Spring Into Action
In this episode, I illuminate a situation that some would deem shameful and embarrassing. I had to channel my Inner Hero to gather the courage to gracefully regain my safety.

Inner Hero
We are redefining what it means to be a hero. It's not about capes or comic book tropes; it's about the silent version of you that steps in to protect your inner child. I'm diving deep into the heroes that shaped my own perspective--from the elemental power of Storm and Wiccan to the psionic strength of the Invisible Woman. I discuss why I felt a gap in the superhero landscape and how that led me to create Prism--my own character built on light refraction, unbreakable shields, and the power of strong discernment.

Soft Love
Is it easier to build a new version of yourself from scratch, or do you have to burn the old map before the new one even makes sense? In this late night session, I'm pulling back the curtain on a massive shift in my rhythm. After years of being raised on "Tough Love" and the relentless grind of the warehouse, I realized that the hardest thing to do isn't to work more- it's to be kind to yourself. In this episode we dive into why we need to stop sending anonymous insults to our own souls. Why protecting your peace (and blocking the critics of the world) is the ultimate act of self-heroism. How a fresh haircut and a new sleep schedule are more than just habits-they're a manifesto. Why being your own hero starts with being your own best friend. Whether you're working a night shift or just trying to find your own way home, it's time to stop following the map everyone else gave you and start drawing your own.Welcome to the era of Soft Love.

Giddy-Up to Clarity
An episode about the moment momentum finally returns-not as chaos, but as direction. It explores the shift from emotional hesitation to grounded movement, where excitement no longer overrides discernment. This episode reflects on how clarity does not always arrive quietly; sometimes it gallops in, asking us to trust our inner compass while staying rooted in integrity.Through self-reflection, emotional regulation, and intentional pacing, this episode highlights the balance between enthusiasm and self-respect, honoring both desire and boundaries. It's about moving forward without abandoning yourself, letting confidence and calm coexist, and choosing alignment over urgency.

Unjust Staycation
When we cannot afford a vacation, we get the next best thing: a Staycation! In my own humble words, I would describe it as a vacation at home. In this episode, I actually have time to stay home and binge watch a certain show that I am completely obsessed and cannot wait to finish it because there is a new season coming! I did not get to it in this episode that I wanted to shed some light on the fact that sometimes we do need to take a break, take a minute, and relax. Which is why I am obsessed with this show! I will mention I am talking about The White Lotus. I also did want to mention that watching the show also makes me wonder what it would be like to actually have the money to stay in that hotel, well one day maybe. Also I would like some recommendations on shows to check out if you have any suggestions.

Pride or Proud Rice?
There is no wrong answer here. It is merely a question that is not life and death obviously, however on a not so serious note, if it was an actual menu item in a restaurant, what would you choose? I give my answer and more in this episode. If you are reading this before listening, I mentioned Guam having a woman for a governor interesting, maybe even progressive in some way only because she's the first to run and first to win. I do not believe I mention that when I did mention the governor. I just want to say that we do not have to become like the people that came before us, we can define ourselves however we want to be or not even put a label on it, it is the freedom of choice, something that was not always present. We just need to remember that and carry it on while we are alive. We should take pride and be proud of being better human beings every day by educating ourselves to be more open minded and more loving.

Grateful Villiany
Is being a villain a matter of perception? What makes a villain? I think Wicked, both movies show a great example of what are the answers to those questions. I just simply would like to discuss what it means in my most humble opinion. Also the link to the TikTok mentioned in today’s episode https://www.tiktok.com/@culturayclarity?_r=1&_t=ZT-91j4ZIcFkC6 Happy Turkey 🦃 Day Everyone!

The Spirit of Continuity
Spirit: the nonphysical part of a person which is the seat of emotions and character; the soul.In this episode, I describe what spirit means to me and how it is carried throughout our lives. To put it in perspective, I share some personal stories that everyone could potentially relate to in one way or another.

My Best Enemy
Does competition bring out the worst or the best in you? What about others? It shouldn't bring out anything too bad at least. Competition can be great at motivating us but also breaking us down. We can choose which of those are the best options for us. I do my best to think that it's more motivating than spirit breaking, because it shouldn't be that way. Sometimes things can work out for the better in the end of said competition, which is all one could hope for.

Let Me Vie
Ever feel like you need to reflect sometimes? I know I do, a lot. Life and people can nudge you in many different directions, at least that's how I've always felt. The different directions can mean in a positive way and negative way. While in my reflection period, I listened to the Let Them Theory audiobook and touch on Doja Cat's album. I didn't get to mention this in the episode, but I would like to mention that both the book and the album really helped in my reflection period. The book helped open my eyes and heart. The album brought joy and awakened a love for living life.

Welcome to a sort of continuation of the previous episode. This time we talk a little more about recognizing and analyzing the complications of both versions of patience in our daily lives.

Patience/Impatience
Patience is a virtue, or so they say. I like to think that I can be patient for the most part, then again, I cannot contain my excitement at the same time but also I hate waiting sometimes 😅. I wonder if you get that way too, pls say yes so I'm not the only weird one here.

F.E.A.R
Fuck Everything and Run? or Face Everything and Rise? hmmFears are something we all have, and I share some insights to some of the things that freak me out, at least the ones that I currently have. By the way, the tune that was hummed was from Nightmare on Elm Street, silly me forgot to mention that.

Main Character Energy
So I noticed or remembered I guess that I didn’t put any thoughts when I asked my sisters and I think Brandy too, about AI. Well, in truth, I am a little scared that AI is advancing, however it’s IMO not life threatening. Am I waiting for that? No way but yea I brought up AI because the artwork I used for this episode was generated by AI. I don’t remember the exact prompt I used, but I thought it looked nice. Well my whole point is I like AI art. There are so many variations of it and it can be really interesting, intriguing, even spooky like Halloween spooky if you’re into that. There’s channels like https://youtube.com/@feartubede?si=Ago-viILeseAv7xK if you wanna check it out. Again, thank you for hanging out and hope you’re doing well and if not well it’s okay too, however you’re feeling.

Third Time’s the Charm?

(2) Fishes Out of Water
Let’s try something different 😆, btw don’t come at me I know I said 23 but it’s supposed to be 33, Expedition 33! 🤦♀️ You had one job bro!🤭. Look at this weirdo talking to himself. I do recommend looking up the trailer at least on YouTube. It’s a very pretty game. Anyways thank you again if you’re tuned in. The intro music in the beginning was something I was playing with on GarageBand, not bad if I do say so myself huh? It was pretty cool playing with it. If I were to show on camera I’d have a hard time explaining it since I was just pressing anything 😅 I did have fun tho not gonna lie. Not sure if I’m gonna edit it more or if it sounds good as is. I’ll probably do some edits before each episode we shall see. I do apologize if sound quality is poor, I do want this podcast to sound as authentic as I possibly can, things should improve later down the line. I am wondering if the title of this episode makes sense, there are multiple meanings to it but I do wonder if someone will think similarly, curious. Btw I hope you are having an awesome day or night depending on when you’re listening.

Hi everyone and welcome to The Gray, a place where I can truly be me, I guess in a sense the middle of like life and death, or dark and light, lots of things you could probably else think of rn instead of me listing them here 😅. Anyways, I’ve always had this project on my mind just never took the chance to even try it. Well, here it goes huh? Okay, yea here’s a snippet of what to expect coming up in this safe space. Hope you are all having a great day and thank you for tuning in. 🙏
