Golden Tempo of Blown 3-1 Leads…NBA and NHL Playoffs, Yankees rolling and More | Full Episode 13

The Hillside Club is back again and the boys start this week off starting with a tribute to John Sterling, a voice that felt like home for generations of Yankees fans and one that will always be remembered in the baseball world. From there, we dive straight into the NBA Playoffs, where the Magic blowing a 3-1 lead turns into a full Jamahl Mosley conversation, and if he deserved to get fired. From there we hit how Embiid somehow drags Philly back from the dead, and the Celtics blowing a 3-1 lead proves once again that they are painfully stuck in their ways. We also hit Lakers-Thunder, whether Ant can make Spurs-Wolves a series, and what the Nuggets even do from here after another confusing playoff exit. Then we get back into playoff hockey with Montreal pulling off a wild Game 7 road win on just 9 shots, Minnesota knocking off Dallas before fireworks with Colorado, Carolina looking ready to handle Philly, and major trouble brewing in Edmonton. Later, Clubhouse Callout turns into full Knicks-Sixers chaos with RP3 and Randy calling for Philly talk, Embiid and KAT’s old beef resurfacing, Knicks fans being everywhere no matter what ticket restrictions say, and why New York can win this series in five if they keep running everything through KAT. Plus, a callout tees up MLB Quick Hits, where we talk Volpe staying in the minors, Judge and Ben Rice moving like modern-day Maris and Mantle, the Yankees playing with common sense, the AL looking rough, and the Mets still playing bad baseball. We wrap with About It, Not About It, Cam Young’s going tape to tape, Skip returning to First Take, and Bukayo Saka reminding everyone that the Starboy is back. Thanks for tuning in and see y’all next week!!

The boys are back, starting off with the NBA Playoffs getting completely chaotic. We get into the Rockets looking like an absolute joke, the Nuggets somehow being a disappointment and still possibly surviving, the Thunder being impossible to watch, and why the Knicks’ entire ceiling may come down to KAT. We also hit the Magic, taking control against Detroit, Jalen Duren’s max-contract conversation looking insane in real time, Harden having another brutal playoff moment, and the Cavs looking like a complete mess. Then we get back into playoff hockey with Tampa-Montreal feeling like an all-time series, the Penguins fighting to stay alive, the Avalanche looking like a wagon, Dallas-Wild delivering, and the Senators learning the hard way that winning is never simple. Later we shift to the NFL Draft, where the Giants may have cooked, the Steelers left Rob cautiously optimistic, Drew Allar to Pittsburgh sparks a full Penn State debate, and the draft once again reminds everyone why watching these guys live out their dreams is one of the best events in sports. Plus, Coach JMIII details how the Knicks need to run the offense through KAT while Mitch, and Deuce need more minutes. Also, Matt and Alex Fitzpatrick give us an incredible Zurich Classic story, and the boys debut MLB Quick Hits. We wrap with About It, Not About It, and one of the wildest graphics you’ll ever see.

RORY GOES BACK-TO-BACK… Masters Recap, Yankees in Trouble, NBA & NHL Playoff Push, Knicks Questions | Full Episode 10

The guys are back breaking down a loaded week across the sports world, starting at Augusta where Rory goes back-to-back at The Masters and joins elite company, but the question remains—was it dominance or did the field let him off the hook?
