Episode 6 - Broken Open: What Trauma Doesn't Get to Keep with Kayla Martinez, MS, LPC

As a therapist, Kayla creates space for people to feel seen, heard, and understood. Her work goes far beyond coping skills and diagnoses. It's about helping people reconnect with themselves, process their experiences, and remember that healing is possible. What makes this episode especially meaningful to me is that while we recorded it, I was running on no sleep and on the the struggle bus! Without intention or expectation, Kayla cracked me wide open and brought forward a vulnerable story I've wanted to share for a very long time. Every connection happens for a reason. I knew I was drawn to Kayla, but I wasn't expecting to experience a little more of my own healing in the process. It's a reminder to connect with people because you never know what they may unlock within you. This conversation felt like a physical manifestation of one of the books that first set me on my path at thirteen, Broken Open by Elizabeth Lesser. It reminded me that healing doesn't always happen through grand moments. Sometimes it happens in a conversation, through being witnessed, or in the presence of someone who knows how to hold space. Today we're talking about trauma, healing, vulnerability, motherhood, mental health, compassion, personal growth, and what it really means to hold space for yourself and others.Support the Podcast: https://donate.stripe.com/fZu14n5lF8k95xx5ODfw403 Join the Newsletter: http://hopewellnesscollective.com/Reserve a Genetic Interpretation Session, Medical Astrology Reading or Both: http://hopewellnesscollective.com/3-founding-cohorts-1 Follow on IG: https://www.instagram.com/hopewellnesscollective/ https://www.instagram.com/h.o.p.e._essentials/

Episode 4 - Health, Faith, and the Life You Build with Daisy Martinez, RN, Owner of Vida IV Therapy

Today’s guest is Daisy, a woman who beautifully demonstrates that health isn’t just about what happens in the gym or at the doctor’s office but instead it’s about how we live our lives day to day. As the founder of Vida IV Therapy, she helps people access wellness in practical ways through mobile IV therapy, vitamin support, and aesthetic services. But beyond that, she’s a woman of faith, a runner, a mother, a grandmother, and someone who believes deeply in showing up for others. I’ve always admired the way she balances ambition with kindness, discipline with grace, and success with service. Today we’re talking about health, faith, entrepreneurship, family, aging well, building resilience, and what it really means to thrive. Support the Podcast: https://donate.stripe.com/fZu14n5lF8k95xx5ODfw403 Join the Newsletter: http://hopewellnesscollective.com/Reserve a Genetic Interpretation Session, Medical Astrology Reading or Both: http://hopewellnesscollective.com/3-founding-cohorts-1 Follow on IG: https://www.instagram.com/hopewellnesscollective/ https://www.instagram.com/h.o.p.e._essentials/
