I'm David Hawkins. I'm from Chicago, and this show is for anybody trying to build something out of where they started. The Hawkins Perspective is real conversations. Entrepreneurship, credit and money, prison reform, second chances, parenting, travel, and the things people go through but never talk about honestly. Some episodes are strictly business. Some are somebody's whole life story. The topic moves. The mission don't. I ain't teaching this from the top of no mountain. I still work a full time job while I build this, so whatever we get into, I'm in it with you. The whole thing runs on three words. Dig for what you don't know. Build something real with it. Grow into the life you actually wanted. That's Chicago Minded, and Chicago Minded ain't about the city. It's a mindset.
