft tissue, movement, and exercise. The "Flying Seven": The dangers of the generic "crack-and-go" model and why it rarely leads to long-term relief.AOM Live: Paul’s new virtual community for people who have nagging pain but aren't "bad enough" for a full rehab plan.Connect with Us: If you enjoyed this episode, please leave us a review! Episode 61: From Residency to Solo Practice: The Blueprint for Modern Sports PT with Joey Scambia

You graduated, passed your boards, and landed a job—only to realize the "standard of care" often involves heat packs, ultrasounds, and a printed sheet of exercises. Is there a better way?In this episode, Mike and Michael sit down with Joey Scambia, a Board Certified Sports Clinical Specialist who went from a residency at Johns Hopkins to treating elite athletes at IMG Academy, and finally, to launching his own performance-based solo practice in New Jersey. If you are a student or new grad feeling stuck in the "insurance mill" mindset, this episode proves that a higher standard of care is possible. Joey breaks down how to collaborate with strength coaches, why rehab should feel like a workout, and how to build a hybrid model that keeps patients accountable even on their off days.In This Episode, We Cover:The High Performance Model: What Joey learned working under one roof with PTs, ATs, strength coaches, and nutritionists—and why "siloed" healthcare harms the patient.Solo Practice in a Gym: How Joey integrates directly with personal trainers to fill the gaps in his clients' programming.Rehab = Training: Why "passive" modalities (hot packs, stim) fail athletes, and why your patient should be sweating by the end of the session. The Hybrid Advantage: How using a training app for remote accountability stops patients from "ghosting" you on their homework.Athletic Low Back Pain: Joey shares his own frustrating experience as a D1 baseball player that led him to develop a course and mentorship program for other clinicians.Advocate vs. Adversary: How to get athletes to trust you with their injuries instead of hiding them to protect their playing time.Resources Mentioned:Guest: Joey Scambia, PT, DPT, SCS, CSCS.Concept: Multidisciplinary Care vs. Siloed Care.Joey's Course: Athletic Low Back Pain & Clinical Mentorship.Connect with Us: Are you a student looking for mentorship? Episode 60: Generalist vs. Specialist: Why You Can’t Fix Everyone (And Shouldn't Try)

You graduated, you passed your boards, and you are ready to save the world. But what happens when a patient walks in with a problem that you technically learned about in school, but have no idea how to handle in reality? In this episode, We pivot the conversation to focus on the next generation of healthcare providers. They discuss the trap that every new grad falls into: The pressure to be a "Jack of All Trades". From Mikey’s "rookie mistake" trying to rehab a complex ACL without surgery, to knowing when to refer a neuro patient out, this episode is about the power of saying "I don't know."If you are a student or a young clinician, this episode will help you understand why "staying in your lane" isn't a limitation, it's your biggest asset for building trust. In This Episode, We Cover:The "New Grad" Trap: Why young clinicians feel the need to treat everything to prove their worth, and why that backfires.A Hard Lesson in ACL Rehab: Michael shares a story from his first year of practice where he tried to rehab an ACL conservatively, only to have the athlete buckle under contact. The lesson? Set realistic expectations early.Surgery Exists for a Reason: Why being "anti-surgery" or "anti-manual therapy" is a mistake. Sometimes, the scalpel is the best tool for the job. Generalist vs. Specialist: The difference between going "wide and shallow" (helping everyone a little bit) vs. "narrow and deep" (solving specific problems for specific people). The Power of Referring Out: Why sending a patient to a specialist doesn't lose you a client, it gains you respect and trust.Scope Creep: Why having a Master's in Nutrition doesn't mean you should be treating a Type 2 Diabetic's diet plan.Resources Mentioned:Connect with Us: Are you a student or new grad struggling with "Imposter Syndrome"? Episode 59: The "Gap" in Rehab. Bridging the Space Between Pain-Free and Performance

Have you ever been discharged from physical therapy because you were "out of pain," only to get hurt again the moment you tried to run, lift, or play your sport? You are not alone. In this episode, We discuss the massive gap between "clinical discharge" and actual "performance." They break down why insurance companies often cut off care once you can do basic daily activities, leaving athletes stranded without a bridge to return to sport. From the "Hammer Analogy" to the myth that time heals all wounds, this episode is a guide on how to navigate the final and most important stage of rehab. In This Episode, We Cover:The Insurance Trap: Why most providers discharge you once you can walk or sit without pain, and why that sets active people up for failure.Clinic vs. Client Focused Care: The difference between treating a diagnosis and actually solving the patient's specific performance goals. The "Hammer" Analogy: Why you don't need to stop moving completely; you just need to stop "hitting your hand with a hammer" (aggravating activities). Why Time Doesn't Heal: Why taking a month off to "rest" often leads to deconditioning and bad habits rather than a cure.Movement Prep: Why your warm-up shouldn't just be about getting sweaty, but about "rewiring the brain" for the activity you are about to do.The 4/10 Rule: How to interpret pain signals and why waiting for "zero pain" might keep you sidelined forever.Disclaimer: Although we are healthcare providers, we are not YOUR healthcare provider. Episode 58: SPECIAL EPISODE. Health Economics & How to Prove Your Value as an Athletic Trainer

This is a special episode directed specifically at Athletic Trainers and Health Professionals. This is a presentation that Mikey Stant gave 1/24/26 at the DC/Maryland Athletic Trainer's Association annual symposium. We highly recommend watching this on youtube as opposed to listening."We know you do a good job, but can you prove it financially?" In a post-COVID healthcare landscape, implicit value isn't enough. You need data to justify your salary, your budget, and your staffing. In this special episode, Mikey shares his recent presentation at the MATA/DCATA Joint Conference titled "Health Economics and Athletic Training: How to Demonstrate Your Value". He moves beyond the clinical side of the job and dives into the business side, breaking down how to use Health Economics to put a dollar sign on the services you provide.Whether you are in a high school, industrial, or clinical setting, this presentation gives you the framework to calculate your own Return on Investment (ROI) and show stakeholders exactly what you are worth. In This Episode, We Cover:The "Three Buckets" of Value: How ATs save money through Injury Management, ED Avoidance, and Injury Prevention. The ER Avoidance Factor: Why sending a non-urgent ACL to the ER costs $4,500 more, and how ATs prevent this waste. The Workflow: A step-by-step guide to using free tools (Google Forms & Sheets) to track your encounters and calculate value.Real World Numbers: Michael breaks down his own data from Baltimore City, showing how he delivered a $3.43 return for every $1 invested in his position.Navigating Reimbursement: A look at the current literature on billing in secondary schools, military, and industrial settings.Support the showSupport the Show: If you enjoyed this episode, please leave us a 5-star review and subscribe on YouTube! Episode 57: Why "Getting Stronger" is a Lazy Answer for Your Pain

Just strengthen your quads and hamstrings." If you have ever gone to an ortho or PT for knee pain, you have probably heard this advice. But does it actually make sense? In this episode, We discuss why "getting stronger" is often a lazy and ineffective strategy for resolving pain. Inspired by a recent editorial by Jared Powell titled "It is not all about strength," the hosts break down why pain is rarely about muscle size and almost always about position. They explore the difference between "Hardware" (structural damage) and "Software" (movement patterns), why MRI findings are often misleading, and why surgery should be the last resort—not the first option. Whether you are a college athlete or an "industrial athlete," this episode will challenge the way you think about rehab. In This Episode, We Cover:The Strength Myth: Why "get stronger" fails active people who are already squatting heavy but still have pain.Position Over Power: Why pain relief often comes from changing how you move, not how much you lift.Hardware vs. Software: Why you can fix a "Hardware" problem (surgery) but still have pain if you don't fix the "Software" (movement patterns). The "Industrial Athlete": Why factory workers and tradesmen need to view their bodies like elite athletes to avoid injury.Surgery Reality Check: Why getting surgery doesn't guarantee a fix, and why you should exhaust your conservative options first.Return to Sport: Why athletes often "cram" for preseason and end up injured, and the realistic timelines for tissue healing.Resources Mentioned:Editorial: "It is not all about strength: Rethinking mechanistic assumptions in exercise-based rehabilitation for musculoskeletal pain relief" by Jared Powell.Concepts: Hardware vs. Software in Injury Rehab.Connect with Us: If you enjoyed this episode, please leave us a review on your listening platform or subscribe to our YouTube channel!Disclaimer: Although we are healthcare providers, we are not YOUR healthcare provider. Episode 56: Stop Resting, Start Recovering: The Science of HRV and Loading

We are fast approaching "National Quitters Day." Research shows that by January 9th, most people will have abandoned their New Year's resolutions. Why? Because the "grindset" of waking up at 5:00 AM, cutting carbs, and crushing yourself in the gym is unsustainable without one key component: Recovery. In this episode, We break down what recovery actually means. They discuss why "resting" doesn't fix tendon pain, why you need to track your Heart Rate Variability (HRV), and the difference between a "Hardware" injury and a "Software" problem. If you want to make it past January, this episode is your blueprint. In This Episode, We Cover:National Quitters Day: Why the "all or nothing" approach in January leads to burnout in less than three weeks. What Gets Measured Gets Managed: Why you need to track data (like HRV and sleep) rather than just guessing how you feel.HRV 101: What Heart Rate Variability is, and why a "chaotic" heartbeat is actually a sign of good health. The Tendon Trap: Why resting a tendon injury (like patellar tendinitis) often makes it worse, and why "loading" is the real cure.Hardware vs. Software: Why your brain (the software) needs months of rehab even after the bone or ligament (the hardware) has healed. The Math of Recovery: Simple formulas for hydration (ounces per minute of exercise) and protein intake (grams per pound of body weight).Connect with Us: If you enjoyed this episode, please leave us a review on your listening platform or subscribe to our YouTube channel!Disclaimer: Although we are healthcare providers, we are not YOUR healthcare provider.      Back pain is the one of the largest burdens on the healthcare system. It is complex, frustrating, and often misunderstood. But does fixing it require expensive surgery or endless adjustments? Often, the answer is no.In this episode, we break down 6 Simple Ways to address back pain. We move beyond the traditional "structural" view and explore the Biopsychosocial Model—looking at how your movement, your social life, and even your self-talk influence your pain levels. From finding the "root cause" (hint: it’s usually not your back) to understanding why "Motion is Lotion," this episode provides a checklist to help you take control of your recovery. In This Episode, We Cover:Motion is Lotion: Why being sedentary makes pain worse and how to find an "entry point" for movement that doesn't hurt (like breathing exercises or glute squeezes). The Biopsychosocial Model: Why you need to treat the "Psycho" (mental) and "Social" (connection) aspects of pain, not just the "Bio" (physical).Nutrition & Inflammation: Why it’s not just about "losing 20 lbs," but tracking how alcohol and sugar affect your inflammation levels.Finding the Root Cause: The 3 Big Buckets of back pain: Hip Asymmetry, Spinal Flexibility, and Core Stability. The "I'm Broken" Trap: How negative self-talk creates a fear-avoidance cycle that keeps you in pain.Education vs. Exercise: Why knowing why you are doing an exercise is just as important as the exercise itself.Connect with Us: If you enjoyed this episode, please leave us a review on your listening platform or subscribe to our YouTube channel!Disclaimer: Although we are healthcare providers, we are not YOUR healthcare provider. Episode 53: Stop Guessing with Your Health Part 2-The Final 7 Signs of Quality Care

We are back with Part 2 of our deep dive into the signs of high-quality healthcare. If Part 1 was about setting the foundation (patient-centered care and red flags), Part 2 is about the process. In this episode, We cover the final 7 points from the British Journal of Sports Medicine review. They explain why a 5-minute exam is a major red flag, why "feeling good" isn't a good enough measure of progress, and why blanket statements like "don't ever run again" are often just doctors covering their own assets. In This Episode, We Cover:The "McDonald's vs. Steakhouse" Exam: Why a proper physical exam takes 30+ minutes, not 5.Outcome Measures: Why your provider should be tracking objective data (strength, range of motion, etc), not just asking "how does it feel?"Education vs. Dependence: Why a good provider teaches you to "fish" so you don't need them forever. The "Hardware vs. Software" Problem: Why surgery fixes the part, but rehab fixes the programming—and why skipping the latter leads to re-injury.Manual Therapy Myths: Why massage and adjustments are just a "window of opportunity" to do the real work. The "Don't Do That" Fallacy: A story about a client told never to bend down again, and why avoiding movement is often worse than the injury itself.Disclaimer: Although we are healthcare providers, we are not YOUR healthcare provider. If you aren't in the military or an avid hiker, you might not be familiar with Rucking. But recently, this simple exercise—walking with a weighted pack—has been gaining attention from longevity experts like Dr. Peter Attia as a potential "super exercise".In this solo Saturday episode, I dive into the research to explain why rucking is such a powerful tool for increasing VO2 max and building strength simultaneously. We cover the safety guidelines to protect your back, how to program your first 4 weeks, and why I love this tool for athletes bridging the gap between walking and running after an injury. In This Episode, We Cover:What is Rucking? Defining the movement and why it pushes you into the "Zone 2" cardio sweet spot. The Safety Rules: A review of the Genitrini et al. study on load distribution—why you need a hip belt and why you shouldn't exceed 40% of your body weight. The 10% Rule: Where to start if you are a beginner (Hint: Start with just 10% of your body weight).Programming 101: Why you should only change one variable at a time (Duration, Weight, or Speed) to avoid injury.Rehab Applications: How to use rucking to rehab ACL injuries when you aren't cleared to run yet.Gear Check: Why you should probably ditch the running shoes for hiking shoes.Resources Mentioned:Impact of Backpacks on Ergonomics: Biomechanical and Physiological Effects: A Narrative ReviewGoRuck: Beginner recommendations and standards.Connect with Us: If you enjoyed this episode, please leave us a review on your listening platform or subscribe to our YouTube channel!Disclaimer: Although we are healthcare providers, we are not YOUR healthcare provider. Episode 51: Stop Guessing with Your Health: 4 Signs of High-Quality Care

Have you ever walked into a doctor's office, spent five minutes with a provider, and walked out with a prescription but no real plan? In this episode, Mike and Michael break down exactly what you should look for when choosing a healthcare provider—and how to spot the bad ones.Basing their discussion on a review from the British Journal of Sports Medicine, the hosts outline the first four pillars of high-quality musculoskeletal care. They discuss why "patient-centered care" is more than just a buzzword, how to identify red flags, and why getting an MRI might actually cause more confusion than clarity. In This Episode, We Cover:The "BS Detector": How to tell if a clinician is actually listening to you or just following a generic protocol.Patient-Centered Care: Why your goals should dictate the treatment plan, not the doctor's bottom line.Red Flags: How providers should screen for serious issues (like fractures or infections) and when they need to refer you out.The Psychosocial Factor: Why your stress levels, history, and fear of pain matter just as much as the physical injury. The MRI Myth: Why radiological imaging is often discouraged for general pain and how it can lead to unnecessary surgeries. Mike explains why "just seeing what's going on" isn't always the best approach.Resources Mentioned:Lin I, Wiles L, Waller R, Goucke R, Nagree Y, Gibberd M, Straker L, Maher CG, O'Sullivan PPB. Join us as we unravel the complex truth behind stretching, debunking myths and shining light on its real role in pain relief, flexibility, and injury prevention. We dissect the body's response to being stretched and how an increase in tolerance might be misconstrued as enhanced mobility.
