Sellers and Milligan basically gang-up on their simple-minded victim, Neddy Seagoon, each week, in a surreal series which obeys no rules and freely subverts all logic in order to get laughs. A zany series, based on crazyness. Funny voices and off-the-wall sound effects punctuate a plot which has little or no logic, is intentionally unreal, and is interspersed with crazy character-based comedy and crazy puns.
