I have been working out since I was a boy and over the years my knowledge of training has developed. Now I am in my 50's I am interested in training for longevity. I want to be able to remain fit and strong relevant to my age for as long as I can.Fitness and health is something I take seriously and as a Level 4 strength and conditioning coach and general training fanatic I have a lot of real world sense to share.
