    From Integration to Integrity

Hi Everyone!I know it's been a while since I posted here, but I'm back. Our frequencies might go to once a month for a while, but I'll be posting! :DThe episode today brings a little bit about integration and integrity. Two huge topics that have so much to talk about for sure, so consider this an initial on the theme, because both are essential to healing.

What about more cooperation and less competition?

Happy February!Happy to be here with one more episode.Today, the topic is Cooperation vs competition and the impact of this on healing, especially in collective healing. We are not here alone. We need more balance, we need more cooperation and less competition.A further reflection to bring the idea also written:Competition and the infinite search for status are so strong in society that they are the main reasons for wars. We still need "feminine" and "masculine" (or yin and yang) working in balance, and healing is the integration of both, not exclusion. But for now, as a collective, why don't we compete more with our old selves, with the parts of ourselves that we want to overcome and grow out of?And let's cooperate more with one another!I love and appreciate you.Rayssa.A few papers on the theme for those who want to go deeper:Katz, L., Finestone, L., & Paskevich, D. Trust!

Hi beautiful souls!Happy to finally be back after a turbulent end/beginning of the year.Today, I wanted to bring up the episode where I talked a bit about trust (also directly correlated to faith), which is a topic that has been talking to me strongly lately.I intend to delve a bit into it, so keep posted.Thank you for being in this beautiful healing journey with me, and remember, all things work together for your own good, and when you start truly trusting, you see it clearly more and more every day.So trust is a crucial part of healing, since we need to trust our feelings and where they are guiding us to gain perspective (go away from the elephant), to see that our feelings are guiding us, and we are not supposed to be dominated by them, but just feel them and have faith they are here to show us something about us.Yeah, it seems like an episode about feelings is coming up! hahaHave a GREAT 2026, year of the horse in the Chinese calendar.Love,Rayssa

    Alignment!

Hi again! It's been two weeks since the first episode, and here I am again :)I felt inspired to share a bit about alignment and how it has been important in my healing journey. In this episode, I mention briefly the Abraham Hicks, which you can search up if you have never heard about them, which I totally recommend. Introd - Welcome!

Hi everyone. Welcome to "The grass is greener on the other side... of healing" podcast! My name is Rayssa, from Brazil, living in Canada. I am a 31-year-old research student (neuroscience and epigenetics are my main fields). I have been on a healing and conscious journey since 2020. After five years of processing, learning, and sharing with people close to me, I decided to share with more people, because I believe that the last stage of healing is communication, is experience, and to others, take their hand and show the way. In the same way many others showed me the way, there may be someone out there who wants to listen to the message the way I am putting it out there. It isn't that easy being here, but finally here I am. I have planned episodes and people to come talk to me here, and will try to be as raw as possible and post regularly, so please, share anything you want to listen to me talking about. In this episode, I quickly mention Carl Jung, a Swiss psychiatrist who revolutionized psychotherapy, so if you wanna know a little more about him, I highly recommend you to go for it!Never forget how loved and appreciated you are!Love,Rayssa.
